The Race

It all comes back to Le Mans. A century ago, people asked ‘Could a car continue to drive for 24 hours straight?’, an event was made to test that theory, and a legacy in racing, motorsport, and motoring was born. The 24 Heures du Mans is the holy grail of endurance motor racing, and brings up its Centenary edition this year. In its 100 year history, the 24 Hours of Le Mans is recognised as the most prestigious and gruelling test for innovations and improvements in motorsport technology. Technologies such as disk and air brakes, streamlined bodywork, fuel, oil, and lubricant improvements, improvements to engine efficiency and longevity, even things as simple as LED lighting and windscreen wiper blades have been trialled and tested at Le Mans. The normally hot conditions in the middle of June stretch the limits of reliability, with all the teams knowing that in order to beat their competitors, they must first beat the event. A variety of different engine configurations, displacements, positions, fuels, and hybrids have won over the history of the event. So far, petrol-fuelled traditional piston engines have been the most successful. Mazda managed to win using a Wankel Rotary engine in 1991 with the Mazda 787b (oh god listen to that sound!), while Audi was the first to win with an alternate fuel, taking victory in the diesel-powered R10 TDI in 2006. 2012 ushered in the era of the Hybrid, with Audi taking victory in the R18 e-tron Quattro, featuring a flywheel hybrid engine.

Qualifying

The Qualifying format for Le Mans is unique to the event, and called Hyperpole. In this format, all classes are permitted to use the track in the 1 hour qualifying session on Wednesday evening. The top 6 cars from each of the 4 classes then progress to the Hyperpole session on Thursday night, which sets the top of the grid for each class. This means that each class will be segregated on the final grid.

The Track

The Circuit de la Sarthe covers 13.6 kilometres of the French country side. It combines the permanent race components of the Ford Chicanes, the pit straight, under the Dunlop Bridge and through to Tertre Rouge as well as the normal everyday roads of the Mulsanne straight through to Indianapolis and Arnage. The track has gone through many iterations over the years; originally, the cars raced into the heart of the city, turning just before the river Sarthe, before hurtling down the 8.6 kilometre straight. In 1932, the circuit removed the journey into the city, and more closely resembled the track we see today. Here’s a video of Mike Hawthorn touring the circuit with a camera and microphone attached in 1956, one year after his involvement in the Le Mans disaster. The addition of the Porsche Curves and the Ford Chicanes in 1972 added an extra dimension to the high speed, fast flowing track. In the late 80’s, the Group C prototype cars would reach over 400km/h, achieving average speeds of almost 250km/h in qualifying for the entire lap. This is an onboard of Derek Bell’s Porsche 956 in 1983, showing the ridiculous speeds on this configuration of the circuit. This configuration remained relatively unchanged right up to 1990, until FIA mandations required that for the circuit to be sanctioned, it must not have a straight longer than 2km. The 6km Mulsanne straight was cut down into three relatively equal length portions by two chicanes, giving the iteration of the circuit used today. Allan McNish takes you on an onboard lap of the 2008 circuit in this video. McNish is one of the gods of the modern prototype era, winning Le Mans 3 times; once with Porsche and twice with Audi. For a more comprehensive focus on the track, John Hindhaugh’s track walk takes you on a 30 minute exploration of the track, with in depth focus on corners like the Dunlop Esses, Tertre Rouge, Mulsanne Corner, and the Ford Chicanes.

The Dunlop Bridge
The iconic Dunlop Bridge has been a part of the Le Mans track since 1932, making it the oldest Dunlop Bridge at any track. This part of the track requires a good launch out of the first chicane before cresting the brow of the hill, and plunging through the esses out onto the Mulsanne straight. As the LMP cars are much more maneuverable, caution must be taken passing the slower GT traffic, as Allan McNish discovered in 2011.
Tertre Rouge
Tertre Rouge is the corner that launches the cars onto the long Mulsanne straight. Maintaining momentum through this corner as it opens on exit is imperative to ensure maximum straight line speed heading down the first part of the Mulsanne. The undulation in the road makes for fantastic viewing at night, with some magic images of the Porsches throwing up sparks on the exit in 2014. Finally, this was the location of Allan Simonsen’s fatal crash in mixed conditions in the 2013 Le Mans. The Danish flags will fly at the corner in his memory.
Mulsanne Corner
After the incredibly long Mulsanne straight, the Mulsanne corner nowadays features a subtle right hand kink before the tight 90 degree turn. Here, the cars decelerate from 340 km/h down to below 100 km/h, resulting in a brilliant opportunity to overtake. Again, care must be taken overtaking slower traffic; unaware drivers have caught out faster cars attempting to pass through the kink, such as Anthony Davidson’s spectacular crash in 2012 resulting in a broken vertebra for Davidson.
Indianapolis and Arnage
The Indanapolis and Arnage complex is one of the most committed areas of the track. Hurtling down the hill from the Mulsanne Corner, the road suddenly bends to the right, a corner which only the bravest prototype drivers take flat out, followed by a beautifully cambered open left hander taken in third gear. A short sprint leads the cars into Arnage, the slowest point on the track. The tight right hander was the scene of heartbreak for Toyota in 2014 when the leading #7 broke down and had to be retired after an FIA sensor melted and shut off the electronics. Kazuki Nakajiima was unable to make it to the pits, leaving him stranded on the circuit.
The Porsche Curves
At a terrifyingly high speed, the Porsche Curves is the most committed part of the lap. Getting caught behind GT traffic in this section can mean losing phenomenal amounts of time. This was the site of Loic Duval’s horrific crash in practice for the 2014 event. Keeping momentum through the flowing right-left-right handers that lead into Maison Blanche requires 100% commitment and ultimate precision, with severe punishment for getting it wrong. The exit of the Porsche Curves underwent significant change in 2020, with additional run-off added in the middle part of the section. This has turned the treacherous and claustrophobic sweeping left-hander into an open and sweeping corner, encouraging every little bit of road to be used on the exit. What it hasn’t changed is the terrific consequences for making a mistake
The Ford Chicanes
The final chapter in the 13.6km rollercoaster that is Le Mans is the Ford Chicanes. Two tight left-right handers with massive kerbs are all that separates the driver from the finish line. Watching the cars bounce over the kerbs in beautiful slow motion is certainly something to behold, but 24 hours of mistreatment can lead to suspension and steering issues. The drivers have to be attentive until the very end, lest they throw it all away in the last minutes of the race.
The Circuit de la Sarthe requires over 85% of the lap on full throttle, with the cars accelerating from less than 100km/h to over 300km/h five times each lap. The challenge of having a car finish Le Mans is in itself, an achievement.

The Classes

The WEC consists of three classes on track at once, resulting in three separate races on track each in their own battle for 24 Hours. The classes are split based on their car type, with LMH and LMDh machinery facing off in the Hypercar class, purpose built prototypes with a spec engine and gearbox battling in LMP2, and GT machinery racing in GTE. Each class has its own set of regulations, driver requirements, and relevance for the Le Mans event.

Hypercar

The current top class of endurance sportscars is Hypercar, combining cars built to Le Mans Hypercar (LMH) and Le Mans Daytona (LMDh) specifications. Fighting it out will be LMH machinery from Toyota, Ferrari, Peugeot, Glickenhaus and Peugeot, while Porsche and Cadillac will be racing in LMDh cars. The LMH cars are bespoke sportscars, designed to a strict set of requirements dictating maximum power, drag coefficient, and weight, amongst other parameters, intended to limit the cost of the category. LMDh machines on the other hand are based on the future LMP2 chassis offerings, with manufacturers able to develop their own engines and bodywork, aligning with the power and drag coefficients of LMH. As part of cost-cutting, the Hypercar class is also subject to a Balance of Performance (BoP) formula, to level the playing field and ensure good racing! Hypercars are a little slower than their LMP1 predecessors, with lap times around the 3:24 mark for the Circuit de la Sarthe, which is on par with the 2014 LMP1 cars.

LMP2

The second prototype class is LMP2, and provides an excellent platform for endurance racing on a budget. The LMP2 class features a spec drivetrain and gearbox, using a Gibson V8 producing 400kW, and a selection of three chassis to choose from, of which the Oreca 07 has been the chassis of choice. This ensures that the competition in the class is very tight, and often comes down to the drivers and the team’s performance instead of just having the best car. While LMP2 was capable of 3:25 lap times in years previous, part of the ‘stratification’ of classes with Hypercar’s inclusion, the LMP2 class has lost some power and had some weight added. This should put LMP2 at the heels of the LMH pace, but with laptimes outside the 3:28 mark.
LMP2 is the first class that must feature amateur rated drivers. The Amateurs must drive for a minimum of 6 hours in the car over the course of the race. This means that there's an element of strategy of when to use your amateur driver throughout the race, as the amateur driver is generally slower than the Pros. The pro drivers in this class range from up and coming talent, former F1 drivers, and some of the best sportscar pilots in the world, and with 244 cars in this class, LMP2 is sure to be a hotbed of action over the 24 hours.

