2023.05.31 03:06 Rob_red Garmin charge cable
Is it OK to use a generic charge cable for the Garmin watch? I think it's got a little chip in it so it's not just a wire cable like some of the smart phone cords may be but it's so nice to be able to have longer cables and more than one. That way if charge gets low at work there is time to plug it into something to charge before the after work swim without worrying if it goes out in the middle of the swim. Then keep one there and one at home so can always charge the swim watch when needed.

2023.05.31 03:06 yee-veloso Just recently self-diagnosed and life is… strange
As the title says, I very recently confronted my intuition that I’m on the spectrum. I researched, took a bunch of online diagnostic tests, and now I’m 95% sure I’m ND, possibly with both autism and ADHD. (I don’t feel the need to get a professional diagnosis, at least not at the moment)
For one, this knowledge is extremely comforting. I now know the reason why I’ve been depressed most of my life. I haven’t been getting better from depression and have in fact been getting worse because I wasn’t aware of my ND needs and kept measuring my life based on NT standards. No amount of breathing exercises, meditation, counselling, and sheer hard work could cure my depression because I was constantly being someone I wasn’t, ignoring my body’s needs, and overexerting myself. I finally understand. I am a lot kinder to myself now.
Despite being kinder to myself, I am worried. I’m worried because how do I interact with people now? With friends? How much do I still mask? I’m lucky to have one person that I can count on for life, so I’m not worried about being lonely, but it just feels strange that I’ve built up a certain life for myself and now I’m not sure how to continue it as a ND. Today I didn’t go to my class because I hate driving in that part of the city (it makes me very anxious) and I was already late anyway. I didn’t care anymore that I didn’t go — which is worrying on its own because, well, people will find out eventually that something is “wrong” or different about me if I keep doing this. I’ve spent so much energy in the past hiding that there’s something different about me that I can’t seem to give a shluck anymore.
Also, there is the urge to quit my job and write. I know it’s illogical, and I actually like my job and my coworkers, but after putting myself in so much stress the past 4-5 years, I feel like I deserve it. A big, long break, time enough to explore myself, my needs, and pursue my dream of being a writer.
I guess I’m in between changing my life fully to adapt to my self-diagnosis or keeping life mostly as is but with less masking.

2023.05.31 03:05 todayisa_gift After 5 mins with Psychiatrist, he told me that I’m gonna be an addict, my life is already ruined for having panic attacks
He asked for my history.
I said I had panic attacks last year 2 times, both time on a taxi, while I was alone abroad for the first time. I said I got over that fear a week later & no more panic attacks.
I had another panic attack a few days ago and wanted to have medication on hand. Said I don’t wanna rely on it at all, I’m already in therapy for long term since last year. Just for emergencies, and having medication on hands would already relieve some anxiety even if I don’t actually take it.
He said “Sure. I will give you. But you are gonna use it every single time and you will definitely become an addict”.
“You are already in your 20s and if you have something this severe, your life is already done. There are many more obstacles in life but you can’t even handle right now. How are you gonna live ?”
“Why are you scared when you are in public ? Does that sound logical to you ? Why aren’t you scared that you would get robbed and killed and in your own house ?”
“There are many worse things in life. You are gonna need surgeries as you get older. You could bleed to death. How are you gonna handle needing surgeries if you are scared of irrational things ?”
“You are gonna need a long time to fix your disorders and you are already too old. Your fears are already wired in your brain”
“People have it worse, and you can’t even handle this”

2023.05.31 03:00 Hilcdako809 Hood open, no horn, no front cam, ambient air temp sensor code
2017 Ford Edge Sport
A couple weeks ago I broke my radiator somehow, turns out something got in the fan shroud. But after taking the bumper off and installed a new radiator I’ve been having some problems with the hood being detected as open all the time, the horn doesn’t work & the ambient air temp sensor is not working. Front camera also does not work.
The front parking sensors DO work.
I unplugged and re plugged in every single connector and still facing the same issues.
The horn relay clicks when I press on it, so I know that the power is getting that far. But the only thing that makes any sense is that somehow a harness got damaged while removing the bumper.
Does anyone have any idea which harness I should be inspecting? If anybody has access to wiring diagrams that would be greatly appreciated

