Coquitlam, BC – TheNewswire - May 30, 2023 - Canada Silver Cobalt Works Inc. (TSXV:CCW) (OTC:CCWOF) (Frankfurt:4T9B) (the “Company” or “Canada Silver Cobalt”) announces that the Company is pleased that the Ontario Legislature has approved Bill 71 containing changes to the Ontario Mining Act which marks the way for regulations of the recovery permit. The recovery permit will be a streamlined method to reprocess historic mine wastes like the Beaver Mine and Castle Mine stamp mill tailings.
“We are excited that Bill 71 is approved and will lead to new developments in regulation in Ontario including the mineral recovery permit. This should enable us to process tailings like those at the Beaver Mine in a cost effective and timely manner and could lead to new opportunities that previously had unneeded hurdles. Not only will this allow companies like Canada Silver Cobalt to turn historic hazards into profits but gives us the opportunity to clean out deleterious elements from the environment, and restacking or disposing of tailings in a cleaner more stable fashion,” said Matt Halliday, P.Geo. President of Canada Silver Cobalt Works Inc.
Potential Sites for Application of Recovery Permit:
Beaver Mine Tailings
Canada Silver Cobalt Works completed 127 sonic holes for 354 meters recovered at the Beaver Mine and 378 samples were assayed for silver, cobalt, nickel and copper. The grade for tailings was high with silver assays ranging from 13.7 to 314 grams per tonne. See news release from February 5, 2021,
Castle Mine Tailings
SGS Lakefield produced a gravity concentrate from the Castle Mine tailings grading 389 g/t silver. 0.63 g/t gold and 0.20% cobalt. See news release from March 1, 2019.
According to Ontario’s Critical Minerals Strategy , the government is encouraging mineral recovery from mining waste. Mining is becoming cleaner through new technology that reduces environmental impacts. To facilitate mineral recovery, Ontario amended the Mining Act to introduce the new recovery permit. This will allow the reprocessing of mining wastes without the requirement to file a mine production closure plan or obtain a mining lease. The government has stated it is committed to developing the regulatory framework for the mineral recovery program, and is exploring innovative solutions for rethinking mining wastes. The intention is to measure success by reducing the burden and realizing cost savings for the mineral development sector, reduce the time an application takes, increase clarity on the regulatory requirement and application process.
Part of the framework:
To obtain a recovery permit to undertake this activity, an applicant is required to demonstrate in its application that it will remediate the land such that the condition of the land, with respect to one or more of: (i) public health and safety or (ii) the environment, is improved following the recovery and remediation activities. (Source: Environmental Registry of Ontario March 2, 2023 ero.ontario.ca )
The recovery permit provisions have not yet come into force.
Qualified person
The technical information in this news release was approved and prepared under the supervision of Mr. Matthew Halliday, P.Geo., (PGO), President and COO of Canada Silver Cobalt Works Inc., a qualified person accordance with National Instrument 43-101.
Quality Assurance/Quality Control
The Beaver tailings were sampled using a Sonic drill. The drill holes are all vertical with a maximum hole length of 4.78 m and a maximum sample length of 1.6 m (average individual sample length 0.8 m). Drill sample recovery is around 85%. Two quality control samples (blank and standards) were inserted into each batch of 20 samples. The tailings samples were placed in a plastic bag, tagged and sealed then shipped to ALS laboratory Val D'Or. The entire sample was dried, weighed and fully pulverized up to 250 g 85% <75 µm. Samples were then split using riffle splitter and 35 elements were analysed using Aqua Regia ICP-AES. Samples grading above 100 g/t Ag, 10,000 ppm Cu, 10,000 ppm Mo, 10,000 ppm Pb or 10,000 ppm Zn were reanalysed using OG46 Method. A total of 10 blank and 10 standards (STD 1 and STD 2) were used during the sampling program.
A 120-kilogram sample from the Castle mine’s historic tailings pond was randomly collected in pails and subsequently transported by courier to SGS Laboratories, an accredited lab in Lakefield, Ontario. Samples were submitted for assay. Aqua regia digestion and atomic absorption finish were used for silver, gold, cobalt, nickel and copper analysis.
Cautionary Statement
No resource estimate or economic analysis of the Castle tailings area has been carried out by the Company.
Canada Cobalt will not be basing a production decision at Castle on a feasibility study of mineral reserves demonstrating economic and technical viability, and as a result there is increased uncertainty and there are multiple technical and economic risks of failure associated with such a decision. These risks, among others, include areas that are analyzed in more detail in a feasibility study, such as applying economic analysis to resources and reserves, more detailed metallurgy and a number of specialized studies in areas such as mining and recovery methods, market analysis, and environmental and community impacts.
About Canada Silver Cobalt Works Inc.
Canada Silver Cobalt Works Inc. recently discovered a major high-grade silver vein system at Castle East located 1.5 km from its 100%-owned, past-producing Castle Mine near Gowganda in the prolific and world-class silver-cobalt mining district of Northern Ontario. The Company has completed a 60,000m drill program aimed at expanding the size of the deposit with an update to the resource estimate underway.
In May 2020, based on a small initial drill program, the Company published the region’s first 43-101 resource estimate that contained a total of 7.56 million ounces of silver in Inferred resources, comprising very high-grade silver (8,582 grams per tonne un-cut or 250.2 oz/ton) in 27,400 tonnes of material from two sections (1A and 1B) of the Castle East Robinson Zone, beginning at a vertical depth of approximately 400 meters. Note that mineral resources that are not mineral reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability. Please refer to Canada Silver Cobalt Works Press Release May 28, 2020, for the resource estimate. Report reference: Rachidi, M. 2020, NI 43-101 Technical Report Mineral Resource Estimate for Castle East, Robinson Zone, Ontario, Canada, with an effective date of May 28, 2020, and a signature date of July 13, 2020.
The Company also has: (1) 14 battery metals properties in Northern Quebec where it has recently completed a nearly 16,000-metre drill program on the Graal property; and (2) the prospective 1,000-hectare Eby-Otto gold property close to Agnico Eagle’s high-grade Macassa Mine near Kirkland Lake, Ontario where it is exploring. (3) lithium property – 230 square kilometers of greenfield exploration ground focussed along a significant volcanic sedimentary rock – Archean granite contact near Cochrane, Ontario contiguous to Power Metals’ Case Lake Lithium properties.
Canada Silver Cobalt’s flagship silver-cobalt Castle mine and 78 sq. km Castle Property feature strong exploration upside for silver, cobalt, nickel, gold, and copper. With underground access at the fully owned Castle Mine, an exceptional high-grade silver discovery at Castle East, a pilot plant to produce cobalt-rich gravity concentrates, a processing facility (TTL Laboratories) in the town of Cobalt, and a proprietary hydrometallurgical process known as Re-2Ox (for the creation of technical-grade cobalt sulphate as well as nickel-manganese-cobalt (NMC) formulations), Canada Silver Cobalt is strategically positioned to become a Canadian leader in the silver-cobalt space. Any tips for when you get a smelly passenger? I wish there was a way to figure out before they get in the car that they smell like shit but it’s not always so obvious. I picked up a guy from Sonic the other day who insisted he needed the front seat because his back was fucked up and he was super obese and I literally had my head out the window while driving because he smelled like puke.