LMGTE-Am

GT class cars are cars that are derived from production models, and feature some of the most iconic cars and brands battling it out at the top of the field. The GTE cars are on the border of aero dependency, and can lap Le Mans in around 3:45 in a professional driver’s hands.
This year is the last year of the GTE class, and features 21 cars in a Pro-Am category, with cars from Ferrari, Porsche, Aston Martin, and Chevrolet on the grid. Despite the lack of a Pro category, the driver quality in GTE-Am is still incredibly high, with factory drivers, young stars, experienced champions and every level of experience in between on the grid, with each car featuring two Bronze or Silver rated drivers. With two amateur drivers, the strategy considerations multiply. While GTE-Am might be the class focussed on the least over the course of the race, the stories that come from this class are phenomenal, and it's well worth following.
The GT classes feature a range of different cars and configurations, and to equalise each of these against each other, the class goes through a process called 'Balance of Performance' or BoP. The organisers can adjust each individual car's weight, fuel tank, air restrictor, turbo boost pressures, and aero performance to alter performance levels to enable the different cars to race competitively. This can sometimes be contentious as every team will feel hard done by, but it is a necessary evil to having the variety of cars on the grid.

Innovative Car

Each year, there is the option for an Innovative Car, with untested or innovative technology, allowed to enter in it’s own category. In years past, this has allowed for entries from the Deltawing, or a modified LMP2 to allow amputees to race.
This year, the Innovative Car entry is a modified Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 Next-Gen NASCAR, run by Hendrick Motorsports. The Next-Gen NASCAR features modifications to allow it to run safely on the Circuit de la Sarthe, and will be driven by multiple NASCAR Cup champion Jimmie Johnson, Formula 1 World Champion Jenson Button, and Le Mans Overall Winner Mike Rockenfeller.

The Legends

Part of the allure of the Le Mans 24 Hours is the history, and the legends steeped in history over the course of its 88 previous editions. The race has had many headline battles in its history - periods of time where two or three teams went toe to toe for years, with the drivers, cars, and brands embroiled in these battles given the chance to elevate themselves above the rest, and show their prowess.

The early races were dominated by the Bentley company in their Speed 6, who won 5 of the first 7 races. Cars were separated into classes by their engine displacement, and the overall winner was based on distance covered. If two cars had finished with the same number of laps, the car with the smaller displacement was declared the winner. The race wasn't run during the second world war, and comparatively very little information is available on the stories of the early days of Le Mans.
After the second world war, teams such as Jaguar, Ferrari, Mercedes, and Aston Martin became the dominant teams. This era featured the legendary Jaguar D type, the Mercedes Benz 300 SLR, the Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa, and the Aston Martin DBR1. Jaguar won 5 times between 1951 and 1957, followed by an era of Ferrari dominance. Drivers such as Mike Hawthorn, Stirling Moss, Juan Manuel Fangio, and John Fitch became household names as Le Mans became a battle between German engineering and British "garagistas".
Ferrari and Ford was the story of the 60's, with Ferrari winning 6 times straight before Ford won four in a row with the GT40 Mk II, taking their first win in 1966. The story of their rivalry is legendary in it's own right - Henry Ford had almost successfully bought out the Ferrari motor company, only to be knocked back by Enzo himself at the 11th hour. In retaliation, Ford planned to hurt Ferrari where it mattered most; on the track. The Ford GT40 was so comprehensively dominant that it won the 1966 edition 21 laps ahead of the next car back - a Porsche 906/6. None of the Ferrari 330P3's finished the race. This battle gave drivers like Bruce Mclaren, Dan Gurney, and Jacky Ickx their first Le Mans victories, and propelled them to the forefront of motorsport stardom at the height of motorsport's popularity.
The 1970's saw the dawn of Porsche, with the 917k taking the brand's first win in 1970, with the same car winning the following year in the hands of Helmut Marko (yes, that Helmut Marko). It would be 5 years before Porsche would win again, with Matra taking 3 victories in the interim, each at the hands of Henri Pescarolo. Porsche returned with the 936 and the 956/962c dominating the race for the next 20 years. In fact, from 1970, Porsche won 12 times in 18 events, including 7 in a row, and they miiight have been a bit cheeky about it. Amongst these 12 wins, there were 4 for both Jacky Ickx and Derek Bell, and two for IMSA legend Hurley Haywood, as well as the first win for the Joest team in 1984. This era coincided with the introduction, and subsequent destruction of the Group C sportscar formula, widely regarded as the best Sportscar championship regulations of all time. Porsche’s dominance was eventually ended by Jaguar in the XJR-9LM, at the height of Group C’s magic. Ickx's 6 wins at this stage had earned him the nickname 'Mr Le Mans', a fitting title for one of the best drivers in the world at the time.
GT cars became a force to be reckoned with at the end of the Group C era, with classes being split into LMGTP and LMP. McLaren and Porsche had wins in GTP cars, in the F1 GTR and the 911 GT1 respectively, while Porsche, BMW and Peugeot scored LMP wins. 1997 saw the first win for Tom Kristensen, while the following year Allan McNish took his first victory, starting their journeys into the legend books of Le Mans.
The 2000’s ushered in the era of Audi, with all 13 of their wins coming since the turn of the century. GTP was disbanded due to safety issues, being replaced by GT1 and GT2. Audi picked up wins in the R8, the R10, the R15, and the R18, often dominating the might of the Peugeot 908. Audi's dominance elevated not only their drivers to legend status, but also their team managers, car designers, and race engineers. People like Reinhold Joest (team manager), Dr Wolfgang Ullrich (Audisport director), Ulrich Baretzky (engine designer), Leena Gade, Howden Haynes (race engineers) behind the wall and Allan McNish, Tom Kristensen, Rinaldo Capello, Marcel Fassler, Andre Lotterer and Benoit Treluyer have become household names in the sport not only for their wins, but their longevity and domination. Audi's dominance was only broken by a win for Bentley in 2003, running basically an Audi under a British racing green skin, and Peugeot in 2009, before being ended for good by Porsche in 2015. After both Porsche and Audi left the top class, Toyota rose to dominance, taking the last 3 Le Mans events in a row!
Between 2015 and 2017, Porsche added to their victories, now holding a record 19 overall victories at the Circuit de la Sarthe. Audi trail with 13, with Ferrari, Jaguar and Bentley holding the next three positions. Toyota finally took their first overall victory in 2018, and have won every year since. Tom Kristensen is has the most victories at Le Mans, with 9 overall victories over his career with Porsche, Audi and Bentley, inheriting the title of Mr Le Mans.