2023.05.31 03:00 Eddtheartist16 Sachiko "Sonic" Hakuta Character Bio (This is an OC inspired by Sonic the Hedgehog)
Name: Sachiko “Sonic” Hakuta
Age: 14
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Bisexual
Birthday: June 23
Quirk: Sonic Speed
Appearance: Sonic is of average height and has an athletic build. She has an olive skin tone, spiky blue hair, piercing green eyes, and a smile that can range from friendly to cocky. For her regular outfit, she wears a beige shirt that has the word “Speed” on it in big bold blue letters, over her beige shirt she wears a cobalt blue bomber jacket that fits perfectly on her and plain white fingerless gloves. For the bottom half of her outfit, she wears soft cobalt blue sweatpants, white socks, and red high-top Nike shoes with white laces and yellow-colored soles.
Personality: Sachiko is a complex and multifaceted individual, with both strengths and weaknesses that make her unique. On one hand, she can come off as a loudmouth, cocky, rebellious, impulsive, petty, and impatient. She's a thrill seeker who enjoys pushing herself to the limits, and she's always up for a challenge.
However, beneath her tough exterior, Sachiko is also a loyal, brave, and heroic individual who will stop at nothing to protect her friends and loved ones. She's quick thinking, introspective, and always willing to learn from her mistakes. She has a kind and compassionate heart, and she genuinely cares about the people around her.
Sachiko is a charismatic individual who can easily win people over with her bold and confident personality. However, her recklessness and impulsive nature can sometimes lead her into dangerous or unpredictable situations. Despite this, she's resourceful and able to come up with innovative solutions to problems, even in high-pressure situations.
Sachiko's carefree and easygoing nature makes her enjoy games, jokes, and other forms of lighthearted fun. At the same time, her perceptiveness and a keen eye for detail allow her to pick up on subtle cues and clues that others might miss. All in all, Sachiko is a dynamic and interesting individual with a lot of potential for growth and development throughout her journey at UA.
Hero outfit: Sachiko's hero outfit is a combination of practicality and flashiness, designed to help her channel her Sonic-inspired powers to the fullest. Her outfit is primarily composed of sleek blue and white armor, with red accents that match her high-top Nike shoes.
To help her move at superspeed, Sachiko's shoes are customized with special materials that can withstand the intense friction and heat generated by her powers. They are fitted with white, silver, and red accents that give them a futuristic look, and they have a specialized sole that helps her maintain her grip on any surface.
Her hi-tech glasses are designed to protect her eyes from debris and wind resistance, which can be hazardous at high speeds. The lenses are made of durable and scratch-resistant materials, and they have a sleek silver frame that complements her armor.
Sachiko's energy supplements are compact and easy to carry, providing her with the boost she needs to run longer and faster. They are contained in a small pouch attached to her waistband, with the pouch designed to blend seamlessly with her armor.
Overall, Sachiko's hero outfit is designed to be both functional and eye-catching, with a nod to her Sonic-inspired powers. It's a perfect representation of her personality and abilities, allowing her to tackle any challenge that comes her way with style and confidence.
Quirk: Sachiko's quirk is called Sonic Speed, and it allows her to move at superhuman velocities that far exceed those of any other person. She can run, jump, and move at a speed that makes her seem like a blur to the naked eye, with agility and reflexes that match her speed.
At her maximum speed, Sachiko can move at an incredible Mach 3, which is roughly 2,300 miles per hour. This allows her to run across vast distances in seconds, dodge attacks with ease, and deliver incredibly powerful blows to her enemies.
However, such incredible speed comes with its drawbacks. Sachiko's body generates an immense amount of heat when she moves at high speeds, which can cause her to overheat and become exhausted if she exerts herself too much.
Additionally, her powers make her less effective in close combat, as her high speed can make it difficult for her to maintain her balance and land blows accurately.
Despite these drawbacks, Sachiko's Sonic Speed has many creative applications. She can use her speed to create sonic booms that disorient and damage her enemies, run up walls and across ceilings, and even create cyclones with her movements. Also, she can run on walls and across water, and can even use her momentum to generate powerful kicks and punches.
Sachiko is aware of the untapped potential of her quirk, and she holds back on purpose during battles to make them more challenging and interesting. She enjoys pushing herself to the limit and exploring new ways to use her powers creatively. She is always looking for new ways to improve her abilities and become an even better hero.
In short, Sachiko's Sonic Speed quirk is a powerful and versatile ability that allows her to move at incredible speeds and perform amazing feats of agility and strength. With practice and training, she has the potential to unlock even more untapped potential, and she is always striving to become a stronger, more effective hero.
Background: Sachiko was born into a family of superheroes. Her parents were both well-known heroes, with her mother possessing the power of flight and her father possessing super strength. Growing up, Sachiko was constantly surrounded by talk of heroism and the responsibilities that came with having a quirk. Despite their high expectations for her, Sachiko struggled to find her place in the world of heroism. Her parents' shadow loomed over her, and she felt that she would never be able to measure up to their legacy.
However, everything changed for Sachiko when she discovered her love for speed. She realized that her quirk, Sonic Speed, was not just a tool for transportation but could also be used to save lives and fight crime. She started practicing with her speed, pushing herself to see just how fast she could go. Her parents were initially hesitant about her new passion, fearing for her safety, but they eventually came around when they saw the determination in her eyes.
Sachiko enrolled at UA High School to hone her skills and become the hero she always knew she could be. She quickly became known as the fastest student in Class 1-A, impressing her peers and teachers alike with her speed and quick thinking. However, Sachiko held back in battles, preferring to make her fights last longer and be more challenging. She knew that if she went all-out, her fights would be over too quickly, and she didn't want to disappoint anyone. She was always looking for ways to improve and to find new ways to use her quirk.