Retro Gaming 80's- Mega Man II: (1988)

There were many great games for the Nintendo Entertainment System during the 1980’s that many people had the opportunity to enjoy. One of the best platform games to be released for the Nintendo Entertainment System included Mega Man II which was released in 1988 as the sequel to the original title. When it came down to musical composition many people would agree that the second Mega Man game was probably among the best depending on who you ask. Mega Man II was a huge improvement from the original game because in terms of BGM and gameplay. The difficulty level for Mega Man II had exceeded that of its predecessor because some of the stages in this game were usually tough even on a normal setting. In Mega Man II you have eight stages to complete with each containing a boss battle at the end.
However, despite how tough those levels are they pale in comparison to the obstacles presented in Wily’s Skull Fortress which includes a few levels before the final boss fight. Before reaching Wily’s Skull Fortress players are going to need all the help that they can get which is why acquiring some of the powers that each defeated boss is very useful. If players did not have the ability to acquire weapons from other boss characters prior to reaching Wily’s Skull Fortress then the game would probably be almost impossible to beat. Despite, being released for the Nintendo Entertainment System almost a year later the level design for Mega Man II seemed to be miles ahead of the original. The Soundtrack for Mega Man II was a large part of why this game was exciting. The intro for Mega Man II was probably one of the best in the series along with the start menu them which featured an epic soundtrack which is simply unforgettable.
Along with the start menu theme Mega Man II had featured some other great soundtracks including Quick Man & Air Man’s stage BGM along with the two themes used in Willy’s Fortress. When it came to completing the game players had to be very careful about what order they choosing stages and fighting the bosses of each level. Unlike, the original Mega Man game the second installment was very successful in terms of sales and managed to hit over one million units worldwide. Since its release the original Mega Man II for the NES has been remade for the Sega Mega Drive under the title Mega Man Wily Wars along with I & III in 1994. Also, Mega Man II was ported for the PlayStation 2, Nintendo Gamecube along with many other titles in the series in Mega Man Anniversary Collection in 2004. Since its initial release Mega Man II has probably been one of the most influential platform games of all time. Many people would argue that Mega Man II is probably one of the best in the series not only because it was innovative but the difficulty of this game helped people get better at it mostly through trial & error. Mega Man II was easily one of the best platform titles that Capcom has ever created for the NES and easily one of the toughest games to complete in general.