A car crash into a pine tree shatters the facade of a once seemingly blissful marriage. Jack's desperate attempts to bring down the tree with a chainsaw leave his wife, Hazel, wondering what has become of their bond. Is he still the same man she fell in love with three decades ago? As Hazel battles her fears, "Journey to the Treetop" invites readers on an emotional ride through the tumultuous landscape of a mind affected by memory loss.
CABIN ROAD is the gateway to paradise.
But why does this feel like a path to hell?
I smash into a tall pine tree that stands in the middle of the otherwise straight gravel road. I've gone around it hundreds of times before. But now, my fingers are firmly gripped on the steering wheel, disregarding all my commands. Have I become paralyzed?
A potato is wobbling on the dashboard, having obviously leaped out of the potato crates in the back seat. Jack gets out and strides to the front bumper. His lips press into a thin line as he appraises the destruction and cost of fixing it. Nothing should hold him back from swearing. But he maintains his composure, anger simmering just beneath the surface.
The memory of thirty years of marriage fills my mind. I question whether this man has drugged me. A fleeting thought that he might have crashed the car surfaces, but it seems too much of a stretch. I take a deep breath and try to clear my head.
In the rear-view mirror, Jack gets an axe from the trunk. He comes and gazes at me from my window, his eyes looking heavy and weary—like two precious pearls inside their oyster-like shells. I straighten and open the window:
“Thank goodness it wasn't worse.”
“I'll chop it down.”
“That’s a pretty big tree, Jack.”
Jack blinks several times.
“I do have a chainsaw...”
“Yes.” I wonder what stories this tree has witnessed during its lifetime. Will we see the marks of our journey on its rings? There’s always something that gets squeezed in tighter, begging to be unraveled.
“I'll drive you to the cabin and grab the chainsaw,” Jack says. “Prepare some coffee while I'm gone.”
Our short passage to the cabin around the bend is like shifting through the fog of memory. I'm in the kitchen. My fingers clench around the coffee tin can and spoon. Bewilderment engulfs my brain. I spot Jack with his saw. He slips around the corner, the curve of his bottom visible through his tight work trousers. I feel anxious about the crash. Did I deliberately hit the tree?
The measuring spoon slips from my hand. It drops onto the floor along with the tin can. I clean up the mess. Could someone drive into a tree on purpose? Accidents do happen after all. It's fascinating to see him take on this role of being so chivalrous. Far away from his academic duties.
As the chainsaw outside whines, I scroll through social media on my phone. People arguing about something or other makes me tired. I pick up a copy of Science magazine from the coffee table and scan through an article titled “Quantum Communication Across Interstellar Space,” authored by Jack. As usual, the details go right over my head. I like to amuse myself with the idea that it speaks about communicating with individuals who have passed away.
Billy's message pops up. He asks for money for a fishing trip with his buddies somewhere in Lapland. I am more than happy to support him since he’s enlisting in the army soon in July. My big boy.
I tell him about the car crash, and he gives me advice about a car repair store. Jack comes back earlier than expected. He plops into his seat, sweat beading on his forehead and the smell of resin emanating from him. He seems disappointed.
I pour coffee to the brim.
“Did the saw get stuck?”
Jack shakes his head and adds sugar to his mug.
“It got shattered under the tree. I stumbled...”
Silence descends slowly, like dust.
“My helmet cracked.”
“Do you want me to buy new parts when I go to the store?”
“No need.”
“But there's pruning and cutting to do first.”
Jack takes a bite out of a cinnamon bun.
“I can sharpen the axe.”
“Ask the neighbors for help, that's what they're for. You can also mow the lawn while I'm away.”
“The grass is already short— it'll die off.”
“You don't want ticks taking over! Think about your mother's joint pain. She would roll in her grave if—”
“Cremated?’
“Yes!” My answer is like a flyswatter, leaving no room for further discussion or quantum physics.
Jack is busy chewing on the bun. His regular coffee breaks, which have become part of his daily routine in his sixties, have honed impressive jowls.
We enjoy our coffee and stare at the lake. Calm as a mirror. I have a feeling Jack will soon suggest fishing. As I gather my things to leave, I call to him:
“Don't hurt yourself. Should I bring more buns?”
“I was thinking of skipping the sugar and wheat...”
I simply smile in reply.
“Can you refuel the car?” Jack asks.
I'm already off. The door slams shut in the middle of his sentence, but Jack knows better than to expect a response.
I jump into the driver's seat and immediately notice forgotten potato baskets in the back seat, but my mind drifts away before I can do anything about it. As I pass by our old well, I remember that we need to discuss connecting the cabin to a new water source. No matter what it costs, it needs to be done. Why should I agree to be responsible for our running water anymore?
I collide with something hard. Airbags abruptly inflate around me, disorienting me as my vision blurs. Struggling to escape from the tangled mess of seatbelts and inflatable bags, it feels like I'm an old person trying to climb out of a bouncy castle.
My gaze rests on the scene before me, but my thoughts can't understand it. I have plowed into a tree stump. The tree stretches over the ditch. Nearby the chainsaw lies crushed. The cutting chain is nowhere to be found.
I get back in the car. Should I phone Jack for an urgent call? Inhaling slowly helps me stay calm. Why didn’t he mention the tree stump?
Someone taps on my window
I jump and my neck stiffens up. I reach for the window switch.
“I should have told you about...” Jack says.
“The stump?”
“Didn't you see the tree on the ground?”
“I'm sorry. I was daydreaming.”
“Great galaxy, Hazel! You're burning through our last savings as if money grew on trees!”
Jack is being truly authentic with me. I stare back at him like some big-eyed exotic species from Madagascar that I can't identify in all this chaos.
Jack opens the door and starts to put the cushion back in its place. We turn on the engine, giving the accelerator a test ride.
“Let's go to a repair shop. I'm sure our insurance will cover this,” Jack suggests. “We can say that we had an accident with a reindeer.”
“You're supposed to report it to the police or game warden if you hit an animal,” I reply.
Jack pauses for a moment. He then reverses and drives forward again, but when he looks into the rear-view mirror, he slams on the brakes.
“I have a better plan.”
He retrieves an orange towing strap from the trunk, a burst of determination on his face. He connects the stump and the tow hook.
“Get ready. We’re going to take a quantum leap here.”
We buckle our seat belts with a single click as we prepare for the inevitable disaster. We had already made so many mistakes together, starting with raising our children—though sometimes failing was just part of parenting.
Jack revs up the engine. A sudden lurch forward, then Jack howls in pain as the stump smashes through the rear window, clambering through the seats and lodging itself onto the gearbox, trapping Jack's hand. He veers off toward the ditch.
The Milky Way spins around us, potatoes fly in the air and suddenly, all is quiet. We find ourselves upside down—surrounded by earthy potatoes and broken glass.
I try to break the silence:
“I just remembered: Billy's friend can repair cars at the vocational school much cheaper.”
Jack looks so pale, his face almost white. I guess he’s contemplating the next step.
Through the cracked windshield, I see the chainsaw chain lying in the ditch. How did it come to be rusting away? Maybe everything will go back to normal if we sit here and wait.
It feels almost as if we are flying in outer space, my nerves slowly calming down. But then a sudden stillness strikes that is anything but soothing.
“Jack, I’m feeling a bit dizzy…”
No answer.
“Jack...”
I snap open my eyes and the scene in front of me has changed drastically. It’s like I’ve been sucked into some kind of surreal void.
I hear a tapping noise on the window. An apology and then a loud thud; a huge rock has been hurled through the glass. A stench of strong aftershave ferments around me. A burly arm reaches across to release the seatbelt. An elderly man growls something crude, nothing like Jack's usual scout-like words.
My eyes close as I'm being cradled away, and visions of Jack's mathematics and symbols flicker around in my mind. Is the soul truly free when there is no force of gravity to pull us down?
I don't know who my savior is, but I can sense his worry as his face reddens. He is in military garb.
I come to as I feel my head thudding against the rubble. Instantly, I yearn to run away, contemplating that perhaps this experience is only a dream, and I'm back in the cabin chamber, tucked securely underneath a cosy blanket. A blanket that grants me the power to perform heroic acts like disappearing in a puff of smoke.
“Are you okay?” he speaks in a familiar voice.
Fingers brush over my clothes, picking out pieces of glass. My pocket contains an odd bulge—a potato? Suddenly, everything clicks: an aged Billy, wearing a major's rank insignia. How could he have achieved that rank so fast?
“Son, what are you doing on this tree ring?”
Billy peers at me from across the way, accompanied by a mysterious female figure.
“We came to check on how you're doing,” Billy says. “Do you remember what happened?”
I raise my head and look around. There's nobody in the driver's seat of the car.
“Where is Jack?” I manage.
Billy furrows his brows like a detective would when weighing evidence. An image of the classic TV show Columbo flashes through my mind—he could lull suspects into a false sense of security before dropping the hammer of his sharp intellect on their inconsistencies. But I'm not hiding anything here. Though why are modern shows so bad? That's another mystery entirely.
“Mom, what were you doing out here? The road is an absolute disaster zone, with the car smashed up in the ditch.”
My thoughts swim haphazardly as Billy reads something from my expression, then casts his eyes towards his new girlfriend for assistance.
I try to get up but it hurts too much. Instead, I reach into my pocket and feel a sandy-sharp potato there. Maybe I can still wash it off.
“I’m fine,” I reply. “I need to get back to plowing the field... baking buns for Jack... buying a chainsaw...”
The darkness returns and I feel my body shiver. I'm in the car, traveling down bumps I've known for quite some time. Soon, I’m settled inside the cabin's living room on the couch. The coffee maker is gurgling in the corner of the room. Billy is on a call with a doctor about how to deal with grief and coping alone; it seems someone had died while cutting down a tree last year. He gets furious and threatens to take away the keys from the person he's talking to. It might be a good idea; many people have too many keys that they don't use anyway.
My head is spinning with thoughts about Jack's absence. Where did he go?
Someone runs water over potatoes while a pot clatters on the stovetop. My temper rises as I wait for Jack's return. I won't stay here by myself without an explanation from him. I call out for Jack until there's no sound left but my coughing voice.
I crave sausage soup, and I know I must go to the store. As I try to move forward, I am wading through tar. They guide me to the coffee table. According to Jack, time runs faster the more hunched your back becomes. Let it be and let us sit here, motionless, gazing at the tips of our shoes. Surely, time has slowed down in this moment.
Billy reaches out and takes my hand. A handsome, greying gentleman. His girlfriend also places her hand on top of the pile. Her name is Ewa. A beautiful name, something familiar about her.
But did I hear her calling me mother?
In the yard, a squirrel hops with a cone in its mouth. It freezes and stares at me. I avert my gaze. My hands suddenly look wrinkled. I summon the inner strength that I've been striving to find for an eternity:
“Do we have to leave now?”
Billy exchanges glances with Ewa and then looks outside.
“You don't have to walk this path alone, Mother.”
We finish our coffee without saying another word. The wind sweeps across the lake. A pair of swans take flight, and a duet of gentle honks echo across the water.
A shivering cold envelops me. Billy and Ewa take me to the car. The potatoes can wait.
The sun blazes brightly above us as we travel the cabin road; shapeless clouds dot the horizon and suddenly I sense a presence—as if someone is waving to me.
I surrender.
I believe I will be warmly welcomed.

• Make sure to take "Jalapeño Popper" perk to succeed both bonus objectives, particularly on Extra-Hot, cause Plant food perk won't really help you against big waves of Helpdesk Assistant, Consultant and Headoffice Impgarg. Also the given peas have a very poor pf effect so it won't be so effective.

• This lvl is so fun, with a big diversity of zombies, and I enjoyed the huge parachute rain at the beginning, you can't really expect it and have to face it by yourselves if you already melted the 4 ice blocks
• Really easy lvl if you have high lvl plants, no real need for mastery lvl. Classic strat to pass the lvl and succeed objectives: peavine, TW, sbr
• No particular better perk to pick, just enjoy this lvl, you can reach some huge scores, I did 128M on Extra-hot
• The only annoying zombie if you got low lvl plants is Zcorpion, but else just handle them one by one. You can also take imppear and pick 'Plant food perk' to kill zombies fast (except Medusa who is immune to imppear effect)
• Great strat both to get rid of early Pilots and Gargimps: Draftodil on C1 and C2 (C3 if necessary) + whatever plant like Spear-mint, JOL, sbr, Pyre Vine... + Imppear and Tile Turnip. Reached 41M with JOL, and 49M with sbr + Pyre Vine

LEVEL 4: Last Stand lvl in FF Playground

• Great strat: Ice Bloom, Chilly Pepper, Blover, E.M Peach, Thyme Warp. If you don't have a high lvl Ice Bloom, you can replace Chilly Pepper with Imiatator of Ice Bloom. Same idea if you don't have Ice Bloom but Chilly Pepper, but it's much harder cause Chilly Pepper only deals damage on the lane it's planted (5 tiles long). Perk used: Sun Break

• One good strat: Tile Turnip, Hypno-shroom, Imitator, Imppear oand sbr, Solar Sage or Bramble Bush. Best I could perform is 2M with the other objective being completed.
• Be careful with those Zcorpion, don't forget you can find a Healer in one of those vases, making your life a living hell with your hypnotized Gargs facing you suddenly.