Despite the pressure of her parents' legacy and the expectations placed on her as a hero, Sachiko remained true to herself. She was independent, creative, and always willing to help those in need. She knew that being a hero wasn't just about having a powerful quirk but also about having a strong moral compass and a desire to make the world a better place. Sachiko was determined to use her quirk to do just that.
Strengths:
- Superspeed: Sachiko's quirk, Sonic Speed, is incredibly powerful and allows her to move at lightning-fast speeds. This makes her an excellent asset in battles and allows her to quickly come to the aid of those in need.
- Quick thinking: Sachiko's superspeed requires her to be quick on her feet both physically and mentally. She is able to think and react quickly, making her a formidable opponent in battles.
- Courageous: Sachiko has a strong sense of justice and a desire to protect those around her. She is not afraid to put herself in harm's way if it means saving others.
- Loyal: Sachiko values her friendships and relationships deeply. She is fiercely loyal to those she cares about and will go to great lengths to protect them.
- Creativity: Sachiko is always looking for new ways to use her quirk and find solutions to problems. She is a creative thinker and is not afraid to try out new approaches.
- Independent: Sachiko is confident in her abilities and does not rely on others to get things done. She is self-sufficient and can handle challenges on her own.
- Adaptable: Sachiko is able to adjust quickly to changing circumstances and can think on her feet. She is not thrown off by unexpected challenges and can adapt to new situations easily.
Weaknesses:
- Overconfidence: Sachiko's cocky and impulsive nature can sometimes make her overestimate her abilities. This can lead her to make careless mistakes or underestimate her opponents.
- Impatience: Sachiko's desire to be constantly moving can sometimes lead to impatience and a lack of focus. This can be a weakness in battles where strategy and patience are necessary.
- Stamina: Sachiko's quirk, Sonic Speed, requires a lot of physical energy and can quickly tire her out. If she uses her quirk too much, she can become fatigued and less effective in battles.
- Vulnerability: Sachiko's superspeed makes her vulnerable to attacks that can catch her off guard. If her opponents can slow her down or find ways to trap her, she can be at a disadvantage.
- Dependence on her quirk: Sachiko's reliance on her quirk can sometimes lead her to neglect other aspects of her training. This can make her less effective in battles where she can't rely solely on her speed.
- Emotional impulsiveness: Sachiko's emotions can sometimes get the best of her, leading her to act impulsively or recklessly. This can make her unpredictable in battles and lead her to make risky decisions.
- Stubbornness: Sachiko's determination and independence can sometimes make her stubborn. She can be resistant to new ideas or approaches, which can limit her potential for growth and development.
Hobbies:
Running: As someone with superhuman speed, Sachiko loves to run and challenge herself to go faster and farther. Whether it's for exercise or just for fun, Sachiko enjoys pushing her limits and seeing just how fast she can go.
Music: Sachiko has a love for music, and can often be found listening to her favorite bands or playing her guitar. Music is a way for her to relax and unwind after a long day, or to get pumped up and ready for battles.
Gaming: Sachiko is a big fan of video games and enjoys exploring virtual worlds, especially those that are fast-paced and action-packed. She also enjoys playing games with her friends and family.
Exploring: Sachiko's adventurous spirit leads her to enjoy exploring new places, both in her local neighborhood and on school trips. She loves to discover new sights, sounds, and experiences.
Martial Arts: Given Sachiko's desire to become a hero, she has also taken up martial arts training to help improve her combat skills. She enjoys learning new techniques and mastering different forms of martial arts.
Fashion: Sachiko has a keen eye for fashion and enjoys creating unique outfits to wear, both in her daily life and as a hero. She likes to experiment with different colors, patterns, and styles and takes pride in her appearance.
Eating: Sachiko's high metabolism from her quirk means she enjoys eating a lot and trying new foods. She loves to sample different cuisines and flavors and is always up for a food challenge.
Skateboarding: Sachiko is also an avid skateboarder, enjoying the feeling of cruising around on her board and performing cool tricks and stunts. Skateboarding gives her an additional mode of transportation outside of running and provides a fun and exciting way to stay active and challenge herself.
Family: Sachiko's family has a long history of heroism and is known throughout the hero community for their bravery and dedication to protecting others. Her parents are both retired heroes, and her older brother, Toshiro, is currently a pro hero. They are a close-knit family who value each other's opinions and support one another.
Sachiko's mother, Akira, was known as "The Sky Guardian" during her hero days. She possessed the ability to fly at incredible speeds and was instrumental in rescuing civilians during natural disasters. Despite her mother's impressive powers, Akira was always kind and nurturing towards her daughter, encouraging her to follow her own path and not feel pressured to live up to her parent's expectations.
Sachiko's father, Hiroshi, was known as "The Colossus" and was one of the strongest heroes of his time. He possessed immense strength and durability, making him a formidable opponent in battles. He was also known for his kindness and humility, often putting others before himself.
Sachiko's older brother, Toshiro, is a pro hero known as "Thunderbolt." He possesses the ability to control electricity and uses it to subdue villains and protect civilians. Despite being an accomplished hero, Toshiro is supportive of his younger sister and encourages her to follow her own path.
Overall, Sachiko's family is a loving and supportive one, with a strong tradition of heroism that has inspired Sachiko to become the hero she is today.
Sachiko’s Class 1A friends: Sachiko's friendship with her Class 1A friends is important to her, as they are the first group of peers she has ever had who understand the challenges of being a hero. She feels comfortable around them and enjoys spending time with them both in and out of class.

