Hi, I am trying to report a build up of waste just outside of my flat and the NCC website refuses to let me submit a report. I have tried calling and was put on hold with the environmental department - must all be on early lunch as I was wating for 30 minutes before I got sick of the hold "music".
Does anyone know any work arounds on how to get through to them? Any direct lines I can call or emails I can use to get in contact. I would sort it out myself but as it is the result of the homeless community commandeering the gap between the two buildings I don't want to put myself in harms way of potentially hazardous materials.

Shapeshifting weapon guide

Everyone recognizes Windhammer as a good shapeshifting weapon, but did you know that an even better weapon drops in normal difficulty, or that Buriza is a viable alternative? If not then this is the guide for you! I've compared 600 configurations of weapons and made a list of the best options for shapeshifting druids and barbarians.

Shapeshifted attack speed

Attack speed is one of the few damage multipliers available for physical builds. In addition, attack speed plays a role in defense as it allows you to recover from hitstun and start leeching faster. While shapeshifted there are three parameters that determine your attack speed:

1. The werewolf weapon threshold (WWT) breakpoint
   
2. The weapon type
   
3. The total attack speed (TAS) breakpoint
   

WWT is influenced by the weapon speed modifier (WSM), which ranges from -20 to 20 for twohanded weapons, and the weapon IAS (wIAS). No other sources of IAS, through auras, skills or gear will change the maximum reachable attack speed. The WWT is simply calculated as: WWT = wIAS - WSM.
The WWT breakpoint in turn determines the highest reachable attack speed depending on the weapon type. Classes have different thresholds for different weapons. Druids are more proficient in twohanded polearms, maces and axes, and less proficient in twohanded swords and spears, while barbarians are most proficient in swords. For the same weapon type, if a weapon has a WSM of 20 (Thunder maul), it means it will always require 20% more wIAS to reach the same breakpoint as a weapon with a WSM of 0 (Ogre axe).
There may be several attack speed breakpoints for the same WWT, these are the TAS breakpoints. Note that the maximum speed is determined by the WWT itself, that is the fastest TAS breakpoint belonging to the particular WWT breakpoint. Effective IAS (EIAS), and skill IAS (SIAS) factor into TAS. The formula is: TAS = EIAS + SIAS - WSM. All of your combined attack speed from weapon and equipment go through diminishing returns to reach some EIAS. SIAS from skills, such as werewolf, and auras such as fanaticism are added directly without diminishing returns. For werewolf, the source of SIAS is very high, and together with the EIAS coming from the weapon you will almost always reach the highest TAS breakpoint. For werebear, which lacks SIAS, or for wolfbarbs which have a low level skill it may be useful to gain TAS from fanaticism on a merc, or to have some additional IAS from gear to reach the highest breakpoint. Ranking the best weapons

Each build gets two separate tier lists. The best list contains weapons that have the highest damage output. These weapons are ethereal, corrupted for 120 %ED / 20%IAS and puzzleboxed for maximum sockets. The budget list contains weapons that have only been corrupted for maximum sockets. All weapons are rolled at their maximum potential with regards to their %ED and +min/max damages. The best list continues until it reaches a weapon with a score that is less than the highest in the budget list.
(Note, although I call it a budget list since it's relatively easier to acquire, some of the weapons are expensive and can be very hard to find.)

• Avg shows the average damage of the weapon
  
• FPA shows the frames per attack. This is the maximum fpa that is achievable with the current runes, not necessarily the maximum achievable fpa with a different rune combination
  
• Score is the effective dps, which is the product of the average damage and the attack speed, divided by 1000 and rounded for convenience. Since the game engine runs at 25 fps, the attack speed is calculated from the fpa as follows: attack speed = 25/fpa
  
• Runes show the particular rune combination to reach that weapon score
  

The ranking represent the maximum sheet dps, not necessarily the best weapons as there are other parameters to consider. You may want to use a different fpa breakpoint for playstyle, or defensive reasons, and you may want to consider weapons for their stats, proc effects and damage consistency. The desirable stats also depend on the shapeshifting form. Werewolves do not gain critical strike which makes deadly strike very desirable, whereas werebears and barbarians do gain critical strike naturally making deadly strike redundant. Werewolves attack several times with fury which gives a consistent damage output, whereas werebears may want a higher minimum damage to oneshot enemies and improve clearspeed. Whether you are mapping or bossing, you may prioritize certain proc effects or defensive stats.
Lastly, note that only Shael, Ohm and Zod runes were considered for sockets. There are more optimal combinations using 15/40 jewels.

