Destiny is currently Ice Poseidon Circa 2018 on steroids. His orbiters and the oribiter drama he's dealing with is far more interesting and crazier than Ice Poseidon's Andys.

The Black Arc: Destiny recently hosted many debates between black creators on issues facing the black community. Most of the creators and fans that participatd in these debates were normal. Since the guys were so excited about Ice Poseidon's Andys and the world Ice created back in the day, they'd be foolish to not have Destiny on to talk about his much richer and crazier world.

I think that Destiny sexually engaging Anavoir is pretty irresponsible on his part. I get his argument that "She's an adult and D is an adult so they should be responsible for the outcomes of their own choices", but I think that in this kind of sexual and intimate relationship situation, responsibilities should go a step further.
The reasons I think this are

1. There's a pretty massive power imbalance in the relationship
2. Ana has a pretty well-documented history of a really unhealthy engagement with D
3. DGG is harsher towards women that engage irresponsibly with D

Destiny having way more community and social power over Ana basically means that whatever happens, he has most of the power to set the narrative. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but for D, it's something to keep in mind. Also, DGG is pretty harsh towards women, which is a bad thing, and it's something that we should strive to address as a community. In this case, the harshness towards women means that for women that have "stepped out of line" in the eyes of the community, they are going to go pretty hard against her, so there is a higher amount of risk involved for them.
With factors one and three, it makes factor two become really dangerous. Ana may be doing fine currently, but there's no telling how that will evolve. She has a track record of doing really poorly, backing off for a bit, then she gets closer to D and they start communicating, then she spirals again. If that happens again, and it seems like Max and KF are making it start to happen again, the same cycle of D using his power to set a narrative, and DGG being really harsh to her will probably happen once more.
I don't think his sexual engagement with lavlune is particularly irresponsible, not was his engagement with chiaery, but I think this one with Ana is. Ana seems to have shown that she can't navigate a sexual relationship with D responsibly given the power imbalance between them, and D as the higher power party between the two should probably recognize that and not engage in that way.
Thankfully I'm not parasocial enough to meaningfully care about any of this, I am mostly just writing this as so that I can explore and think out my thoughts on responsibility in interpersonal relationships. Destiny's personal life drama is pretty fascinating to me because it makes me think about how I conduct myself in my sexual and interpersonal relationships. He lives his life in an extreme way, that tests and defines ethics that I don't think I would be willing to bear the emotional labour of exploring in my own personal life.
So keep up the good content u/NeoDestiny. At the bare minimum, it's entertaining.