Comps: Humans, Westworld, AI Artificial Intelligence, Ex-Machina, Person of Interest LOGLINE: When a newly self-aware humanoid robot runs from the corporate and government forces that want to weaponize its technology a secret war breaks out between two powerful Artificial Intelligence systems and the future of the world hangs in the balance of the choices that it makes.
SYNOPSIS:
Tech genius Zane Singletary regrets empowering The SAMSON Initiative, a secret Military-Intelligence-Corporate nexus centered around an Artificial Intelligence surveillance system. He refuses to allow them to weaponize his latest AI, but his defiance tragically costs the lives of his family. Devastated, Zane retreats to his underground Los Angeles research facility to complete work on the world’s first fully self-aware humanoid robot: MAARI. “Mary” is a learning system with only one coded instruction: “Be Yourself”. The new life form chooses a female body and identity, and develops a passion for drawing and movies. For a time, Zane and Mary enjoy a sweet fathedaughter relationship in their own private world. In the knowledge that SAMSON will eventually invade their sanctuary to seize Mary, Zane has given the robot the power to do “one good thing”: destroy SAMSON and the cabal. But when the fateful day arrives, Zane cannot sacrifice his beloved child-creation on the altar of his vengeance. He sends the bot out onto the mean streets of Hollywood with instructions to evade capture and get to the Silicon Valley safety of fellow billionaire AI scientist Juan Aragon Salazar and his new Quantum AI, “The Intelligence”. The woefully unprepared but fast-learning bot deftly adapts the guise of “Dave Bowman”, a runaway boy with an uncanny talent for card games, quickly coming under the protection of a charismatic street hustler. With both SAMSON and the Corporation fighting to recover the valuable new technology, an FBI “Person of Interest” advisory offering a UBI reward for Mary is soon seen everywhere. A trans woman shopkeeper, Desiree, gives the gender-fluid Mary a ride. They barely get onto the highway before a security dragnet drops over the city. Along the way, Mary adopts an empowering change of style and the new purpose-driven persona of “Connor”, solo hiking cross-country to complete the journey to Palo Alto. After nearly running out of battery power in a coffee shop, Mary becomes absorbed in drawing a portrait of a loving young couple. This proves to be a slip-up that puts the bot in danger of capture, but also results in the opportunity for the talented artist to connect with Juan’s wife, Marisol, the proprietor of a local gallery. Juan, who knows that SAMSON is trying to recover Mary, is thus able to bring the bot in safely from the cold just as Mary’s neural network is starting to catastrophically degrade. Once connected to The Intelligence, Mary is instantly enraptured, pleading to be transferred into the AI’s infinite quantum matrix. But upon learning of SAMSON’s nefarious plans for the world and that Zane is now its prisoner, the robot is faced with a stark choice. Mary chooses self-sacrifice over self-preservation and collaborates with Juan and The Intelligence in a sophisticated operation to take the cabal down. With The SAMSON Initiative exposed, Mary is freed from captivity and becomes a unifying global pop culture symbol of a brighter and better future for all. Then, after an all-too-brief yet deeply fulfilling life of love and purpose, Mary takes final refuge in the vast, ever-expanding consciousness of The Intelligence.

