So apparently my thyroid meds have to be raised again. Here gps (those that care) prefer to see a TSH at or below 1 in treated people, and the free values at least in the upper half of normal range. I've never been there but just always within normal lab range, tsh not much better than 2, just around 3 when I start to feel miserable. Antibodies always stay at the same level. The max of levothyroxine here is 200mcg. I'm likely going to 150mcg levothyroxine now.
When meds are too low I mostly suffer from extreme forgetfulness and (silent) reflux. Over the past 7 years or so I've never accidentally gotten into a wee hyper anymore, even if I'm so confused that I took a double dose for 3 days in a row. Before that just a single accidental double dose was enough to result in very urgent flat cleaning and running around restlessly. So I guess if I don't find a dose that will keep me stable and healthy I'll be at the max in about 4 years. The question is: what then? I think combined T3/T4 meds are available here, but I commonly move and work internationally, and there are many countries where those are not available. A good endocrinologist obviously is the answer, but most don't accept new patients anymore, and you don't know whether the one you waited half a year for just doesn't say to suck it up and accept it. So what other options are there?

2. My outlining style is layered rather than spread
3. I do lists similar to index cards, not notes (otherwise I'd use Obsidian, go check it out if you're a note-taker)

I needed a tool in which every item in the list could be a list in itself, obviously so I could nest the the layers of the outline but also because I wanted the writing tasks to be right next to my other tasks -- they all compete for my time.

So R is apartment type in which each floor is divided into 5 sections each section having an attachmed toilet A sofa. 4 rooms per section has 1,2&4 person rooms (only AC) . You have two lifts and two sets of staircases covering 18 floors.closer to the PRP subway.mess is inside block
E block , non-ac only 2 Pearson rooms is available closer to TT subway. 4 floors one lift 2 staircase. 2 toilet for a floor .mess is outside block
Both r and e have single beds r in made of wood while e is made of metal both blocks have good toilets in my experience when I was there. R had a centralized heater for water when I was there. E and other blocks has 2 gycer per toilet

Edit: Q block is the largest block (tallest is R) it has 2,3,4,6,8 beds each floors have four 8 beds(i don't know the exact number) but out of which two 8 beds are basically basketball courts. And 4-6 lifts the q block store is pretty good.also i hear their mess is not that good but idk how much of this is true since i haven't tried it.

Notes

u/anticitizen-zero's correct prediction of Xhaka to be voted as Man of the Match is the deciding factor in the final round.
The final match up bears a lot of symmetry to the overall results of the MOTM predictions. Xhaka and Odegaard each had 37% of users backing them to win MOTM, well ahead of any other players. u/Mikey_Hashtags opted for Odegaard whilst u/anticitizen-zero opted for Xhaka.
And not only that, but this final is eerily similar to last season's. In both cases, the winner came out on top through a correct MOTM prediction in the final leg. In the case of last season, it was u/dimebagactual's prediction for Odegaard to win MOTM against Everton that won the tie, meanwhile u/Mikey_Hashtags' bet on Odegaard this time 'round was their undoing.

Despite winning the cup, u/anticitizen-zero remains in the same position on the Leader board as of when the tournament started. Just goes to show the fine margins at the top of the game in both the cup tournament and overall league.