2023.05.30 16:54 Samta752 Squad Fill & Koshei Complex

Koshei Complex released as part of Season 3 Reloaded a few weeks ago.
If you are playing with Squad Fill on, don't expect your squad to go to Kocshei Complex (whether you go into Koschei Complex for fun without doing missions, for the purpose of doing missions, or a bit of both).
Most of the time I play with Squad Fill on, as I don't have any friends that play DMZ because they are interested in other game modes in MWII).
So far playing with Squad Fill on:
After those times, haven't been to Koschei Complex since. Have to use Discord to find players to go to that place.
I get the feeling that:
What is your experience when playing with Squad Fill turned on, and does your squad go to Koschei Complex (whether you take the lead or them)?
I think there should be a Koschei Complex tile in the menu like Al Mazrah, Ashika Island, and Building 21 and matchmake with players (in addition to going through the four entrances in Al Mazrah). Do you think this is a good idea?

2023.05.30 16:41 lillieblair Downloading and Activating Windows Server 2022

In recent versions of Windows Server, Microsoft has stopped offering full ISO downloads, instead only having Evaluation copies available. However, thankfully and as always there is a workaround.
Step 1: Download Evaluation Copy
Official Server 2022 (Standard and Datacenter are combined) download from Microsoft here

Step 2: Install as normal (with Desktop)
Go through all the steps as usual but pick the Desktop Experience (I don't have experience without the desktop, if you know what you're doing I'm sure it's possible to not use it). If you need a guide to make a bootable USB, this one worked for me

Step 3: Changing from evaluation to the full version
Open PowerShell and paste or type irm https://massgrave.dev/get iex
This is Microsoft Activation Script (GitHub here) and is an incredibly valuable tool, we won't be using it to activate however.
When you've got to the menu screen, type 6 for Extras, then 1 to Change Windows Edition. After initialising it'll come up with a menu with one option, which is the full version (it won't say Eval in the name). Choose this option and restart when it's done.

Step 4: Using ExWindSLIC to activate
Once you've restarted, download the AIO script and open it, ignoring any warnings Windows gives on the way. Type I to install and let it do it's thing, it should come up with an option for the OEM key, the default being DELL. Use this one, and restart if it says to.

That's it! Once you're back on the desktop, check Server Manager's local server properties and it should say:
Operating system version Microsoft Windows Server 2022 Standard/Datacenter
Product ID [long string here] (activated)

2023.05.30 15:24 McGruppsHose Putting together my first build, was told to ask you find folks for your seal of approval. What do you think?

As the title states I'm putting together my first build. I was inspired by the affordability of the a770 and as a long-time Intel fan I thought it might be time to build my first PC.

I'm 26 years old, so hoping everything except the GPU lasts for another 4-5 years; I do plan to upgrade the GPU in 2024, depending on how the a770 works for my current needs/wants. I'm also planning to upgrade the CPU around that same timeframe.

My overall budget is about $1,500 although I could go up to $1,800 if I really needed to.

I mostly play AAA titles on my series X, so most of the games I'd like to play on this PC are grand strategy, simulation, and indie games (Civ, CK, Factorio, C:S, rimworld, valheim, FTL, etc).

What do you think?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this or if it should go into /buildapcforme, so please let me know if this is not the right place!

Thanks!

Edit: I already have the a770, so that is the one part of this build I don't really want to change.

2023.05.30 15:21 Rayy-W PLEASE HELP! BSOD and everything failing

All the parts of the PC are new. After completing the build, I updated the motherboard software using a usb drive with the sofwtware version downloaded from the asus website and specifically for this motherboard. After that i installed windows 11 and everything was normal except for a stutter in performance that happened once on day 1 so i did not give it any thought. On day 2 everything was fine. On day 3 my games started crashing randomly, and they were games running from different clients. Then everything started to crash including chrome and windows settings and then I got the BSOD. After restarting the pc was not booting windows anymore and was always giving me the BSOD. All the trubleshooting options in the recovery menu of the BSOD were not working including resseting and wiping the pc. Then I clear cmos on the motherboard to try and install windows on the previous firmware. after deleting all files and attempting the windows installation it kept saying that the pc does not meet minimu requierments to run windows 11. day 4 : i tried again installing windows again the same way and it worked! As soon as i started updating my driveres and updating windows and installing some games, the pc crashed. and it was the problem all over again. I opened the case and made sure everything was connected properly, I made sure my PSU, CPU, and GPU are not overheating, and that my RAM is perefectly placed, Everything narrows down to the motherboard since i cant even install windows now. I get a BSOD while trying to install windows on the SSD. CPU : core i9-13900k GpU : Gigabyte Aero 4070ti Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix Z790-A RAM : Corsair Vengeance 16GB*2

2023.05.30 15:09 arkie87 Considering Upgrading to 4K...

