My back pain started in tandem with my hip pain a year after I was told I had a stress fracture in the pubic ramus. The fracture took 3 months to heal and I didn't experience any pain afterwards until the 1 year mark. I had x-rays and mris done on my hip and lower back and was told everything was normal.
Pain management diagnosed me with hyper mobility and I was informed it was the reason I got injured in the first place. From stress and weight carrying. I've noticed that my back would pop as if I got it cracked by a chiro from me just hanging on a bar or using a foam roller. Now 2 years later I have constant hip and back pain with the latter being more debilitating. I don't feel any tingling or numbness in my legs, only slight tremors on the right leg when I'm driving for a long time.
I've been told it could be from sciatica to arthritis to bursitis but there hasn't been a decision of what's wrong with me. Im seeing Neuro soon but I don't have high hopes anymore... I've been to physical therapists, general, orthopedics, and pain management.. I've been told it many things that were eventually ruled out, scoliosis, bursitis, arthritis, sciatica, fibromyalgia, etc. My hip did get diagnosed with mild impingements on both sides. The
The back pain starts from the lower to the upper back and now more recently my neck aches badly. The change has been gradual, slowly moving upwards every few months. The worst pain is by the pelvis bone and it is a radiating-aching feeling. Now my left shoulderblade hurts badly, it feels like it's stuck out of place and no stretching or massaging gets it out. The only thing I can do is to use a foam roller but that's only after a long time. All of the muscles surrounding my spine and in the hip areas are tender to touch as well as any movement, rotation, or stretching is painful.
I've been to physical therapy and other places but it's gotten too painful to do anything other than a walk in a grocery store or stretching. I tried to use a back brace (not too tight) and it couldn't alleviate anything on bad days. I even tried sleeping on the floor to no avail. Does anyone know what could be wrong with me?? I feel defeated...
Current medications: duloxetine 60mg qd, zyrtec, amoxicillin 500mg (sometimes) No smoking or drinking Daily pain scale ≈ 5 Bad day/flare ≈ 8

Looking at the +40ms ADS vertical grips. I feel like there is something missing from sym.gg . For the rpk the lockgrip precision is -0.07 multiplier across the board for recoil. The merc, pineapple, and hex-40 are the same recoil benefit, but they penalize forward and strafe to different degrees.
Can anyone explain the differences in these grips? How would using the grip with the greatest impact to movement (pineapple -.47 m/s) be "better" than just using the lockgrip that has no movement penalty? In my head the greater movement penalty should come with another benefit.
The grips didn't feel the same to me in the firing range but I'm no JGOD.

I feel like I lose most of my 1v1 fights because of flinch right now. Of course I have to get used to it again but it feels a lot stronger than it did in the old Warzone.
You who play on KB+M, do you do your attachements differently than the recommended ones? Because most of those youtubers (e.g. jgod, benny) I check for loadouts play on controller and my friends too and they don't seem to have a problem with it.