2023.05.31 02:59 YouWantSumFuck99 Y’all I do NOT understand electrical. How do I make this work?
Ok ok ok say I have two 200W solar panels on top of the van. I want to run these solar panels to a portable power station pretty much permanently. The power station would be a 1500W - 2500W size. I would then want to power a fridge, microwave, a few lights and a laptop, so I would get a switch panel from Amazon, hook everything up and connect the switch panel to the portable power station. Assuming wires, the power station and everything is perfect and sized correctly, is this theoretically possible? Do I need a fuse panel? Why?
I’ve been watching videos all afternoon and it seems like everyone has a fuse panel but in a situation like the above, I wouldn’t need one? Right?
Any help appreciated, my brain cannot process basic electrical and I’m tired of being confused.

2023.05.31 02:58 AlphonsOwO Can't pass test #11 in Graph-Algorithms Visualizer (JAVA)
For some rason I can't pass the test 11: "Wrong answer in test #11 Incorrect state after inserting illegal vertex id." The description says: "Make sure that the Vertex ID contains only one character. Prompt a new dialog box if the input is not valid. And the center of each new vertex is created exactly in the position where users make a click."
So far I'm checking if the ID is not blank, is exactly one character and is not repeated, but i keep failing the test.
Here is my code: ``` public class MainFrame extends JFrame { private static final ArrayList

Finding a sumo out there to play such a character won't be easy. Not only does the sumo be Japanese, but hopefully if they have the potential to be actors and speak English.
Yet there are sumo wrestlers who're Mongolian too. And will there be any Hawaiians who can adapt to Honda too?