Background:
I am considering upgrading my rig (Ryzen 3700X, RTX4070, 32GB 3200, 24" 144Hz 1080p and two 24" 60Hz 1080p on the sides) to 4K. It seems now that there is both hardware out there capable of high refresh rates at 4K as well as GPUs capable of driving all those pixels. I have historically mostly played FPS's, but have recently gotten into DCS (flight simulator).
Requirements:
I'd like to be able to play DCS at 4K and >60fps, and other shooters at high fps (>144Hz). I am willing to turn down the settings in FPS's to get the high fps, but not in DCS (sorta defeats the purpose). I think my GPU and CPU should be able to handle this, though I am not 100% sure.
Questions/Thoughts:
I was thinking if I get a 4K monitor, I can always downgrade to 1080p if I need more fps (down sampling to 1080p is fast from 4K), whereas if I got a 1440p monitor, I would be stuck at 1440p (down sampling from 1440p to 1080p is slow).
Screen Size:
I am also debating what monitor size to get: 27" or 32".
27" at 1440p is an upgrade
27" at 4K seems like less of an upgrade comparatively, and I am also worried that text in games will be too small to read (I have used DSR to simulate 4K and DCS menu and game text is too small to read on my 24" monitor).
32" at 4K seems like it would be nice, but my monitor holder cannot accommodate 32" screens (perhaps not unless I switch my side monitors to portrait mode).
Any thoughts (besides boo on the 4070)?

2023.05.30 12:44 wert16PR It's getting real!

It's getting real!
When I wake up, I verified the status of my order without hope. But for my surprise, I saw this in the app and I first though that was going to be delayed. When I went to the account I saw the Tesla Vision update. Is this the news for the new Hardware 4.0 camera? After that I Proceed to Delivery and after that I just saw the same page of Prepare for Delivery, but now with a new document that contain the VIN. I'm super excited! Now I can start with the financial process.

2023.05.30 12:39 redgreenorangeyellow Graduation Week (5/23-5/27)

I'm a Florida local and my dad works for Disney so I'm already there a lot, but I seemed to do a lot last week
So my school somehow got a grant from the county to do a lot of stuff at Disney with the band program, so my top high school band got to go to a workshop backstage at Imagination Campus on Tuesday. We worked with a guy who's been performing at Disney for 30+ years and he taught us some sight reading skills using Disney music.
Thursday was my actual graduation, and as soon as the ceremony was over we high-tailed it over to Magic Kingdom along with one of my close friends. We were surprisingly productive; Big Thunder, Space Mountain twice, Jungle Cruise, I got my brothers on Tron for the first time... And we had a celebratory dinner at Tony's, which I'd never been to even tho the rest of my family has multiple times. I'm a picky eater and notorious for always picking the lamest food off the kids' menu but I actually got real food off the adult menu and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Friday was a bit slower, but my brothers wanted to hit Guardians while they were in town. EPCOT was really busy that day so we waited entirely too long for Soarin', got lunch, rode Guardians, and went back home. I ran some errands then went to a graduation party my friends were hosting. The party ended at 9 and my family had gone to DHS after dinner, so I ran from the party to DHS, got there about 20 minutes before the park closed, then joined my family for a 10:30 Fantasmic.
Saturday is the cool one: my entire marching band got to spend the day in Magic Kingdom because we got to march down Main Street. The lines were pretty bad all day, but we did get Space Mountain out of the way early (and found out one kid in my group had never done it), then my best friend and I (who each go 1-2 times a week) took the kids who don't go as often on all the little stuff they'd never done--the carousel, PhilharMagic, Tom Sawyer, etc. I think you guys would appreciate our music selection: we performed Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah as we marched through the park (and we follow the normal parade route which means we started behind Splash Mountain). Our band director made us all watch the fireworks together, too, which means the very last thing I got to do with this band program was watch Happily Ever After. Felt rather fitting to me.
Sunday I spent all day driving to Ohio, and we spent all day yesterday in King's Island, which I'm planning on posting a report for on rollercoasters if anyone's interested. Currently typing this as we drive back home. So needless to say, I've had a really fun week, and I'm not sure I'm gonna survive my 8 hour shift tomorrow 🙃

2023.05.30 12:16 Emotional-Start7994 Latest Waze update - awful

Have been using the new Waze interface in Coolwalk for a few weeks and have just about given up on it, downgraded back to a previous version of Waze. My car is rotary only, and the app is barely usable with this.

Anybody else have similar complaints/issues? I'm quite shocked that Google have released Waze in such a state; it behaves more like an early beta.

