It is also right next to a great Italian restaurant! Walls are thick so you never hear neighbors. The unit has a beautifully remodeled kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has a small dishwasher (but it works great) and full appliances. You will be taking the bigger room which has 2 nicely sized windows and gets lots of natural light. It also has fire escape access. The room can come fully furnished for a one time additional fee ($500) with a queen sized bed, standing desk, window AC unit and dresser. The room also has a built in closet. It will also come with window shades already built in as well for free! The apartment is equipped with Optimum internet which you’ll split with the other roommate. You will also evenly split the electric bill (ConEd) which comes to around $30-40 per person in winter, and $60-70 per person in summer (with both AC’s running all day). Optimum is $35 per person each month and has been reliable for us. Your roommate will be a 25yr old male who works in investment banking. He is very chill and nice. Usually down to hangout if you ask ahead of time but mostly keeps to himself and respects quiet hours. He splits his time between WFH and office work. He doesn’t have any pets and also doesn’t smoke. He has a girlfriend and is often at her apartment so you’d have the place to yourself. If interested in this room please contact asap. Monthly rent is $1925 for the room + utilities. No broker fees!