Note:

• A plant with the warming ability is recommended: Pyre Vine, Meteor Flower, Pepper-pult, Wasabi Whip, Torchwood...
• Make sure to always have a fast attacker to eliminate chickens and weasels or else you might get overwhelmed.
• Any short range attacker is viable on Mild and Hot: hbl, pokra, TG, parsnip, wasabi whip, as long as you pick the mint with it if it is low lvl. On Extra-hot, you can pick wasabi whip or TG.
• Really fun lvl with many different zombies and strats to combine.

P.S:

• I really enjoyed this PP, there were many fun lvls with a big diversity of zombies and some interesting surprises especially Parachute Rain with Pilot or Helpdesk Assistant, either way, it was intriguing.
• This new Zomboss Setup is really great, it adds a new challenge to the old ones. I look forward to seeing the next new Zomboss fight, being scheduled in a few weeks for Imppear's PP with Zombot Sphinx-inator.

Each of the homeless American citizens that Mark Horvath interviews is asked, “If you had three wishes, what would they be?” His invisible new friends would trust him with their answers – their dreams. Everyone had at least one answer. “To be self sustaining, and have a home for my kids”, said a mother of five. Others expressed their desire to “get off the streets”, “To have a steady job”, or simply “Have a place to stay.” Unfortunately, we don’t all get three wishes in America, our homeland.
Poverty in this country is a form of oppression, a tool used for punishment, and a weapon wielded against our most vulnerable citizens. The reports and interviews reveal a common theme of FEAR. Mr. Hovarth expressed that, “he wants to solve homelessness so he doesn’t end up on the streets.” A homeless man said that he feared “getting used to being homeless.” While on the other side of that demographic, a housed man feared the prospect of Americans experiencing “compassion fatigue” for the homeless problem in general. My argument is that this is all fair, and a direct repercussion of successfully achieving Capitalism.
I believe that dealing with a problem as complicated as homelessness must start with the vital ingredient of HOPE. Affordable housing and fair wages have been so skewed for so long that a reimplementation of these factors merely put band-aids on the real problem. It’s no wonder why we as a people feel as though we are swimming up a waterfall. Hope must lead the way, and a direct confrontation of Capitalism‘s overall efficiency must take place. Is it an incredible oversight by such a system that it CHOOSES who is taught the language of MONEY? A country that flaunts the ideal of Capitalism in the same breath as it’s claims to provide freedom would seemingly strive to offer such a language of money to ALL of it’s citizens. Instead, we choose who learns the language of money and hope, and the rest are chosen to fend for themselves or learn how to use the sun as a blanket on a cold day. This is not an oversight at all. It’s pure callousness.
My personal hope for this class is to shed a bright light on the “economic disparities” that are directly attributed to the misinformed citizens about what the true language in their country really is. The ridiculously rich 1% of Americans have done a brilliant job of gaslighting their own achievements in relation to who pays the cost. There’s absolutely no reason for anyone in the world to be so rich as to never be able to spend their fortune in 100 of their children’s lifetimes. It’s unnecessary to the point of obnoxious to see so much of the economy being kept away from the most vulnerable. I’m in this class to spread the word, and undoubtedly ruffle some feathers. I’ll take an “all inclusive” approach with every step. I believe that the more a community practices forms of “exclusion” the more it becomes a part of the very problem it claims an interest in solving. I don’t want a single penny from a billionaire. I just want them to realize that they don’t need another penny from me.

Japanese Tempo Era Koban - the tempo era coinage was not minted with the automated mass minting technology used in the west. Each one is individually made and each piece has distinct slightly unique details.
The JNDA is the gold standard (no pun intended) for Japanese numismatic certification
Displayed on the obverse are 4 stamps: a fan-shaped Kiri crest, a square panel with the value, a square panel with the signature of the Mint Official, and another fan-shaped Kiri crest
On the reverse there are 4 more stamps: a butter-fly-like signature, and the stamps of additional mint officials.
The Tempo Era variant available here is roughly 14k gold