2023.05.30 11:06 Quelxaan Mass Duplication Glitch (Saves on PC)

This glitch allows you to dupe your vehicles again and again in the same session. These are dirty dupes, so please do put a custom plate onto the vehicle you are duping before you start.
Link to video
Requirements:
BEFORE YOU START, I’d recommend you to use an invite only session or a closed friend session to make it more convenient
Steps:
  1. Get your friend to go into a closed friend session, then he/she starts “A Titan of a Job” and stay in last step of the menu (actually most contact jobs would work)
  2. Get in your festival bus and drive into the selected CEO garage, accept full alert
  3. On black screen, press home to open Social Club and select to join your friend’s game (you know, the one who’s waiting in “A Titan of a Job”)
  4. Stay on the alert (where it says “Do you wish to join…….”)
  5. Get your friend to quit the job through and through
  6. You click accept on the alert, and it should say the job is no longer available and throw you back into a session
  7. If your friend is not in the same session, now is the time to invite them in
  8. Go to your Facility and enter on foot, then exit
  9. Pull up your phone and call your mechanic, request for the vehicle you will be duping
  10. Get in your vehicle, open up your interaction menu and leave it open, then drive to the yellow entry circle of your facility
  11. Close your interaction menu, and stay on the black screen full alert
  12. Your friend needs to flip your vehicle upside down (using whatever method they are comfortable with)
  13. Once your friend tells you vehicle is upside down (get him/her to honk or something) click on yes to accept the alert
  14. Exit your vehicle, proceed to your intended garage (you can use various apartment/normal garages as long as they have space available)
  15. Steal a street car (one that allows you to drive into a garage, not those that are “too hot to modify”)
  16. Drive the street car into the intended garage
  17. You should see the street car already saved inside, and the game will ask you to save over a vehicle
  18. Select the street car you just drove in, and you are done
  19. To repeat, go back to your facility, repeat from Step 10
NOTES - Glitchout steps can still be done if you do not have a personal vehicle Festival Bus, but your friend has one. You can ride as a passenger in your friend’s festival bus, and do the same glitchout, although you’ll need to still join your friend at Step 3 - 6

2023.05.30 10:26 djpseudonym23 Feedback from a GenX.

I see a lot of posts saying how this is wrong or that doesn't work, so I wanted to share my views and experience.
I'm a mid range GenX - 1971. ( yes, I'm oldish and childish) My first gaming experience was Pong, then onto Space Invaders and Asteroids. Later my mate had an Atari which blew my mind, I could game with a friend at home. When 11, I saved for a whole year to buy a 16K ZXSpectrum, yes 16k. The next year I got an upgrade to 48k via a socket on the back. Loved Manic Miner... In later years I saw the Mega Drive, Sonic was revolutionary.
If someone had told me back then that I would be able to play a game looking like real life with people around the world in real time. That I could shoot them accurately and be able to talk to my squad, I would have nearly shat myself with excitement and disbelief. I play on PC (mid range and 5 years old now) and I still find it staggering that its even possible let alone works as well as it does. I've played it since Early access and watched it grow and develop. I paid £28 for it and have extracted over 2500 hrs of solid fun.
So to me and I would like to assume other GenX players, we are in an amazing world and are extremely privileged to be able to play Hell Let Loose.
The point is, it's a game, nothing more. I enjoy it for what it not what I think it should be. I accept the problems and idiosyncrasies that surely come from developing such a hugely expansive game as part of that development.
Add to that my reasonably popular TikTok channel (@djpseudonym) which has allowed me to find even more friends to game with as well as share my enjoyment (I have what turns out to be a trade mark dirty laugh) then I have to say to all...
Just enjoy the game for what it is, its not perfect but life isn't.
Thank you to the developers for bringing such an incredible game to life.
See you on the Battlefield.. Ill be the one with the Satchel or AT gun looking for you and laughing..

2023.05.30 10:22 Panisenpai Hiring and recruiting. Pizza places are severely underpaid and understaffed (rant)

I have been a GM for an inner major city store residential/airbnb store a little over two years, been with the company for 4, transferring between each column of volume-base. I'm having an exceptionally hard time hiring, especially delivery experts. my last app for a DE was 6 months ago. my current DEs, they are heavenly and they are the most wonderful people, i've kept them for years but they're dropping like flies because they're burning out, can't make enough to maintain their cars or live, to keep up with the volume.
my area is gentrified, new pizza places are opening up left and right, and while my sales have gone down, i've lost good customers, while some other customers are getting more and more bitter because we're raising prices on the menu when we don't need to. Comparing these to menus of other pizza places, you can get better quality, better service for the same price or less.
cost of living has gone up dramatically, but my franchise has kept the same rate of pay across the board for these multiple stores in outer city areas where cost of living is lower. the stores that are located in these outer city/rural areas tend to be the best performing ones.
We start at 12/hr, but i cant seem to get anyone in the door when the fast food joints and retail stores next door are hiring $6+ more an hour. "employees get paid more at competing recruiters, so there's less hours to give. that's why we pay so low" So....we're just supposed to overwork the hell out of our current employees for less? the logic doesn't add up.
I have 4 delivery drivers for around $28k weekly, strongest is dinner and late night. my best employees are soloing every night because i refuse to let them work more than 5 days. they're exhausted.
they can keep doing Boost weeks, but when you're losing employees left and right and still pushing for this customer retention instead of focusing on what makes the company run in the first place, we are driving employees into the ground. more work/not enough pay/not worth it for either the employee or the company. Yet, we still push this obtuse idea.
Boost Week doesn't even retain customers anymore. customers see the ads, they order pizzas for the week, overload the already crumbling staff and never come back, because that's what we stand for as company now.
Pizza places are struggling so hard. I'm considering leaving because my heart hurts for my employees and i can't help but feel as if it's my fault for representing such an asinine mission statement for a Big corporation.
one thing i remember in my training is people work for good managers. but that's simply not true anymore. Good management only goes so far until you can't pay your bills. I love my job and i love working for my people but i cant keep doing this to them, and it's not going to get better. i've had discussions with many of my upper management but there doesn't seem to be a concern or even the slightest bit of support for any of my neighboring stores. my direct supervisor is aware of the situation but there's nothing he can do. I don't care where this gets me. I'm on probation in my company for repeated offenses speaking up about this. I understand that this isn't something that can resolve at my level. life is unfair but this is just cruel. A company that profits so much, bragging a "recession-proof" company, but yet we don't even pay our driving force that put us on the freaking map in the first place, a decent wage to pick up the slack. embarrassing is an understatement.