The weapon spreadsheet

You can view and download the spreadsheet to look at all the possible combinations, and to filter the parameters according to your needs. I have included most unique and set twohanders with decent damage potentials and IAS, but not every possible item. The corrupt column means the weapon is corrupted (120%ED / 20% IAS). The eth column means the weapon is ethereal (1.25x damage bonus). The difficulty column is:

• 0 when it is non-ethereal and corrupted for max sockets
  
• 1 when it is ethereal and corrupted for max sockets or non-ethereal, ED/IAS corrupted and puzzleboxed for max sockets
  
• 2 when it is ethereal, ED/IAS corrupted and puzzleboxed for max sockets

Hellslayer

This weapon consistently tops the charts. The 200% base ED is unassuming, but the 300% max ED, combined with a base that's top heavy makes this weapon scale out of control. The large damage range lends itself to fury which has a natural averaging effect being a multihit attack.

• +50 vit/str. The strength wont let you wear the item sooner, but it will allow you to use a sacred armor for extra defense

Messerschmidt's Reaver

Has the same max ED property as Hellslayer making it top heavy.

Executioner's Justice

• Casts decrepify on kill. Arguably better than amplify damage if you are one shotting enemies

Ethereal Edge

Worth mentioning as it is the only weapon that can reach the fastest 3 fpa maul breakpoint. It's not actually good though.

Buriza

Since missile weapons do not splash inherently, you need to wear Bloodfist, Steelrend or The Hand of Broc. You can get crushing blow and deadly strike from bolts.

I recently bought a 5m 12V 60led/m SK6812 led strip.
I plan to sequence around 8 hours (8 x 1-hour sequences) worth of music in Xlights on a laptop for a show.
This show will be in an area with no wifi/internet connectivity.
I understand using a DigUno and WLED with Xlights can control the lights using an E.131 Ethernet connection.
Is this possible without having an active internet connection, such as by creating an offline LAN connection?
I am very new to LED's and setting up networks so I am unsure if there is a workaround.
A connection by USB would be preferrable, however I am unsure if the USB controller option in Xlights is designed for a controller to be connected directly to the laptop.
Is it a viable solution to purchase a DMX adapter? And is a DigUno necessary if using a DMX adapter?
Any guidance or directions to a tutorial would be greatly appreciated as I am struggling to find an answer online.

Ash recieved the invite that will makes him reunite with his girlfriend, but he must deal with the plant from giant rock which will eventually not only makes him reunite with his girlfriend, but also reassamble the entire XY cast and makes the story looks like XY sequel (lol!)
Episode 1: Story begins with Ash saw the nightmare where the world being destroyed and even Arceus unable to do anything about it. Then Ash wake up and he just realized that he was invited to see the Pokemon Contest final (Serena Vs Aria) in Kalos, but when Ash went to Kalos, he saw his Greninja being unconscious because of being overworked for cutting wood so many years non stop without taking any break (Lol!)
Episode 2: It's only 1 hours before Pokemon Contest final starts, Ash had sent his Greninja into Pokemon center. Meanwhile Bonnie and Clemont calls Ash that the plant from Giant Rock had nearing the Luminse City. Ash and Lucario attempt to sense where's the source of those plant are but unable to. Meanwhile at this time, Greninja had been fully recovered and returns to Ash!
Episode 3: Greninja had been recovered! With Greninja's help, Ash was finally able to find the source of the Giant Rock- on underground. Clemont used the newly devloped drill to make the tunnel so that Ash (with Pikachu, Lucario and Greninja), Clemont (with Luxray) and Bonnie (With squishy) will able to reach the underground and saw the core of those plants. With the combined effort of Pikachu, Lucario, Greninja, Luxray and Squishy, they was able to destroy the core and stopping the Giant Rock plant once and for all.
Episode 4: After the Giant Rock Plant Core had been Destroyed, Ash had found that the Pokemon Contest final had already begin. Ash was tried to reach Pokemon Contest as soon as possible. At first, Aria's excellent Contest skills makes Serena begin to self-doubt if she could made it, but Ash was eventally managed to arrives and cheers Serena, allowing Serena to unlock Bond Transformation on Her Delphox to become Serena-Delphox and become Kalos Queen (Yes, I made her Kalos Queen that early because I have struggle to write Pokemon Contest chapters)
First Appearance of Dawn
Episode 5: At last, Ash and Serena had finally reunion! To celebrating Serena become Kalos Queen, Ash was going to buy the new clothes for Serena as suprise gift so that Serena can put her Blue Ribbon back on her chest, but Ash have struggle to do so because Ash know nothing about clothing style, but thanks to Diantha's help, Ash was eventally able to find the clothes that fits Serena and fits her Blue Ribbon.
Episode 6: Ash and Serena say goodbye to Miette, Diantha and May as they moved to Pallet town. But at the next day, they found themselves had been trapped inside the crowd as both are now become the celebrity and all of the billboard had their own face! Diantha will teach Ash and Serena must find the way to move around in public

