Hello, Guys, looking to make a beast of a machine to handle AI content creation for which will mostly be done in Stable Diffusion + more for the current foreseeable future. Not too familiar with hardware, so was hoping I could get some advice on if this is a good compatible build that is future proof and if anything could be cut while maintaining stability.

Hello everyone, this is my first pc build and I am anxious that I am wasting money or selecting the wrong parts for the best results. I originally wanted an NVIDIA GPU but their cards are now expensive and/or less efficient than an AMD equivalent (with the exception of 4080 and 90). I will mostly be playing single-player games at 1440p but want to dabble in Unity Engine. The budget is $2000.

I drive a 2015 Prius 3. I use hybrid assistant most of the time I drive, and feel like I have a pretty good sense of what the car is doing. Today I saw something that doesn't make sense based on my understanding of how the car works, so I'm looking for someone to tell me where I'm wrong.
So, I got in my car after work. It was very hot inside and outside the car. I drove for a bit with the windows down, then when I got into town and traffic stopped, I rolled up the windows and turned on the AC. I looked over at HA and saw that the battery was providing 2kW of power. This was continuous for about a minute while I was stopped in traffic.
So, here's where I'm confused. With the car stopped, negligible power is going to the drivetrain. The car is running the internal computers, headlights, taillights, and the AC (with the majority of the power going to the AC.) All of those things are 12v loads, so all 2kW is going to the DC-DC converter, which is fused at 100A on the output side. I'll assume the DC-DC converter is 80% efficient. From my experience, the 12v system runs at 14.1v under heavy load. 2000W*0.8(efficiency)/14.1v=113.5A going through the 100A fuse. It's even more amps if the DC-DC converter is more efficient than I'm assuming, which it probably is. At 90% efficient, it would be 127.7A
I know that circuit breakers are rated to hold at 100% of their rating and trip at 135%, so assuming the fuse is rated similarly, it should hold, but just barely.
I'm shocked to see the stock toyota system running this much power through the 12v system. I almost can't believe it.
Thoughts? Am I misunderstanding something?
I plan on taking more data. Next time I get into my car and it's crazy hot, I'll sit there in EV mode with the AC on and see what it does over a longer timescale. Anything else I should test?

• they're 27 inch 1440p 144hz TN panel w/ G-Sync (dedicated chip) l in v v good condition with zero dead pixels.
  
• ok so on the older panel (1 was made in 2017, one in 2019), the colours are kinda strange; it's got a definite purpleish tint and is waaay less colour accurate than the newer panel. • ok, so basically, i bought a new controller to transplant its internals into my custom painted one since it developed stick drift on the right analogue stick. I tried to desolder the right stick on the broken PCB, but couldn't bc my brain is entirely smooth. So this is the drifting controller's internals in the 'new' controller's shell.
  
• it works perfectly apart from somewhat mild right stick drift (it drifts upwards), so it u want to give resoldering a go or u literally never use the right stick, it's perfect lol.