Checkpoint Gaming - Luke Mitchell - 8.5 / 10
Street Fighter 6 provides the fast and furious action you'd expect from the refined fighting series, offering a dynamic cast of characters, new control modes to make it more accessible, and a variety of features to keep you busy. Its story mode is a campy take on the Street Fighter universe that doesn't always land the winning blow, however; while it's filled with distractions and civilian fighters to take on, it can be a little repetitive and shallow. Still, the technical foundations that Street Fighter stands on are as solid as ever, and with a whole world to battle online, there's a lot of fighting on the menu in what is once again a polished, exciting fighting experience that will keep fans engaged for years.
Console Creatures - Patrick Tremblay - Recommended
Without a doubt, Street Fighter 6 is the best and most accessible entry in the long-running series. Anyone can jump in, and there is a lot of content to keep you busy and practicing on the road to World Champion.
Cultured Vultures - Ash Bates - 10 / 10
A sublime fighting game masterpiece from a company at the peak of their powers, Street Fighter 6 is utterly incredible.
Destructoid - Chris Moyse - 9.5 / 10
Simply put, Street Fighter 6 is one of the very best entries in series history.
Eurogamer - Wesley Yin-Poole - Recommended
Street Fighter 6 rights the wrongs of its predecessor while dragging the famous fighting game franchise kicking and screaming into the modern era.
Fextralife - Castielle - 8.4 / 10
Capcom delivers and checks the majority of the boxes when it comes to the classic and new features of Street Fighter 6. It heads down a different direction making it more casual while maintaining the core values of the game, allowing it to be a mainstream fighting game for all players. However, with its awkward performance on the PlayStation 4. The concern is, will World Tour have more content and will the performance issues be fixed. We hope these will be addressed. In the meantime, it is recommended to play Street Fighter 6 on current-gen consoles and PC to fully appreciate and enjoy this game.
GamesHub - Edmond Tran - 5 / 5
Street Fighter 6 is an exceedingly good fighting game. But more than that, it’s an excellent training tool. It’s a fulfilling adventure. It’s a lively community gathering place. It’s an endearingly idealistic and inspiring world of appreciation for martial arts and friendly competition, exceptionally executed in every respect.
GameGrin - Mike Crewe - 9.5 / 10
The most complete Street Fighter title to date, Street Fighter 6 is a must-play for fighting game fans, and one to consider even if you're not familiar with the genre. An engaging, stylish beat 'em up that could well be king of the mountain for years to come.
Game Informer - Elijah Gonzalez - 9.5 / 10
Between its cohesive aesthetic, the bounty of clever features, and crisp central gameplay, it’s one of the most impressive entries the genre has seen in some time.
GamesRadar+ - Andi Hamilton - 5 / 5
Street Fighter 6 offers the most flexible, versatile, and expressive combat seen in the series to date. With its fantastic suite of game modes and diverse character roster, Street Fighter 6 has something to offer every type of fighting game fan.
GameSpot - Jason Fanelli - 9 / 10
Capcom's flagship fighter is back in form with intricate but approachable fighting mechanics and a feature-rich package.
Gaming Nexus - Joseph Moorer - 10 / 10
Capcom has given us a complete game right out of the box. The single player experiences are enormous. The online experience is perfect. Street Fighter lore is littered in every nook and cranny of this game. There are modes and modes within modes. This is one of the best Street Fighter games in the history of the franchise. If Capcom hurt you in the past, this is their apology. Street Fighter 6 is a new classic that people will be playing for years to come.
GamingTrend - Jack Zustiak and Abdul Saad - 95 / 100
Street Fighter 6 takes the series to the next stage with a wildly fun fighting system that emphasizes personal choice. Each mainline Street Fighter tends to define its era of fighting games in some way, and Street Fighter 6 confidently steps forward to that next era. From its battle system to its bevvy of modes such as World Tour, it dives deep into everything that makes fighting games great.
GGRecon - Jack Roberts - 4.5 / 5
With a slew of fighting games on the horizon like Tekken 8 and the recently announced Mortal Kombat 1, Street Fighter 6 is leading the charge in the most vibrant way possible. With a series of character guides, story campaigns for classic characters and a fantastic open world for you to take the fight to the streets, it feels like everything I could have asked for from a modern Street Fighter entry.
Despite being the sixth game in the mainline series, Street Fighter 6 is easily one of the most accessible and makes for a fantastic entry point for newer players, while still resonating with series veterans.
Glitched Africa - Marco Cocomello - 9.5 / 10
Street Fighter 6 could be the best fighting game I have played in a very long time. I am no master at these games and I don’t run out to buy them at launch. However, the game is very fun to play and its real draw for me was its accessibility. I felt good at it even though I really wasn’t. Of course, this is also completely optional too so if you’re a veteran, you’ll enjoy this just as much as noob.
God is a Geek - Sean Smith - 10 / 10
Street Fighter 6 is without question the best fighting game package I have ever played, and will keep you going far longer than a one-on-one fighter has any right to be able to. A true classic.
IGN - Mitchell Saltzman - 9 / 10
Street Fighter 6 is the most feature-rich a Street Fighter has ever been at launch, but even beyond that, it's roster of 18 characters is excellent, the new mechanics revitalize the one-on-one fighting formula, and it absolutely nails all of the little things that make for a stellar fighting game.
Inverse - De'Angelo Epps - 10 / 10
Capcom’s latest takes everything you’d expect from the father of the fighting genre and turns it up to 10. There’s something for everyone here, with no fat or filler to ruin the experience. Street Fighter 6 is the best fighting game experience in a long time, and in the years to come, its impact and legacy could be every bit as massive as Street Fighter 2.
Kotaku - Kenneth Shepard - Unscored
It’s a sublime fighter that makes smart changes that honor what makes the series great.
Metro GameCentral - GameCentral - 9 / 10
A far better launch experience than its predecessor, with an excellent fighting system and a wide range of options and features that transcend the usual genre traditions.