Clemont's Chespin evolved into Chesnaught, first appearance of Clemont-Chesnaught and they have to move to Ash's house because Prism Tower had been damaged
Episode 7: Clemont was devloping the devloution device which allows the Pokemon to devolve if they accidentally evolved against their will. However, like most of Clemont's device, his devlution device went malfunction and begin to explode and accidentally fully evolved his Chespin into Chesnaught as well! Everyone was managed to escape, but the explosion was so huge that it blows half of the Prism Tower, leaving them homeless and have to temporary move to Pallet town to live with Ash until the Prism Tower had been fully restored. Meanwhile, Xerosic managed escaped from jail and separated Clemont from Bonnie and Meyer. Xerosic's power protector easily overpowers all of his pokemon and his chesnaught! Xerosic was teasing that Clemont's science is terrible, but Clemont determination that the science was supposed to be used for justice allows his chesnaught to unlock the bond transformation to become Clemont-chesnaught, allowing Clemont to defeat Xerosic and sent Xerosic back to jail. Unfortunately, Xerosic was managed to damage the Prism Tower which forcing Clemont, Bonnie and Meyer to living in Ash's house temporarily until the Prism Tower had been rebuilt.

Despite Ash's pidgeot had officially returned to Ash, it's another questions of how long can his pidgeot live with his trainer.....
Episode 8: Tons of Fearow had invaded and caused the huge chaos in Pallet town and steals Serena's blue ribbon! Ash's Pidgeot had found that those Fearow are came from Viridian Forest. Ever since Pidgeot had reunited with Ash, those Fearow had rapidly reproduce, quickly take over the Viridian Forest and begin to spread out of nowhere! Those Fearow demands Ash's Pidgeot in exchange for those Pidgey and Pidgeotto's life and the Blue Ribbon. Ash and Pidgeot arrived Viridian Forest but those Pidgey and Pidgeotto told them not to leave his Pidgeot here because they thinks that the Pidgeot was belong to Ash and Ash refuse to leave his Pidgeot here. Those Fearow now attempt to hurt those Pidgey and Pidgeotto and ate the Blue Ribbon! Ash Mega Evolved his Pidgeot to fight against those Fearow but being slowly outnumbered by those Fearow. On the verge of Ash's Pidgeot's defeat, those Pidgey and Pidgetto had evolved into Pidgeot and helps Ash's Pidgeot to defeat those Fearow and give Ash back the Blue Ribbon, ending those Fearow's threat once and for all! Ash and his Pidgeot was bid farewell to those Pidgeot and give the Blue Ribbon back to Serena, now Ash's Pidgeot can live with Ash forever!

Ash jump to the Team Rocket ballon to save Pikachu while having Serena caught his feet, but Ash had end up makes the Team Rocket ballon explodes and sent Ash, Pikachu and Serena to Hoenn! (lol!). May and Max meet Ash and Serena once again and was surprised why Ash would hugging Serena so tight and lying on the ground (lol)! Ash and Serena attempt greets May and Max but May didn't speak and respond with sign language! Max then told Ash and Serena's sad news about May become inability to speak because of the spasmodic dysphonia! Knowing that Jirachi will took 980 years to become useable again, Max decided to find which pokemon can cure May.
Serena will get Absol in this epsiode
Epsiode 11: While May and Max was staying at their home to find if there's any pokemon to makes May can speak again, Ash and Serena went outside and saw the Absol laying down outside and end up seriously injured.
Epsiode 12: After Serena caught Absol, Max had found that the only way to makes May can speak again is to find the Unown, and Molly is the only person who can use Unown to make May speaks again. Ash, Serena, May and Max went to greenfield and found Molly to use unown to spell "May Speak" so that May can speak again
------------------Arc 3: Team Rocket invasion (ep 13-21)--------------------