Ich (fast 25, W) lebe seit Ende 2013 in Kalifornien (davor in Österreich), bin österreichische Staatsbürgerin & U.S. Permanent Resident, und bin mit einem Amerikaner verheiratet (seit März 2019). Die Ehe wurde schon in Österreich registriert. Wir wollen beide in Zukunft in Österreich leben.
Mein Mann ist momentan vollzeitig ein Student (er arbeitet an einem Bachelor's in International Business), und arbeitet etwa 20 Stunden/Woche. Er wird voraussichtlich in 2 Jahren oder weniger seinen Abschluss erhalten.
Ich werde mich diesen Herbst, oder spätestens nächstes Jahr, für ein Ph.D. Studium (im Bereich Sozialwissenschaften) an einer österreichischen Uni bewerben.
Falls ich aufgenommen werde, weiß ich nicht, ob ich "funding" (also eine Arbeitsstelle als Prae Doc) von der Uni erhalten werde. Es kann sein, dass ich zumindest die "tuition" selbst zahlen müsste, was an sich kein Problem wäre, wenn ich nicht zumindest ~€1,700 monatlich (netto) eigenständig verdienen müsste, damit mein Mann nach Österreich ziehen kann.
Wenn ich keine Prae Doc Arbeitsstelle von der Uni erhalte, kann ich dieses Mindestgehalt nicht vorweisen, und ich nehme an, dass das amerikanische Gehalt meines Mannes nicht miteinbezogen werden kann, da er seinen amerikanischen Job aufgeben müsste, wenn er nach Österreich zieht ("remote" zu arbeiten wäre potenziell möglich, aber das müsste sein amerikanischer Arbeitgeber zuerst genehmigen). Er würde natürlich sofort eine Arbeit in Österreich suchen, falls die "remote" Idee nicht klappt, aber das könnte er ja nicht, ohne davor eine Niederlassungsbewilligung zu erhalten.
Und auch wenn ich diese Prae Doc Stelle ergattere, schätze ich, dass das Gehalt nicht ausreichend wäre, um die Bedingungen der Niederlassungsbewilligung zu erfüllen (denke mal, dass ich nicht €1,700 netto verdienen würde).
Mein Vater lebt noch in Österreich, und er ist momentan Pensionist, und verdient etwa €1,500 pro Monat (soweit ich weiß, vielleicht etwas mehr oder weniger). Ich habe vor, temporär mit meinem Mann bei ihm zu leben, bis wir uns eine Wohnung oder ein Haus kaufen. Könnte in diesem Fall das Gehalt meines Vaters miteinberechnet werden, damit mein Mann die Niederlassungsbewilling erhält? Oder muss es ausschließlich von mir kommen?
Ich müsste auch vorweisen, dass mein Mann einen Wohnort haben wird. Könnte die Wohnung meines Vaters dafür in Betracht gezogen werden, oder müsste die Wohnung unter meinem Namen sein?Die Wohnung ist eine Genossenschaftswohnung, somit kann er sie mir nicht so einfach verkaufen, wenn ich mich nicht irre.
Eines muss ich aber noch erwähnen: mein Mann wird womöglich eine noch ungewisse Summe erben, da sein Großonkel letztes Jahr verstorben ist. Wir haben auch ein wenig gespart, da wir nicht einfach ohne Geld nach Österreich ziehen wollen, und uns, wie vorhin erwähnt, eventuell eine Wohnung oder ein Haus kaufen wollen. Würde die Regierung das Gesparte in Betracht ziehen, um eine Bewilligung zu erteilen?
Wir würden wirklich gerne in Österreich leben (mein Mann war inzwischen schon mehrmals dort), und nicht in Kalifornien oder in einem anderen U.S. Staat. Wenn es aber bürokratisch nicht funktioniert, dann muss ich wohl zuerst ein Ph.D. Studium in den USA absolvieren, oder nach Österreich ziehen und eine Arbeit finden, die im Gegensatz zu einem Prae Doc zwecks Niederlassungsbewillung genug zahlt. Auch da müsste ich wohl zuerst alleine nach Österreich zurückziehen, dieses Gehalt mehrere Monate lang verdienen, und dann könnte mein Mann nach Österreich ziehen?
Vielleicht sollte ich das Studium komplett aufgeben und einfach in Österreich arbeiten? Ich bin einfach verwirrt und weiß nicht mehr, was ich tun soll. Am Liebsten will ich einfach so früh wie möglich wieder nach Hause (also nach Österreich). Ich habe schon das österreichische Generalkonsulat kontaktiert. Dieses hat mir zwar Links und generelle Informationen zugesandt, aber in meinem Fall bräuchte ich mehr spezifische Informationen.
Ratschläge, Meinungen, Erfahrungen, oder auch Empfehlungen, was einen guten Rechtsanwalt betrifft, würde ich wirklich schätzen!