MonsterVine - Spencer Legacy - 4.5 / 5
Street Fighter 6 is a grand fighting game experience that just keeps building on the series’ strong foundation. Though the World Tour mode and new characters aren’t as stand-out as they could be, the core gameplay is excellent and there’s plenty to enjoy.
Nexus Hub - Keegan Govender - 9 / 10
Street Fighter 6 is not just a comeback for Capcom, but for fighting games entering next-generation consoles as a whole. It feels like a passion project made by a group of people who were tasked by Capcom to make the last Street Fighter we would ever want to play. With its fast-paced gameplay, beautifully implemented new mechanics, and timeless visuals, Street Fighter 6 has solidified itself among the fighting game hall of fame.
Niche Gamer - NECRO XIII - 9 / 10
Ultimately, Street Fighter 6 delivers the fun and proves to be one of the most engaging fighting games of the year and of most recent memory.
PCGamesN - Christian Vaz - 9 / 10
This is the first Street Fighter game in a long time where it feels like players of all skill levels are welcome. While World Tour mode is disappointing, the sheer scope of SF6 means you don't need to wait for the inevitable Ultra Edition before jumping in.
PC Gamer - Mollie Taylor - 89 / 100
Minor technical issues and questionable monetisation scuff what is otherwise one of the best fighting games we've seen in the last decade.
Polygon - Axel Bosso - Unscored
Street Fighter 6 is the ultimate fighting game toolbox
Press Start - James Mitchell - 9 / 10
Street Fighter 6 rights the wrongs of its past with multiple modes for every player and strong battle systems like no other. It invites new players into the fold with well implemented, simpler control schemes, without losing sight of the hardcore player. The World Tour mode won't be for everyone, but Street Fighter 6 stands tall as one of the best fighters Capcom has made.
PowerUp! - Charbel Asmar - 9 / 10
At launch, Street Fighter 6 is set to take the fighting game genre to another level
Prima Games - Matt Vatankhah - 9.5 / 10
In a sense, Street Fighter VI is the full package. It’s a three-course meal and then some, filling you up to the brim and serving you every dish on the dessert menu whether you’re ready for the check or not. It’s bursting with style, swagger, and abundant sophistication, and it’s the perfect entry for newcomers and veterans alike.
Push Square - Sammy Barker - 9 / 10
Street Fighter 6 is an absolute humdinger of a sequel. Capcom has created a fighting system that has all of the tactical depth professional players expect but managed to make it fairly easy for casuals to wrap their heads around. Not only that, it's introduced smart ways to onboard newcomers, including a simplified control scheme and a great suite of tutorials, which even extend to the impressively enjoyable RPG-inspired single player story mode. A strong roster of starting characters, near-flawless rollback netcode, and a seemingly never-ending selection of content – including interactive online lobbies with playable retro games – round out another unbelievably impressive effort from the seemingly unstoppable Japanese publisher.
Rock, Paper, Shotgun - Unscored
Smooth online matches and an impressively in-depth story already put Street Fighter 6 leagues above the competition.
Shacknews - TJ Denzer - 9 / 10
All-in-all, this game rekindled my love of the franchise, and I can’t wait to see how Street Fighter 6 grows over time.
TechRaptor - Robert Scarpinito - 9 / 10
Street Fighter 6 is one of the easiest on-ramps to the deep world of fighting games, appealing to casual players and veterans alike. With a diverse roster, meaty gameplay, and flashy animations, this will be a FGC staple for years to come.
The Outerhaven Productions - 4 / 5
Street Fighter 6 takes all the mistakes made with Street Fighter V and tries to not make them again. From the one on one traditional fights that we know, have been improved thanks to the addition of the Drive Gage mechanics, to the online modes where a lot of people are going to play. There is very little that Street Fighter 6 does that people won't be happy with… Unless you live in Australia… However, the looming nickel-and-dime ride of Season Pass after Season Pass could make things worse down the line. Street Fighter 6 is an easy day-one buy for the hardcore eSports player base, but casual players might want to wait for a year or more for a more complete game before buying.
TheSixthAxis - Nick Petrasiti - 10 / 10
Street Fighter 6 doesn't need recommending to hardcore fighting fans – you all already know how incredible it is – but do I recommend it for more casual players? Street Fighter 6 has a real sense of community, welcoming all players old and new, teaching new tricks and providing something for those that just want a bit of fun. This is truly a fighting game for everyone.
Twinfinite - Keenan McCall - 5 / 5
It’s the epitome of what a fighting game should be, and I can’t wait to see how the series builds off of this return to form
VG247 - Alex Donaldson - 5 / 5
It’s a must-have. And it might just be the most compelling overall fighting game package of all time.
We Got This Covered - David James - 3 / 5
Street Fighter 6 delivers a deep, complex, and satisfying fighting game bristling with fun new characters and an excellent multiplayer mode. Unfortunately, all of that's shackled to a truly terrible single-player RPG that stands as one of the most embarrassing things Capcom has released in years. If you're here for online play, you'll love it. If you want single-player action, stay far away.
Worth Playing - Cody Medellin - 9 / 10
Street Fighter 6 succeeds in its ambition to cram some big things into one fighting game. Battle Hub may be silly, but it has a lot more personality and more to do than most other titles with their own online lobbies. Fighting Ground does a great job of showing off the new roster and improvements to the fighting engine, while placing an equal amount of attention on both offline and online players. World Tour makes for a somewhat nonsensical yet addictive adventure that can serve as a good basis for a full-fledged Street Fighter RPG. All of this is tied together with a presentation that does well in improving what came before it, only with more fidelity and flash. As stated at the beginning of this review, fighting game fans are going to have a good year, and Street Fighter 6 is an excellent component of that.
XboxEra - Nick Baker - 9 / 10
Xbox players have had to wait a long time for Street Fighter to come back to the platform, and luckily got the best iteration yet.