There was this quiet sort of contemplation as the weight of the Cleric's words echoed in our minds.
There were Gods out there, at least one, but likely more, and for whatever reason, we were the ones who had potential access to actual miracles.
Everyone just kind of accepted that this was a thing that had happened, we were terrified to think about it any more deeply than that, yet some had seen it as a sign that there was some kind of intelligent divine force out there and called out to it.
And it had answered.
Nobody addressed it, not until the funeral.
The Cleric stood among the dead, who were gathered and put into caskets, he solemnly addressed the town.
"We stand before proud men and women of this town, who worked a dangerous trade to support their families. Upon their caskets, me and my fellow Clerics have carved their names, There are some of us who would rather let the dead remain dead, whether it is because they are in heaven, or because it cannot be certain that they will, indeed, return."
He cast his gaze around us. "None have denied me permission to try."
I could hear the weeping of people who were simply devastated, others simply stared forward in abject sorrow. Some watched with hope in their eyes. Hope that one day, we would have our family back.
"It is the duty of the living to carry on, to grant solace to the dead, whether that is in honor of a God, or in honor of oneself, or one's family. We consign these souls to the safekeeping of those whose gentle gaze falls upon us. Whether that be in the arms of Bahamut, or another."
He held his hand out to us. "May peace rain down, and soothe your woes."
There was a subtle lightening of the area around us, followed by a feeling of calm and peace. The weeping petered out.
"I have been given permission to have made a mausoleum for the dead." He said. "For the next ten days, the dead will not decay, during this time, we will dig, until the dead are at rest. Anyone who wishes to help is welcome. Wer tiichir di wer Naflopsola qe acht wux."
The blessing of the Grandfather be upon you.
Everyone went to their lost family members, they were kindly warned not to disturb the salt-covered pennies over their eyes. "It is necessary for the spell to remain in effect." The Clerics explained.
I didn't have anyone who was dead that I particularly missed, but that could have easily been an entirely different story, had we not gone as deep as we had. That said, the idea of a God existing was... I had been a fairly staunch atheist most of my life, and the idea that there was a God felt... weird.
Like, we had proof that there was more going on than met the eye, there was proof that these Clerics got their magic from something.
In the next few days, I helped out with digging out the mausoleum. There was something about digging solid, stable tunnels that felt wonderful, We started with exploratory tunnels, if we found any veins of ore, we would mark the tunnel as such and move on. We managed to find one, before settling on a location just outside the Anomaly.
We needed to make it large enough for Humans to walk in, wide enough for them to walk past one another, with enough space to stack up to four caskets. The idea was to use the natural coldness of the underground to help preserve the bodies. Even if they would be restored to their original state, they weren't embalmed, just drained.
The Clerics didn't want to risk something going wrong with preservatives, and cremation wasn't an option since the other resurrection spell, True Resurrection, would take even longer to achieve.
We started with a large antechamber, one that the Clerics intended to have as a shrine and temple to their God, followed by a long tunnel downward, which would lead into the catacombs proper. Stairs would be carved along either side, with a recessed ramp serving as a place to install a lift. We already had Kobolds on the job, 'Artificers', who could make magical items and technology.
Over time, as we worked, the Clerics would pray to their God, asking for the guidance and wisdom to see things through.
During one of our rest periods, the main Cleric approached me and sat beside me.
"Do you need something?" I asked.
"No. Not in the sense that you expect." He said. "I wished to thank you for your help. I understand you prefer your solitude, and appreciate you taking time to aid us."
What he said confused me. "Solitude?" I asked.
He nodded. "The Warren is well aware of how you prefer to be alone, how when this all started, you were among those who were distressed. You consigned yourself to this new reality, rather than accepting it as we had, and in respect of that, we wait for you to find your peace."
"I'm not that antisocial." I said.
He looked at me, his brow ridge raised. "How many of our names do you know?" He asked.
"I, uh... Well, my brother goes by Tallyn now." I said.
"Now. As though it were only recent, rather than from the start. I do not wish to sound rude or disrespectful, the rest of us have accepted we will never be Human again, I do not think you feel that way."
He was right. No matter how I integrated into the warren, it was always grudgingly. I only practiced magic because it was something I could do, something that could give us answers, something that could at least give us the option to go back. I only took on the name Tallyn, because my own brain forced me to. I still resolutely spoke in English, even though the Humans were getting better with Yipyak every day.
I was the only one who hadn't given up. Or rather, I was the only one who refused to move on.
"My name is Galax, and you are Ruuk."
I nodded. "I just... I don't think we should just give up, there has to be something."
"It is my belief this is a gift." He said softly. "One with unfortunate mistakes, perhaps a wish gone awry, or an attempt at equity, to ensure we would not be outnumbered to our detriment." He smiled. "And that is the least I can say, without preaching, at least."
I rubbed my thumb against my palm. "I... wouldn't mind if you did. Just to have a better idea of what to expect."
He nodded. "Perhaps another time." He said. "For now, I will leave you with this. Of my faith, these are our tenets. Justice and Good above all. Honor and Fealty to the King of the Good Dragons. Honor and respect to righteous innocence. Honor and Duty to the Balancer, to Her Mercy, and to the Justicemaker. Honor and Protection to the lesser races. Honor and Correction to the enemies of Justice and Good. And Honor and Forebearance for oneself."
"Lesser races?" I asked.
"Perhaps a bit unfortunate a term there, for our day and age." He admitted. "But it means people like you and me, we would be considered a lesser race." He thought for a moment. "Honor and Protection to those in the minority. Yes, I believe that is better. May Bahamut see wisdom in this, and if not, guide me to a greater truth."
We finished resting, and at least for the time being, I could understand why he worshiped the God he did.
By the time the mausoleum was finished, a week had passed. The ramp lift was installed and worked, it was capable of holding two caskets at a time, or four people if the seats were pulled up. We all worked to bring the caskets down, before slotting them into their final resting places.
Once the work was finally done, we were invited for a shared meal.
"So, what's the plan now?" I asked Galax.
"We will continue to expand upon this temple." He said. "After all, we will need a place to sleep and pray, not to mention having a place for visitors to stay." He smiled. "It is my hope people come here to worship in peace, and I do hope you come to visit, even if it's just to say hi."
I nodded.
After stepping into the sunlight, after spending so much time underground, I snarled. I really did not like being outside, it was too bright and exposed, and nobody made Kobold sunglasses.
To my knowledge, at least.
Galax's words to me in the catacombs, about separating myself... It made me actually look around and see how much the town had changed. We had sequestered ourselves at the edge of town, making our own tools and living without easy access to technology, simply because we were overwhelmed and needed some place to be. Now, I could see new houses in the place of old ones, large tracts of land that now functioned as its own little village in the middle of everything.
While I stayed separate, unable to be Human, but unable to accept that I was, and likely will be, a Kobold for the rest of my life.
I walked over to my old house, practically abandoned, and walked in.
Everything was coated in a layer of dust, there were cobwebs everywhere, and everything was just as giant as I remembered it being. This used to be my entire life, and now it was just a snapshot of one that I couldn't live in anymore.
There was no electricity going to it, why direct it here if nobody's inside?
The fridge was empty, Mom and Dad emptying it out for me.
"It's taken you longer than everyone else." I turned around to see my brother, his talons clacked against the wood floor, digging slight furrows into it. "Oh, uh, sorry." He said.
"It is what it is." I said.
"Thinking of selling the place?" He asked.
"I don't know what I want anymore." I admitted. "I just... I keep thinking, maybe one day I'll find a way to go back, to return to my life... But this is it, isn't it?" I looked at him. "There's no going back. This isn't even a curse or something I can handle, even if I work my ass off."
Tallyn walked over to me and hugged me, I hugged him back.
After that, and some time just sitting in silence, he said, "You could have the place demolished and have a new house built."
"With what money?" I asked.
"Wait, you still haven't figured it out?" He asked, shocked.
"Figured what out?"
"We abandoned money, like, a month into this. I mean, we got turned into a bunch of little lizard dudes with dragon blood in our veins, money just kind of felt like an arbitrary thing we used. We've been self-sufficient for months at this point, and we did it all through the power of our kind just naturally gravitating toward helping each other out."
"So, wait, we're a bunch of communist lizards?" I asked, shocked.
"Socialist." He replied. "It probably helps that we're a relatively little grouping of people with fairly solid infrastructure, even if we're in the process of fixing it."
"Huh." I sat in silence for a few moments. "So, wait, you're telling me someone's just going to build me a house."
"You literally spent the last seven days digging out a temple and a catacomb out of the goodness of your own heart." He said. "Money didn't even cross your mind, did it?"
"Well, no, but that's because it was needed." I said.
"Yes, and housing is a need." He pointed out. "Look, we've got a council and everything, just ask them to take this place apart and build you a new one. A building this size would support four storeys for us." You can have it as modern as you want, or you could go full medieval like a lot of us have and go for aesthetic."
"Well, I do like the aesthetic." I said. "But I'm absolutely having electricity, because fuck cooking over a fire."
He laughed. He invited me to his house, and well, it was cozy. He wasn't having any Human visitors for a while, except in the absolutely huge sitting room.
"There are windows on the interior wall." I remarked.
"Yeah. Sometimes I can't be bothered to go all of the way to the ground floor, and unlike someone, I can't just leap off and float to the ground."
"What is it that you do?" I asked. "I never asked, because I was too much in my own damn head."
"Well, first thing you need to know is that there are roughly thirteen Classes, fourteen if we ever get a Blood Hunter."
"A what?"
"Nevermind. So, unlike you, most of us don't have one yet. Like, it's there, but we haven't awakened to it yet. Everyone with some sort of practical skills, they awakened to the easier Classes to awaken to. Druids, Rangers, Sorcerers, Artificers- all have something innate to them that makes it easier for them to awaken. We have one Fighter, and he's ex-military. We have one Barbarian, and he's that guy who has anger management issues."
"Getting pissed off is a Class?" I asked.
Getting pissed off regularly. Now, Bards? Nobody's musically inclined, so that's a no go. Monks? About the best we've got is yoga, and until someone starts learning karate, I doubt we're getting one any time soon. Paladins? Well, they're specifically people bound to a sacred oath, rather than a God, and until one of us swears vengeance on someone, that's not happening any time soon."
He paused, thinking to himself. "If anyone's a Rogue, they're keeping it hidden. My guess would be the locksmith. Warlocks require making a pact with an otherworldly being, and Wizards are explicitly people who have studied magic long enough to understand how to use it, unlike you, who just knows."
"So, like, what? You don't have a Class, so you're screwed until you get one?"
He shook his head. "No. We definitely get stronger, but we can't use something we don't know we have, and reading about it isn't enough."
I had always assumed that everyone just knew what they were, but in all actuality, we were the ones who were lucky.
"Do people hate me?" I asked, suddenly self-conscious.
"No." He said firmly. "You've thrown yourself into understanding your Class, even though out of all of us, you're probably the least knowledgeable. Which is actually fitting. You haven't hesitated to use your magic to help other people, but you don't go around flaunting it like an asshole."
He paused, waving his hand in circles, likely trying to recall something. "Like that Mending spell. Do you even remember how many people come to you to get their broken shit fixed? You just know it's broken, you can fix it, so you do."
I nodded. I hadn't even kept count.
"Or the times you used that Mage Hand to get things that were out of reach for people, like getting that frisbee down, and let's not forget how you've used Pressi- Presiti="
"Prestidigitation." I said.
"That. Just that one spell alone has been monumental in making things easier for people. We actually have Artificers working on gloves that just do that, because it's so useful." I nodded. I did make a habit of just cleaning things with it because I simultaneously couldn't bother with it, but didn't want to leave it alone.
"Ruuk." He said. "Everyone's been waiting for you to join us, rather than stay alone. We are a warren, all of us, even the Humans. It's time to come home."

How we got here
Miami had to come through the Play-In tournament as the No. 8 seed but has not let its underdog status have any bearing on its impressive playoff run so far.

Erik Spoelstra’s team took down Giannis Antetokounmpo and the No. 1-seeded Milwaukee Bucks in the first round, before winning a war of attrition against the Knicks in the Eastern Conference semis.

Despite Boston’s impressive regular season record, the No. 2 seed has struggled throughout the postseason. It took the Celtics six games to get past the Atlanta Hawks and another seven to get through the Philadelphia 76ers.

This brought the Heat and the Celtics together in the Eastern Conference Finals. The series has been an incredible display of drama and tension with the momentum ebbing and flowing throughout.

The Heat raced to a 3-0 lead in the series thanks to incredible performances by Butler and the Miami supporting cast.

Butler has been one of the stars of the NBA postseason and continued this form during the early games of the series against the Celtics.

Missing Tyler Herro through injury meant that head coach Erik Spoelstra had to seek other alternatives to support his star man. Up stepped Gabe Vincent and Caleb Martin – who have come up big in clutch time and throughout the series.