Epsiode 13: Gary had reunited with Ash, where former had become the Pokemon Professor. Gary brings Ash and Serena to visit the extension of Professor Oak's laboratory (Clemont and Bonnie was here too!). Meanwhile, Giovanni had arrived the laboratory and defeated Professor Oak. Gary came out and fight against Giovanni once again and.....lose once again. Meanwhile, the Team Rocket Grunts kidnapped Professor Oak while they're battling and Giovanni had left the laboratory!
Epsiode 14: Giovanni kidnapped Professor Oak to Team Rocket base to make Professor Oak works for him. Ash and Gary was thinking about how to save Giovanni. Epsiode 19: Thanks to Ash and Gary's excellent teamwork, in addition of Ash's mastered Aura power, Giovanni had been easily defeated and Giovanni's mewtwo armor had been teared apart. At the same time, Misty, Brock had finally defeated Domino while Korrina, Alain and Diantha managed to defeat Dr. Namba and the artifical Lugia thanks to the Real Lugia (the one from M02) , while Serena, Clemont and Bonnie had defeated all of those artifical pokemon army. They all reunited with Ash and Gary. Meanwhile, Giovanni still refused to give up, he used the knowledge that being extracted from Professor Oak to create the gigantic ultimate pokemon called Chimera. Giovanni insert his consciousness into Chimera and razed half of Pallet Town into ground!
Epsiode 20: Despite the combined effort of Ash, Gary, Misty, Brock, Serena, Clemont, Bonnie, Korrina, Alain , Diantha, Chimera was proven too much for those heroes to handle! Chimera then begin to cover the entire sky with the black smoke which will slowly turns all pokemon all over the world into shadow pokemon! Seems there's nothing to stop him, the real mewtwo appears and team up with Lugia to helps those hero to fight against Chimera. Meanwhile, Ash's Greninja was managed to use his extrasensory to emulate almost all of Pokemon moveset while his Lucario's aura power had been enchanced which allows his Lucario to create the spirit bomb sized aura sphere. Ash, his pikachu, Greninja and Lucario eventally able to blown Chimera to pieces and sent Giovanni's consciousness back to his human body. Ash came in front of Giovanni and about to kills him with Aura sphere, but Serena, and later the newly arrived Team Rocket Trio pleding Ash not to. While Ash was about to defeat Damian, his Pikachu suddenly unleashed the large amount of power and went berserk!
Epsiode 23: Having his pikachu went berserk, Ash had slowly realized that he's only care about Pokemon and become megalomaniac had corrupted his bond with pikachu! He begin to feels sorry about how he treat his friends especially Serena. That energy crystals attempt to shoot laser on ground and Ash have only pikachu left to stop that energy crystal! Ash's feelings resonance with pikachu which allows pikachu utilized that power once again to **create the deadly new move for pikachu: Ragnerok!

Epsiode 29: The Shiny nihilego had been kidnapped! Ash and his Alola classmate must find the way to recuse the Shiny nihilego! Clemont attempt to create something that can sent them to another universe but failed. Meanwhile, Ash's Naganadel and Solgaleo appears from the Ultra Wormhole. Ash was confused why Naganadel would finds him while he's living with his friends on his own world, Naganadel said that his own world had appears thousands of Ultra Wormhole and being invaded by vile Ultra Beasts. Ash, Serena, Gladion and Ash's classmate become Ultra Guardians. With the help of Solgaleo to create the Ultra Wormhole, the Ultra Guardians begin to went to the alternative universe and save Shiny Nihiliego!
Epsiode 30: Inside the Aether Paradise of Alternative universe, the Ultra Guardians defeats all who stops them and was managed to find the Shiny nihilego which is trapped into the tube. The Alternative Lusamine was just seen to kicked the Alternative Lillie out of her room and told the Ultra Guardians that she'll rules Ash's world. Serena, Lillie, Lana and Mallow went to fight against Alternative Lusamine while Ash, Kiawe and Gladion attempt to use their Z move to break that tube but failed. Serena, Lillie, Lana and Mallow was slowly being overwhelmed by Alternative Lusamine until Kiawe and Gladion aids them. Ash attempts to use his Aura to brute force that tube but seeing that the Shiny nihilego was taking damage as well! With Ash running low on options, Ash call out his Dunsparce and pray for his Dunsparce for helping him. His Dunsparce agrees and evolves into the rare 3 segment Dudunsparce. Ash's Dudunsparce use Hyper Drill to destroy that tube and sucressfully recuse the Shiny nihilego. At the same time, the Ultra Guardians had defeated the Alternative Lusamine. Ash's Solgaleo created the Ultra Wormhole to brings the Ultra Guardians back to their own universe!
Epsiode 31: Ultra Guardians and the Shiny nihilego had returned to this universe! Now the 1st anniversity party of Ash become Champion had finally begins!
Epsiode 32: Ash, Serena, Misty, Brock, Clemont, Bonnie, Gladion and Ash's teammate went to Pokémon Paradise Resort and have a relaxing bath before settling down in bed. Everyone falls asleep. Meanwhile, the sky have tons of Ultra Wormhole appears.