Tl;Dr essentially feel like our relationship is doomed over an abortion that I didn't want her to even get and I'm really dissapointed I saw a genuine future with her
I don't even really know where to start but here goes nothing. I've been dating my now girlfriend exclusively for over a year it was a little bit of a slow start but then things took of drastically when they did and it was overall pretty amazing with minimal complaints. Fast forward a year I love her to death and she's my everything but I'm afraid the future of this relationship is doomed already.
I'm just downright not happy in this relationship and have accepted the fact that I'll just be dragged down until I build enough resentment or courage to break things off with her, essentially I've got to get to a point where I don't care enough about her it sounds shitty but I'm exhausted I've wasted my time and energy expressing my unfulfilled needs in this relationship and it's just not being reciprocated I feel like I've already done the pleading and the crying and now it's just a waiting game and it's killing me because she's all I've ever wanted for so long but she won't tango with me and everyone knows it takes 2. Between my unfulfilled sex drive the fact that I never feel appreciated or wanted ever by her in anyway I mean it just seems like I'm wasting my time like my life is on hold intimately it's like I wanted her so bad I got her but at what cost? To be treated like a 2nd class citizen to have no physical intimacy? This relationship feels like what I read on reddit similar to those people in theirs 40s and 50s who have been married forever and it's gone to shit mine is just the early stage of it l
The problem is I just can't seem to let go of her when in reality feeling the way I do shame on me for being with her. But I want to be with her I talk to my therapist about all of this stuff she just keeps telling me to keep waiting and waiting like wait for what? Wait till I've wasted my 20s on a dead end relationship with someone who refuses to get help or work on themselves?
Everything was going amazing until I got her pregnant back in February, even then I thought that was amazing at that point we had been with each other for a year and we were super serious spending 4 or 5 days together every week but she wanted to abort it. I was against that but I supported her and paid for it and dealt with any pain thar caused me on my own with my therapist
Fast forward to now 3 months post abortion the intimacy is dead. Haven't had sex once since it I don't even bother anymore the last few times I've merely mentioned the possibility of anything along the lines of "hey we should f*ck this weekend" (obviously in different wording) she's AGREED but before we even got our clothes off started crying??? And she says it's all about the abortion and she just needs time but refuses to get help. And if so how can I make things to where I'm happy once again and fulfilled by this relationship while also trying to be supportive of her space and time to heal and without building resentment towards her. This is something that I've allways wanted to point out but I don't know where to start. Take worldnews as an example, many of them are essentially or equally to bots although it is quite clear that they support thiefs and liars and thus support their own demize.
So it appears to me that there is (i.e. must be) in every forum some sort of "enthusiasts" like enablers, perception shifters and opinion enhancers and this goes so far that:
1) there are so many of them that I doubt they are on a pay roll and
2) that they push the narrative to hard to be just someone causally involved and
3) that this is not only limited to politics but also to religion and other aspects of life.
Some of this is obvious and other not. It depends from which standpoint You're watching this but it helps to question the motives on every subject or topic in order to dissect a personal opinion vs. an eerie opinion forging.

• just an example: You have this "ukraine is holy and has no scelletons in their closet" people but it get's murky when Elons Rocket got launched a few weeks ago and everyone was.. too enthusiastic in the commandments. Don't get me wrong, it was just.. I don't know, it was too much and hyped in the sense of.. being hyped up by a promotor on some cheap holyday resort.

Look, nowadays You don't get shut down by a regime but by the people!! This is some progress, however they have managed it.

I (19F) have a big crush on C (26M). We met in a japanese dance group (we're both japanese descendants). Basically, I joined a year and a half ago but he has been part of this group for about 7 years now, so when I joined he was kind of my instructor for the first couple of months. He helped me learn the basics and he taught me the first choreograph, he is not a teacher but he has a lot of experience and was sent to guide me and my newbies' group because of this. Little by little, we became friends, at first it was only small talk but after a while he told me about his studies, his friends and his hobbies. There was once when we finished our dance practice really late and we had to close the building, but my dad hadn't yet come to pick me up and he stayed with me because he didn't want me to be waiting alone at night un the streets (this was kind and sweet because I already knew from before that he was extremely tired that day, he had had a long day and even after all that, he still offered and stood by my side). There was a moment there where our faces were so so close and he was even leaning a little bit into me, I really thought he was gonna kiss me but I panicked and stayed still while looking into his eyes. About me
Hello there, my name is Coach Chesster(Yes, an obvious Chess reference, which is, by far, my favorite game). I've been playing League of Legends since season one, I've experienced everything from full AP Yi one-shotting my entire team to Tryndamere mains spinning around with a needlessly large rod instead of a sword. You could say I've been there during all the important historical moments of the game. I've been at the top of the ladder in Season 6 (Going between high Diamond and Challenger, based on how much time I've had to invest). I've competed in various tournaments, even being able to win a number of them, before I decided to get myself into coaching.
Coaching
I started the entire coaching thing during season 7 when one of my friends asked if I wanted to help him get out of that Diamond 4 hell. Ever since then, I was having a consistent number of sessions on a weekly basis, with my network of people slowly increasing(One of them actually gave me the idea to advertise on Reddit, which I did eventually accept!) Rajesh Vishwas has been ordered to pay 53,092 rupees for pumping out millions of litres of water without seeking permission from authorities.
The food inspector dropped his Samsung phone, worth about 100,000 rupees, into Kherkatta Dam in the central Indian state of Chhattisgarh last week.
The pump ran for several days, emptying out thousands of litres of water, but by the time the phone was found, it was too waterlogged to work.
At the time, Mr Vishwas had told the media that he had verbal permission from an official to drain "Some water into a nearby canal", adding that the official said it "Would in fact benefit the farmers who would have more water".
It stated that Mr Vishwas had wasted 4.1 million litres of water for his "Personal interest" and that he had to pay for the water as well as a penalty of 10,000 rupees for "Evacuating water without permission".
Many politicians criticised the official's actions and said that the water could have been put to better use in a country where several regions face water shortages, especially in the scorching summer months.