Explosions rocked the small bunker causing sergeant Kaiden of the Union army to shift slightly. It wasn't that he was afraid, it was kind of hard to be afraid while wearing the equivalent of an infantry fighting vehicle’s worth of heavy powered armour. He was nervous.
He always got nervous before an operation, especially since the last failed raid on the rebel supply lines a few days ago. They hadn't lost anyone thank Luck, but his whole squad had been embarrassed by their failure.
Kaiden was wearing a set of Mark III demolisher powered armour. The heavy plates full of protective systems and augmenting synthetic muscle fibers that gave him the ability to move with such weight. The armour itself weighed more than eight hundred kilograms unloaded with ordinance, far too much for him to have possibly moved without the assistance of the synthmuscle fibers that made up the suits underlayer.
Kaiden turned to his second in command corporal Ixie. The tall nerivith woman was wearing her species equivalent of heavy assault armour, a set of Mark III Plackart armour. It was similar in design to his own, with thick armour plates over a synthmuscle undersuit. But that’s where the similarities ended. Where his suit was simplistic in design hers was sculpted and smooth, where his was rugged her armour had flair.
A distinct difference in their two people’s fundamental cultures. Whereas humanity had always excelled at war through the application of pure brute force, her own people had always seen war as more of a dance. Those that got good at the dance became death incarnate while the less experienced fell like wheat to the scythe.
He smiled inside his helmet at the thought of her dancing. The nerivith were a female dominant society making their taller and longer horned females very direct with their emotions. With their tendency to dance for potential partners, a nerivith dance meant more than a simple gesture.
Putting thoughts of his best friend out of mind he turned towards the station watch commander, a small slaaveth man named Grulren by his name tapes. The slaaveth were an interesting species, partially aquatic, they possessed both gills and lungs though their lungs remained underdeveloped till they reached sexual maturity in their late teen years.
The short scaled man motioned for Kaiden to come closer and then slapped a webbed hand down on his small holotable.
“We need to push the bastards back over the western trenches.” he said a bit vehemently.
Kaiden pointed at the western trenches on the small tactical map. They were marked as orange, indicating that they were under direct threat but the conflict had not yet been resolved to either faction’s benefit.
“The rebels have infiltrated that entire region in force, but they were unable to sneak heavy weapons or armour over no man’s land. There is no way they could have carried any kind of heavy ordinance through that quagmire.” He said confidently. He would have been surprised if they had even tried.
Grulren nodded his frilled head, his pupilless black eyes fixing on the bright blue glow of Kaiden’s helmet eyeslits. “Then I am depending on your squad to clear them out. If we lose the west then the Deep cursed rebels will have a direct run on our artillery park. Those Monsoon SPAs have almost no ground defense after yesterday’s shelling. And I don't think I have to tell you what happens to us all if we lose artillery support.” the man said menacingly.
He didn't. This entire war had devolved into a stalemate only punctuated by desperate rushing attacks and the constant fall of heavy munitions. The near constant artillery duel had been ongoing for more than eight months. Kaiden was tired and a little apprehensive, he had a hard time imagining what the regulars were going through.
As a member of the Union’s more elite forces, Kaiden and his platoon were ground pounders. A more highly trained section of the Union’s armed forces that used powered armour exclusively. Generally to great effect.
It had been a tough few months however as the unrelenting stalemate had stretched both logistics and manpower to their limits. He thought about the war itself, it had been almost six years since the Hegemony of Independent Systems rebellion had started with the unprovoked attack on Sector Eta. Millions of Sapient Congressional Union troops and their families dead in a few hours in what had become known as the worst surprise attack in the Union's long history. Worse than the terroristic attacks of the Dust Worlds rebellion by an order of magnitude.
He nodded after what must have seemed to the station commander to be a short pause. “Understood commander. I will take my squad there directly along the abandoned trenches to save time. They should be clear of hostiles by now.”
Grulren just waved him away and turned to his aide. His attention now focused on some other crisis.
Kaiden walked over to Ixie and said “Assemble the squad, we are moving out in one minute.”
She gave him an affirmative noise and turned away. Her tall and slightly leaner form having to duck to make it under the bunker’s low doorframe.
He followed her and looked around. The bunker was situated in a wide section of the trenchworks, the ground covered in wooden ties and metal plates so that heavy vehicles could traverse them without getting stuck in the mud.
It was lucky that the location they were in didn't seem to be very wet, the skies rarely choked with clouds. That didn't mean it was a desert though, the mornings were often wet and damp with fog that obscured vision and eroded the earthen walls of the simpler front trenches.
He sighed. The war had taken him from his home on Dreyvan II across the Union and then back again. This new invasion of his homeworld was the second desperate attack by a foe that knew they couldn't win and so were trying to burn it all down.
Dreyvan II was a major military armament supplier to the Union’s military and the Hegemony knew that. Thus the siege had begun as a heavy kinetic bombardment. Once it was clear that they had failed to destroy the planet from orbit the enemy had landed millions of troops on the planet. This invasion swept over part of the world, taking an entire hemisphere before it was slowed and then finally stopped. By the time the Union had sent a task force large enough to deal with the problem it was too late. The enemy had dug themselves in like a cancer, setting up anti-ship defenses and a million miles of heavily defended trenches. They made it clear that they were here to stay.
What was worse in his mind was that not all of the towns they had taken had resisted, there was a not insignificant amount of Hegemony support on Dreyvan II that had facilitated the invasion's overall success.
Kaiden’s blood boiled at the thought of those traitors calling themselves Drevanians. They weren't fit to live on the planet, they had betrayed their own for what? A misguided notion of control?
He shook his head and stalked to his squad. His heavy footfalls thudded along the metal plates underfoot. After a moment he got close enough to pick up on the ultra-shortwave transmission Ixie was broadcasting.
“And then we will move along to the hot zone. Once there we will engage and destroy the enemy with extreme prejudice, any questions?” she said, her slightly husky tenor voice filled with calm.
Hearing him, or perhaps feeling the weight of his footsteps approaching, Ixie turned and motioned to him. “Here he is now. Sergeant, any additional words you would like to add before we move out?” she asked him.
He shook his head and said “No. I trust everyone has their weapons charged and ready? Cooper I’m looking at you.” he said to one of his squad.
A male voice spoke over the comms “Oh come on, it was one time…”
Before Kaiden could say anything more a female voice spoke up. The figure it came from was large, even in comparison to Kaiden’s power armoured form. It was Draff, the yeown woman big even for her species. Her slightly hunched and werewolf-esque form intimidating in her Mark I Tactical Assault Armour. The bestial faced helmet designed to strike fear in the hearts of her enemies and the deep red glow of her suit’s eyes making it look as if it was coated in blood. Well, red blood at least.
She spoke, her voice deep and rough. “Cooper didn't forget, I made sure of that.” She chuckled as Copper grumbled something under his breath.
Kaiden shook his head, it was a well known secret that the two were lovers, though how the man was able to hold his own against the huge muscled alien was a hotly debated subject.
Again he was forced to clear his mind and get himself back on track. A lack of decent sleep and few good meals had been making him feel as though he was being pulled apart slowly. But he was a ground pounder, one of the toughest motherfuckers the Union had the misfortune of training. He wouldn't let a little thing like deep emotional trauma and near crippling fatigue keep him from completing his mission.
Kaiden stood as tall as he could and commanded “Okay, enough fooling around. Form up and move out. Ixie, take point two. We will follow the plan.”
She nodded her horned head, the purple glow of her helmet’s eyes giving nothing away.
Immediately after he finished talking half of his squad moved to stand behind him while the other fell in line behind Ixie. Kaiden started off towards the contested area, moving at a steady fifteen kilometers per hour on the wide roadway of the supply and command trenches they made good time. Soon they had to slow however as the trenches started to narrow and the ground became first wooden boards and then hard packed earth.
Soldiers in dark blue fatigues moved out of their way as they rushed by, the men and women looking just as tired and worn as he felt inside. This war was taking a heavy toll on both the defenders and the defended civilians further to the rear.
He swore silently as he thought of the selfish actions that had led to this point. Screw the rebels for starting this war, and screw the Union bureaucrats for not seeing this coming. The entire rebellion could have been avoided if the policy makers of the central government had just payed more attention to the frontier worlds needs.
He had to jump suddenly as he rounded a corner and several soldiers were blocking the path with a large wheelbarrow of loose soil. He cleared the cart easily and landed on the ground with a solid thump that left two small craters in the hard soil. He sent a small obstruction warning to the troops behind him with the flick of his eyes and a muttered word. The internal helmet display of his armour giving him fine control over its systems without much effort.
He spared a glance to make sure none of the other’s had been slowed and was happy to see that they had all in fact gotten his warning. Either jumping over the obstruction like he had or dodging around it using the fast twitch synthmuscles of their armour.
He continued on, taking a myriad of turns in the twisting labyrinth of the trench networks. Almost as if a switch had been thrown he took another turn and the atmosphere changed instantly. These trenches were unlit and unoccupied, their earthen walls crumbling and the swill of neglect pooling in their acrid bases.
Insulated as he was in his armour the noxious toxins and chemicals had no effect on him, though he did his best to avoid the worst of the slime holes. The residue was terribly difficult to clean from the exterior plates of his armour and could sometimes start to eat into its surface if left unchecked for too long.
A short distance traveled along these derelict channels and the unmistakable sounds of combat reached his suits' active sensors. He held up a hand in the reduce speed command and slowed. While he was protected in his heavy armour, only a fool would barge directly into unknown turmoil without at least trying to scope out the situation.
He motioned for Ixie to move up alongside him. They were operating on direct connection comms, where they had to be in physical contact with each other to speak. It worked by sending a small electrical signal through the gauntlet which was picked up and translated by the other’s suit. It was their in combat version of whispering while maintaining radio silence.
Until they actively engaged the enemy there was no need to unnecessarily alert the rebels to their presence. The element of surprise was not easily bought and quickly lost.
“What is it?” Ixie asked, her hand on his shoulder.
He placed one of his gauntlets on hers and replied “It sounds rough, we need to move in but I don't want to do it blindly. Can you have Cooper send a peeper?”
She nodded before walking towards Cooper. Cooper was their recon trooper. His Mark I Blackout armour was the newest design in reconnaissance and intelligence gathering.
While its armour was not nearly as heavy as his or the others, it was more than adequate for the kinds of small arms fights they most commonly participated in. It's not like they were wearing superheavy battle plate and could go toe to toe with armoured vehicles.
Kaiden frowned, he had always wanted to try piloting one of those behemoth suits. The latest versions weighed well in excess of a tonne and a half and could shatter buildings with their hands.
His train of thought was cut short by the sound of a small object whizzing by him. It was Cooper’s peeper, the small surveillance drone designed for stealth. It had noise canceling toroidal blades and electromagnetic reflectant skin to hide from radar and thermal.
Cooper piloted the small device via a virtual joystick and his eyes. Accessing the feed via a direct laser link, Kaiden saw a small feed pop up in the corner of his vision. It showed the abandoned trenches zipping by at high speed. The drone was piloted through a combination of passive communication and intermittent active pings that allowed the man to pilot it remotely without drawing much attention.
After another moment the drone popped up into the open air and uncovered the full scale of the attack. Dozens of entrenched defenders on the Union side were being rushed down by what had to be several hundred rebel troops. The old saying of three to one defense came to mind. It looked as if the defenders were outnumbered almost five to one here, they would surely begin to fail in the next few minutes without intervention. For while many tens of attackers lay dead or dying in the toxic mud, the defenders were beginning to fall a few at a time.
Switching to ultra-shortwave comms Kaiden said “Okay, we are moving in, no obvious heavy weapons from the rebels but that doesn't mean they aren't hiding them specifically in case of armoured assault. So I want you all to be careful and pay attention. Cooper, put your peeper on standby or passive overwatch. We move out in ten seconds.”
He took a deep breath, the blood rushing in his veins as the adrenaline started to course through them. It was humanity's unique curse, the effects of the natural combat stimulant both helping and hindering his performance in battle. On one hand it heightened his senses and made him stronger and faster. On the other hand it narrowed his emotional and rational fields of view, making violence appear as the only option when quick thinking and wit might have been better served. That's why he was so grateful for Ixie, the nerivith being wired completely opposite of humans.
Where he ran hot headed in battle, prone to force and instinctive action, she was cool headed and more likely to spot minor exploitable gaps in her enemies defenses. The nerivith’s natural inclination for battle making them peerless warriors and point to point tacticians. A human might have a better grasp of the war or battle as a whole, but a nerivith would almost always outwit a battle enraged human in personal combat.
He felt a hand on his shoulder, a direct message from her that only he could hear as she said “Remember what I have been teaching you. Be still and think of my voice.”
His eyes opened as the ten seconds ran out, without a word he threw his arm forwards in the universal signal to advance and charged towards the enemy.
There was no wind in his hair and no mud in his eyes as he charged, his suit isolating him strangely from the more visceral feel of combat. It was a strange way to wage war, contained in a prison of numbness. His body registered his movements, but he didn't feel anything. Not the hard cracked dirt under his heavy armoured boots, not the chill noxious wind in the air, nor the sounds of battle up ahead. His suit registered them all however and did its best to mirror the information to him. But it was obviously artificial.
He hadn't always fought this way, once upon a time he had been a raw faced recruit. A mere private in a vast military that didn't care about his existence. There had been no war then, no galactic scale conflict. The most intrusive actions in his daily routine was PT and the constant psych evaluations. He had fought pirates and brigands, protecting the commerce that kept the vast Union alive. Several times he had even had to fight against flesh tearers, the monstrous cannibals that preyed on unprotected shipping lanes.
This was different, there was no downtime, no breaks. Just days, weeks, months of grinding unremitting warfare. Blatant in its cruelty and savage in its nature. He had grown to hate himself for enjoying it, but part of him knew this was what he had been born to do. He was a killer, always had been.
These thoughts crossed his mind as he burst through a weakened section of trench right behind a pair of rebel soldiers. He pulled up his M2-Mk12. The heavy machine gun far too bulky for a soldier to wield, unless they were wearing powered armour.
The rebel soldier on the left, a tall nerivith female in light armour, has just enough time to notice him before he squeezed the trigger of his huge gun.
The bright staccato flashed lit the carnage like pictures from an old fashioned holoplay. The two rebels were ripped apart by the force of the massive bullets as they tore through their fragile bodies. He stopped firing as it was clearly apparent the two wouldn't be getting back up. He walked over the corpses, bones cracking beneath his heavy tread as he scanned the trench for more targets.
A small cutout of the trench in front of him lit up as something fired on him. He didn't even feel the impacts of the bullets against his heavy armour. Instead he simply returned fire, aiming slightly to the side of the trench trusting that his weapon would cut through the intervening earth.
His efforts were rewarded with a gurgling scream and the twitching ruptured body of a rebel falling out from behind their destroyed cover.
He shook his head and paused for a status check. Sending out an active ping he received a full nine green pings across the board. He smiled, that meant that his squad was still in good condition after first contact. Leaving the status board in the corner of his display, he moved along the trench, making sure to keep a watchful eye for potential movements.
He looked up sharply as a spray of purple lines seared across the darkened sky. The lines so bright they left slight after images that persisted for several seconds even as he looked away. That would likely have been Ixie firing off her Tri-Beamer Combiner, the heavy near ultraviolet laser weapon more than capable of punching through light armour at close ranges.
He continued walking for another few steps before something sailed through the air and landed at his feet. He had just enough time to realize it was a fragmentation grenade before it exploded with a tremendous bang. Withering hails of shrapnel slashed against the thick titansteel duramite layered armour he wore. With a muted grunt he was knocked back a step, his armour straining to keep him upright.
His suit won, leaving him standing and almost entirely unscathed, much to the surprise and dismay of the five rebel troops that rushed around the corner.
With a cry of “Kill the bastard!” They charged him.
He only had time to fire a short burst that smashed the leftmost rebel from her feet before they were upon him. He heard the impacts of weapons and some point blank fire. He needed to clear some space before one of them swung a shiversteel blade or voltaic bayonet into the gaps of his armour. Even the aggregated hyperdiamond-buckyweave of his undersuit would not protect him from such close range attack, so he chose the best option he could think of. He simply swung the heavy barrel of his gun in an arc, knocking three of the rebels to the ground and sending the fourth into the side wall with bone shattering force. Three of them scrambled back to their feet, one didn't.