2023.05.30 09:49 PopcornZoetje [WINDOWS][PC] 2001-2010 A game with trains where you can make your own tracks or edit pre-build ones. It had real companies is in like DB (Deutsche Bahn) and their red trains.

I remember playing this game on a Windows XP PC winch wasn't beefy, it was around 2008 when i played it, i remember the cover of the CD/DVD ROM was purple with a train in the middle (it was either a Steam Train winch was black or something silver) My mom bought it for me when i was a kid, she said it was called Trainz but i couldn't find it anywhere on the internet. It wasn't Train Simulator for sure.
I remember there was a menu (UI) on the top of the screen, there was also a train track editor and you could put test trains on it. There were steam trains, electrics (i believe) and there were diesel trains. I remember a pre-made made winch looked liked somekind of german/swiss mountain, there were red diesel trains running on it. (I think they were from Deutsche Bahn) The trains made like a buzzing sound when you zoomed in and saw them drive by.

2023.05.30 09:46 Unpayedovertime Looking for: Teleport/Portal Mods

Looking for a teleport/portal mod that works. Without crashing. Without errors. Some kind of portal that makes me place it on one area, and place the other exit in another. Don't want to be driving 4k+km for another trader. Also kinda do want other players to earn achievements, so Cheat mode isn't an option (Unless there's a mod that enables achievements during cheat mode)
Tried: Guppy's Teleports. - Lots of errors, so thats a no. AC's Teleports - Not the kind of teleports I want. AOO's Multipoint - Mod edits Perks, which conflicts with another Perk mod.
Any suggestions, or I have to use the debug menu to just teleport?
