Just that. Tried OLD before but it was so hard. I have a hard time connecting with people over texts/brief messages, but tried to go on those dated when asked. No interest for me. Just too much anxiety and not feeling connected. It felt so forced. But no one wants to chat for weeks before a first date, you know? I cant blame them.

My (25m) fiancé (26f) eve has been struggling with her self image dude to gaining some weight and it’s caused our sex life to become almost non existent for the last 3 years and I want to make her feel good about herself again to try and get our intimacy back. Eve is a beautiful women in my eyes and has gotten more beautiful everyday since I’ve met her, but she is so unhappy with how she looks it’s caused her to not want to be physical with me anymore. When we first started seeing each other 5 years ago we had no problems with intimacy for the first 2 years but then things changed.
We have had sex two times a year for 3 years and she says she’s disgusted with herself and that’s why she doesn’t want to have sex. I want to be understanding of that and be here for her but I also want to be intimate with the person I plan on spending the rest of my life with. But I don’t want to force her to do something she doesn’t want to just so I can be happy. This is just hard for me because I need physical attention in a relationship and I’m worried about our future together if we can’t change things.
We’ve gone to therapy together and separate to try and help our relationship but nothing seems to be helping. I’m 19F (5’7’’ and 98 lbs if that matters) and last Monday my 85 pound dog ran into me in my yard and made me face plant on the ground. I hit my chest very hard, the wind was completely knocked out of me, and I thought my heart stopped for a second.
But after the fall I immediately felt pain in the right side in my ribs. It was really painful, so I tried to do research about what a broken rib felt like and breathing problems were a good indicator and I only had pain when I took like REALLY deep breaths, but that was it. I had no bruising or swelling and the pain only consistently occurred when I would move around.
As the days went on my right side hurt, but my lower back on the right side became more and more painful, to the point I was limping. I’ve had a recurring issue on my left side on my lower back before and I even had gone to PT for it in the past, so I wasn’t too concerned and chalked it up to muscle issues.
Today, I felt less pain in my back and ribs so I was a little more active, I cleaned my house, spent time outside, went for a drive, and now my ribs hurt more than they’ve ever hurt this entire time. I can hardly move, I’m near tears, they’re tender to the touch and it does hurt to breathe.
I’m just wondering if I should be concerned and go see a doctor or if this is just me irritating a healing muscle issue and should just take a few more days