So first off, who am I?
Hello Reddit, I am Beau, am a 26 year old Guy from the Pacific northwest that has been DMing DnD 5e for 6 years, has been dabbling in other systems for the last 4, and has had Roleplaying games apart of my entire life thanks to my dad who was a veteran of a hobby since his his days in high school
I have a deep seated love of stories and storytelling, and I have found over the years that TTRPGs are some of the most Primal of storytelling mediums, tapping into the same energy and need for humanity to tell stories that our ancestors did around a campfire for centuries.
Like those ancestors around their campfire, those around the table tell a tale that is a mixing pot of different views and experiences, of yes and and no buts, of tears of both laughter and sorrow, of a connection to a story that only can be made when its your story. And that kind of connection is a powerful thing.
I love this hobby because I love stories and the way they are told, and I hope to at some point create a community of people that share that passion so that I can make many more stories for the years to come.
I know that was a lot, but I hope knowing that about me will help you understand the kind of game I am trying to run.

Farreach is a land cold and unforgiving, those that do not respect it quickly die. be it from man, beast, or nature.
Since the gods died in the event of world’s crux Farreach has, like the rest of the world, been broken apart, small villages and city states dot the land fending for themselves over the years as the ruins of the old world lay lingering as a memory of what once was thousands of years before.
But this is all about to change.
A young man, a Certain Peter Lebedev, has claimed to be the heir to the Throne of the Far Reaches that sits in the ruins of the old capital Alevichi. He shares the name of those once mighty Czars that ruled the land before World Crux, and using it he has called upon ancient rights and Alliances to Take back the old Empire with the help of the Sorcerous Dwarves of Blackspire,
From the Ruins of Alevichi hidden behind the Northern mountains and Dwarven Strongholds of the North Peter plans to retake his birthright, be it through force or diplomacy.
But not all accept his rule.
To the South in the fertile valleys that make many Farmlands sits the city state of Reusta, here a Rebellion is Brewing. a group of like minded people that care not for the idea of being ruled over and wish to keep their independences. While they do not have the resources of the Dwarves they have the food to feed an army and the call of the defense of freedom to rally men behind.
They will push out this so-called Czar and establish an order, a republic, where each town is free to do as they see best for them and not be under the thumb of one man.
And So a civil war brews between these two, the Torm sit to the north watching their southern neighbors fight and the villages between these two factions will be caught in the crossfires.
Including the Town of Whitefield.
It is a simple place, home to only 300 or so souls. fields of white wheat grow in abundance, children play in the streets and elders groan about the on coming cold of the harsh winters. Here is were those that will one day be called great call home. Simple folk that have done little more than live in this blessed place do not realize that soon fate will come marching to their doorstep and call them to greatness.....
So what is Farreach?
Farreach is one place in the homebrew setting of Tanriszdir that I have been working on for the past 3 years. This campaign will be the 2nd campaign I have ran in this setting with many more planned in the future.
I made Farreach as a place due to my love of Folklore and fairy tales and I had been playing the Witcher and looking into the stories and culture of the Slavic people at the time of creation, naturally it bleed into the world I was making.
In farreach you will find Dark Taiga Forests, frost covered mountains and sub-zero tundra. But warmer weather can be found to the south with rolling fields, Marshy bogs and Clay filled hills. Farreach is a harsh but beautiful land that only the strong survive and thrive in, will your character make their mark in this rugged wilderness dotted with small villages? Or will you be lost to the trees and that which lurks within them?
What is this campaign about?
Farreach is a place on the cusp of a massive social and political change, 2 factions, the Empire trying to reform and the independents trying to keep their own freedoms and cultures alive, buttheads as they try to take over the north to shape it in their own image. This story isn't so much about one side vs the other however, yes you can if you want to join one of the sides in the war, or even make your own 3rd faction, this campaign is less about the war itself and more the people being affected by it. The day to day people that have to deal with a war looming over them as they try to etch out a life in a cold unforgiving landscape filled with monsters of all kinds. The players will be starting as level 0 commoners dealing with small scale problems and will find themselves burdened with more and more responsibilities as they prove themselves to be the ones most capable of taking care of the North’s problems.
What are the Players' roles in this campaign?
The players, and the party at large, are Hope. They are hope that things will get better, that life will get just a bit less shitty, that everyone will get to go home to their families at the end of it all.
Because of this I as the DM will test and attempt to snuff out this hope constantly. PCs and NPCs alike can and will die if the dice will it, horrible things will happen to good people, bad people, and neutral people, children are at just as much risk as everyone else. And there will be a give and take of consequences constantly as every action the party, and the NPCs around them take, will mold the world around them for both the better and the worse.
This is not a campaign for the faint of heart, it's not a game of heroes that never fail or who will always win in the end. It's about being the embodiment of hope in a world with very little of it, of never giving up hope while everything around you tries to snuff it out. It's about moving forward no matter what because you have hope that things will turn out well in the end.
I know all that sounds fairly dramatic, but fuck it am a drama queen, it will get you a clue of what your in for if you join the game. That and I've had players I've tried to run this game with before assume that the hardships I would send their way was me just trying to tpk them and wouldn't even try, ironically enough losing hope despite being the ones who were supposed to embody it.
What kind of game is this?
I would say that it is an Open sandbox Dark fantasy, there is some hex crawling and a lot of what direction things go is mostly on the Players and their actions.
Some people would say that my games are Grim Dark, but I'd personally say that Grimdark is a shade too dark for what I try to achieve in my games. That said of course the games I run do get fairly dark and will go places that are uncomfortable at times, make sure you are ok with that if you want to join, and feel free to ask me directly what kind of themes I expect to see
What does this game do different from regular dnd 5e?
My games are heavily homebrewed, to the point I can't put all of the changes here and instead made a doc that I will later link that is full of rule changes and tweaks that I will be using. Consider this less 5e proper and more 5e adjacent
The Party will be starting at level 0 instead of level one as commoners and will have to come into their own (I suggest coming to the table with a couple extra character concepts on the off chance something really bad happens)
This Game will go from level 0 to level 10, maybe 12. This is not a story of high powered super people and is instead made for more down to earth low level characters.
All player characters will start from the same home town and will all know each other to a certain extent, this isn't a group of strangers coming together as it is a group of people that already know each other in at least passing
This Game will be connected to another game I am running, to help simulate the movements of the war around the PCs as they have their adventures I have 2 friends playing a board game of my creation to help give the game a more natural backdrop of events, things will happen that even I the DM can't always expect.
What can I as a Player expect from you, the DM?