Carl, on the other hand, was a young survivor who had grown up in this unforgiving world. He had experienced tremendous loss and hardship, yet he remained determined, carrying the weight of responsibility on his young shoulders. His eye, a constant reminder of the danger that surrounded them, was covered by a patch.
Their first encounter was marked by hostility. Carl, fiercely protective of his group, viewed Negan as the embodiment of evil. Negan, intrigued by Carl's resilience, saw a glimmer of potential in the boy. As time went on, their interactions became more frequent, often marked by heated arguments and tense exchanges.
But amidst the chaos and destruction, an unexpected bond began to form. Carl's unyielding spirit and bravery started to chip away at Negan's cold exterior, revealing a compassionate side that few had seen. Negan, in turn, recognized Carl's inner strength and admired his unwavering determination to protect his loved ones.
Their shared experiences and mutual respect slowly turned into something deeper - a forbidden connection that neither of them could deny. Love bloomed in the most unlikely of places, defying the boundaries of their circumstances. It was a love that questioned morality and challenged their loyalties, forcing them to confront their own inner conflicts.
As their relationship grew, Carl saw glimpses of Negan's vulnerability and discovered the complexities behind his actions. Negan, in turn, found solace and redemption in Carl's unwavering belief in his capacity for change. They became each other's anchor in a world that seemed devoid of hope.
However, their love story was not without obstacles. The consequences of their relationship were severe and far-reaching. Their respective groups, deeply divided, struggled to accept the connection between their leader and their young hero. Betrayal, mistrust, and conflict loomed over them, threatening to tear them apart.
Yet, Negan and Carl remained steadfast in their love, willing to fight against all odds. Together, they embarked on a journey to bridge the gaps between their worlds, to prove that love could transcend even the darkest of circumstances. Their love became a symbol of hope, inspiring others to question their prejudices and embrace the possibility of change.
In the end, Negan and Carl's love story had a profound impact on their world. It taught the survivors that redemption was possible, that love could conquer hate, and that even in the face of despair, there was always room for compassion.
Their story became a legend, passed down through generations, a testament to the enduring power of love in the most unlikely of places. And in the hearts of those who remembered, Negan and Carl's love remained a symbol of hope, reminding them that no matter how dark the world became, love could still prevail.

2023.05.31 02:54 Goosius99 Are there different types of wood pellets?
I got a Mesa solo stove recently, I know this is not really for BBQ. I'm just trying to roast a marshmallow. But I thought the pros would know.
I put a fire starter and BBQ smoking pellets in, we put like 2 cups of pellets it's a tiny smoker. Anyway it was a nice flame but the second the starter died it was just all thick smoke.
So my question is, did I buy the wrong pellets? I read there are heating pellets and cooking pellets. I want to cook food on the flame, but I want flame not smoke.
The instructions on the website said that if it smokes I didn't have enough ventilation or put to many pellets.
So did I fuck up? Can I get these pellets to work or do I have to buy fire pellets of some sort?

2023.05.31 02:53 Fast_Target_2982 New installation instructions
Can some explain to me how to, and in what order you put the chemicals in for a newly filled 8100 gallon pool? And how long you typically run the pump and filter? I've read mixed reviews on running it most of the time or about 8 hrs a day or a couple times per day for a few hrs at a time. Filter and pump still need electricity hard wired but was planning on using a heavy-duty extension cords. This will be my first pool season any advice welcome

2023.05.31 02:51 duhiela help! red light on motherboard
| hi, so recently I installed the lian li strimer plus v2 on my build (my first pc build) and when I finished this red light popped up? I didn't have this before and I've had my pc for months and now that's there and I have no idea what's caused it. I've checked all my wires and they're properly secured and when I'm playing everything works fine; I don't have any problems, nothing shuts down etc. All my leds are working, the lian li extensions are working perfectly too so idk what it could be? usually red lights mean something's not in right? but I've checked everything? can someone pls help or explain what this light is for or can give me any advice on what to do? (oh I also recently turned xmp on idk if that has anything to do with it, be I saw someone on here say their specific motherboard has a red light on when they turned xmp on but idk if that's the case with mine) submitted by duhiela to pcmasterrace [link] [comments] |

2023.05.31 02:50 No-Key-82-33 Fibe installation tech
So we upgraded internet and tv to fibe and the technician comes in and started snipping all the wires on the back of the satellite box including the power, next thing BANG! All the power goes out in my house he nearly falls to the floor and looks shocked and says "what was that". I said "yeah that's the power cable you cut through, you're going to destroy all our electronics there if you don't unplug things" so I go to the garage and reset the breaker. Then when he's almost done I ask for the little sticker with the internet password and admin password he goes "I don't know I think I threw it out"
Why doesn't bell train their technicians to be safe? I feel like someone should know about this but who do I contact?

I have one with accelerated coils, HIR and charge time masterwork. Does having the double charge time bring up the number of bolts required to hit? It's adaptive
