Forgive my ignorance here, I’m in IT and I know nothing about manufacturing. I live near a lot of factories, and want to apply for some jobs. In all their job descriptions, “MES” is used heavily. Is there anywhere I can learn about this? Like an online course (preferably one that has some sort of certification) or even YouTube videos? Thank you very much for your time/help.

Disclamer: I am a fool who fell for a scam and lost a significant amount money. Worst part, I was actually trying to save money but ended up losing more.
Not gonna disclose too many details, but it was a property scam (not sure of that's the proper term). Was looking for a place to stay, found one which was affordable, looked too good to be true (yeah, I am an idiot), turned out to be a scam.
Outcome: I made a fool if myself, lost money and I hate scammers. I hope they go to hell. I hope they end up losing all the money they stole. I don't even know who and what to trust anymore. Honestly, I blame myself more cause seriously, how tf could I be that stupid?! All those videos I watched on YouTube about scammers being exposed... I used to think I would never fall for such. Guess who turned out to be a complete joker? ME.
This is a lesson for me. I am not even gonna indulge in details anymore cause it hurts. I hate myself. Seriously

Im a 22F, my husband 22M, disclosed to me yesterday during a long road trip he finds the idea of me have sex with other men is a turn on for him.
I'm very monogamous, always have been. And I'm my husband's first in everything so he's also very monogamous, however I am open to the idea soley for the fact of how it would affect him during our "bedroom activities".
We have a very stable and solid relationship both emotionally and physically. We have a 18 month old, and a 3 year old (both F). We communicate very well and always have.
This came very out of the blue for me as my husband has always seemed VERY against anything like this. Although while listening to countless RSlash videos on YouTube (we listen to them as background noise while showering or driving) he realized the thought and idea has a VERY pronounced effect on him.
We decided to open the relationship one sided as he has absolutely no interest in having sex with anyone else.
Now onto the issue at hand, neither of us no how to go about this. We've decided to try a test run of sorts with a friend who we both know and trust, who's in a similar situation. We've set boundaries, rules, and an emergency plan just in case anything were to go wrong.
I'm looking for advice on how people may think this is either the right or wrong way to go about this. And any advice or tips on how to go about this situation entirely. Please be kind. Thank you in advance, I'll answer any and all questions in the comments.

We've all see the depressing spectacle of the woman at the centre of an unholy row about the bike rental now dubbed the 'Citibike Karen.'. It appears that after she was pilloried by a self-righteous internet mob who was determined to cause her harm that details have since emerged that cast very strong doubt on the 'narrative' that she was merely a racist Karen determined to make life hard for some random strangers because reasons and shit.
It appears that a great many news outlets, joined by some online personalities wanted to run with this narrative on very flimsy evidence. They've slandered/defamed her at real potential cost to herself.
She's not taking legal action in the form of a defamation law suit.
Before I put questions I'm adding the caveat that I'm from the UK, not the US and our libel laws are different hence SlandeDefamation/Libel as terms of art may have different meanings here than the US so I'm using a more open interpretation.
My questions

My grand mother in law asked me to repair her drop ceiling, which is falling and is discolored, especially in the bathroom. Drop ceilings seem pretty simple and straightforward, but I want to make sure I don’t overlook anything. What tools will I need to make it an easy and smooth process? I have tin snips that are rather large and bulky, a power drill, and all the basic tools I think I’ll need. Should I get a laser tool to keep everything lined up? I’d like to avoid making 10 trips to the hardware store if I can.
I’m doing a little YouTube research today to try to prepare, but any tips or advice are very much appreciated.
I’ll add some photos in the next few days when I get over there to measure everything.

If I am playing a game, then have a video on another screen... This cans be YouTube, it can be a video playing video Reddit, an advert etc, I get flickering on my game screen. As soon as I tab to the game, it'll work no issue.
This happens via both HDMI and DP.