This is a message to you slow gainers out there.
I see a lot of pictures of people with little progress after being on minox for 3-12 months.
Aside from applying Minox, instead of dermarolling, supplements, and obsessing over the little things, have you thought about how to naturally elevate your testosterone?
There is a war going on against your hormones and it’s been happening for many years. Your father most likely had higher testosterone levels than you. And almost certainly your grandfather.
Why?

Many reasons such as:
- modern diets are typically nutrient-void and overly processed
- there are chemicals in nearly every product you use
- there are female hormone analogs in the water you drink and the food you eat
- body fat levels are the highest they have ever been
- sedentary lifestyle and less sunlight exposure and much much more.
​
So either start making choices that have the potential to increase and maintain a healthy testosterone level or have the environment drain it slowly.
Lifestyle matters. No magic pill to fix being sedentary and eating like garbage. Change needs work. Period. If you’re a slow gainer and you’re not doing any of these, I’d suggest you give these a try before giving up on Minox.

How to increase your Testosterone:
​

• Working out
  • If you don’t work out, this is the best thing you can do, probably ~40% of the puzzle.
  • Compound lifts - increase the testosterone production in your body by signaling to your hormones to increase production in response to the novel stimulus. If you’re new to this check out ‘starting strength’ by ‘mark rippetoe’. Nothing will increase your testosterone like heavy squats and deadlifts. Don't want to go to the gym? Check out the recommended routine on reddit bodyweight fitness.
  • Working out will increase your energy expenditure that will elude you from getting fat. As of today, there is actually some new data that says muscle could directly be responsible for burning fat (Dr. Huberman).
  • Stick to strength/hypertrophy training and avoid excessive cardio. Truly anything over an hour will have negative impacts on both your cortisol and muscle mass. Both of these factors will lower your Testosterone levels.
  • Don’t train too long. This is counterproductive for growth, and again, you will see a rise in cortisol levels. Train 3-5 days a week, 45-60 minutes, <10-15 reps, 3-5 sets per lift, 3-5 compound lifts and you'll be suprised.

• Diet
  • This could be seen as the most critical factor as it influences your muscle gain, fat loss, and the provision of essential nutrients for optimal testosterone levels.
  • Dietary fat - is a significant component since it's the foundation of your hormones and plays a role in regulation. Ensure you're consuming enough (.3-.5g+ per pound of bodyweight) and from wholesome sources. Steer clear of trans fats at all costs.
  • Sufficient protein intake - supports muscle fueling and recovery, which, as we've seen, is vital for maintaining testosterone levels.
  • Vegetables, specifically vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbage, can serve as an aromatase inhibitor, blocking testosterone conversion to estrogen, thereby boosting your overall testosterone levels. (Tongkat Ali, in supplement section, has a similar mechanism of action). Moreover, these vegetables supply the necessary micronutrients to maintain cellular health.
  • Adequate calorie intake - is crucial. Continually being hypo-caloric or having a significant caloric deficit can make it challenging to sustain testosterone levels. If your goal is fat loss, aim for a gradual, healthy rate—avoid drastic dieting.

• Lifestyle
  • Sunlight - It's not a vitamin, it's a hormone precursor. Too much video games, sitting inside, having clothes on, you'll not have enough sunlight, and thus not enough vitamin D, and you will have lower testerone. Being out in the sun with a large skin surface exposed frequently, will raise your testosterone levels by providing vitamin D3 directly to your body. There's a cult of people sunning their balls, I have yet to find good studies that prove this ;). Spend 15-30 minutes, preferably shirtless, outside everyday.
  • Sleep. This is a big one. Listen or read books/podcasts from matthew walker and his ‘why we sleep’ book to do a further deep dive. Cliffnotes are: Get sunlight exposure in the morning first thing you wake up, being outside during sunset and last light is helpful too, have a daily rhythm of getting up at the same time everyday and going to bed at the same time everyday. Minimise screens or artificial lights past 11pm.
  • Stress - Cortisol is the stress hormone. It acts negatively on testosterone.
  • Excess Alcohol Consumption - A little alcohol increases androgens. Too much and it’ll tank them. A single night of moderate drinking (one serving for women, two servings for men) increases testosterone. But if you drink more on a single night, or drink more often, you’ll likely lower your hormone production. Heavy drinking may lower testosterone by 23-27% 12-16 hours later.
  • Avoid Plastics with BPA and other phytoestrogens. The easiest way is to replace everything you drink and eat out of with ceramic or glass. Plastic contains chemicals that will slowly drain your testosterone, especially if that plastic is in the sun, old are gets too hot.
  • Body Composition - If you're over 15% bodyfat your testosterone goes down.
  • Keep your phone out of your pocket. The first thing they'll do in an infertility clinic for men is to have you no longer wear your phone in your front pocket next to your sack.
  • Sauna - Some research showing sauna could increase testosterone. One mechanism potentially could be via lowering cortisol (cortisol inhibits testosterone). Referring to the deliberate heat exposure protocol from Dr. Huberman (https://hubermanlab.com/deliberate-heat-exposure-protocols-for-health-and-performance/) and saving you a 3hr podcast; good place to start would be accumulating 1hr of sauna time, spread out over 2 or more sessions/week. The sauna temperature should be between 80-100 ℃; 176-212 ℉.
  • Ice baths & cold exposure - There's some evidence to suggest deliberate cold exposure also has a positive effect on testosterone levels in men. A good protocol to start from dr. Huberman would be: accumulating a total of 11 minutes or more of cold exposure per week, spread out over 2 or more sessions. If you're doing cold exposure while you are build muscle be aware that cold exposure reduces the inflammation in the muscle and thereby blunts the hypertrophy adaptation response. Therefore to maximise muscle building you want to do cold exposure before your workout or at least 4 hours after. • Supplements

AFTER your Diet, Sleep, Heavy compound lifts are in place, it's worth trying out these supplements. If you eat like garbage, have insomnia because you're watching tiktok till 2am, still can't squat 100kg and bench press 70kg, know that you're leaving potentially most gains on the table, no matter how many pills you pop.

• Vitamin D3 - It's not a vitamin, it's a hormone precursor. Too much video games, sitting inside, having clothes on, you'll not have enough sunlight, and thus not enough vitamin D, and you will have lower testerone. Unless you live like a hunter gatherer and spent ample time in the sun with your bare chest exposed, you will benefit from supplementation. 5000-8000IU's per day. Ideally in liquid vitamin D3/K2 form.
• Zinc—a zinc deficiency will lead to lower testosterone levels: 10-25mg a day will improve your numbers
• Tongkat Ali - 400mg a day. • Maca—this comes from a root in South America and is know to increase stamina and sex drive: 500mg a day.
• Fenugreek is an herb found in the Mediterranean, also known for increasing libido: 500mg a day.
• Bulbine Natalensis Extract—this is a South African plant known to, once again, increase libido and testosterone: 300mg a day.
• Shilajit Extract—this one is found in the Himalayas, it has been shown to improve testosterone in patients with lower levels: 250mg a day.
• Mucuna Pruriens - This african root has several animal studies showing its positive effects on free and total testosterone. And one study showing increase in testosterone in infertile men. • AVOID ORAL INTAKE OF PEPPERMINT/SPEARMINT - this is a counterintuitive one. While there's studies that show topical peppermint/spearmint is good for beard growth and 'waking up of the hair follicles'. Summing It All Up
Surely, more factors could be included in this list, but these are the most important elements for boosting your testosterone levels. I'm confident that if you're a slow gainer and you have low T levels, implementing even a portion of these while on Minox can help you get closer to your genetic beard potential.