Epsiode 35: Despite they finally get rid of Alternative Lusamine, the Ultra Guardians had been outnumbered by the Ultra Beast even with the combined effort of Guardian deities! Professor Kukui had found that the only way to sent all those Ultra Beast back is to combine the power of all 7 Z rings to shut down the Ultra Wormhole. Ash, Gladion and Ash's classmate had used the Z rings to create the giant rainbow laser to the sky to power up the Guardian deities's grand cross shaped beam to suck those Ultra Beast back to Ultra Wormhole and closing those Ultra Wormhole, ending the Ultra Beast crisis once and for all.

Astonishingly, his goal of catching all pokemon would eventually came to manifest as its own entirely separate, physical entity, naming itself "Oizys".
Ash teachs Goh how to take care of Pokemon, but Goh's dark side came to manifest as its own entirely separate, physical entity called Oizys, Goh's evil counterpart who is the psychopath pokemon hunter (a parody of many chinese amourshipping fic features with Goh as antagionist), Goh was paralyzed with fear after witnessing his evil counterpart's cruelty and end up in coma for a while. So me and someone else got promoted to Junior estimating. Before this I was in purchasing. As you know the construction industry is slow and if my purchasing job wasn't slow enough after I got the promotion to estimator, I have literally absolutely nothing to do. The same goes for my fellow colleague.
We both practice on plans all day and that's pretty much it. We have been trained for I would say what's would be a week's worth and that's it. The senior estimator our boss, who's training us is extraordinarily busy. He's got people pulling him to the side getting phone calls, chit-chatting, working on bids, answering field questions, and in back to back meetings.
When he does have time we sit there and watch him work on bids, he doesn't explain what he's doing he's just working. I'm not saying any of this in a condescending or I'm a spoiled brat kind of way.
I just want to get the most out of what I'm doing and to kill this constant nothingness of nothing to do everyday it feels like a waste driving an hour to work to do absolutely nothing.
As far as my boss's plan I'm not exactly sure what it is. He's supposed to be training us throughout but I'm not sure what exactly is going to happen if it's going like this. I'm in electrical if that helps anything.

I made a post a month ago, detailing how my decision to add MOON to the LP was getting on. It's worth mentioning that I actually made a mistake in that post... I'd claimed that I was £85.80 better off, but I'd forgotten to account for the ETH, when adding that month's rewards back in. I added £76.31 worth of additional ETH (matching the value of MOON rewards), so I was actually only £9.19 in the green.
Anyway, on to month two (spoiler alert - it's not great)...
ETH is roughly the same price today as it was a month ago, but MOON has dropped a further 30% or so (currently down 43.88% since I added to the LP). As a result of this, impermanent loss has completely overwhelmed the £100.57 in rewards, and I'm sitting -£54.63 in the red. This is the big risk you take when providing liquidity - the value of one coin changing drastically, relative to the other. Despite this, I'll continue to provide liquidity, re-stake my rewards, and add more ETH.
Hopefully, month three update will be a little more positive.

i am nearly 24 hours post op! i’ve never been happier and so far my recovery has been very smooth :)! despite all of this, in my head i can’t believe it, and i feel like when i take the bandages off at my post op appointment next week, i’ll be disappointed. did anybody else feel like this after top surgery? and for reference, i was around a 38 M cup pre-op, so it would be noticeable if this didn’t actually happen.

Dysregulation of iron metabolism is involved in glaucoma, and an endogenous iron carrier molecule shows promise as a treatment against glaucoma neuropathy. The iron carrier, transferrin, reduced optic nerve cell body loss by about 70%, as the study below describes.

Neuroprotective Effects of Transferrin in Experimental Glaucoma Models

Abstract

Iron is essential for retinal metabolism, but an excess of ferrous iron causes oxidative stress. In glaucomatous eyes, retinal ganglion cell (RGC) death has been associated with dysregulation of iron homeostasis. Transferrin (TF) is an endogenous iron transporter that controls ocular iron levels.
Intraocular administration of transferrin (TF) is neuroprotective in various models of retinal degeneration, preventing iron overload and reducing iron-induced oxidative stress.
Herein, we assessed the protective effects of transferrin on RGC survival, using ex vivo rat retinal explants exposed to iron, NMDA-induced excitotoxicity, or CoCl2-induced hypoxia, and an in vivo rat model of ocular hypertension (OHT).
Transferrin significantly preserved RGCs against FeSO4-induced toxicity, NMDA-induced excitotoxicity, and CoCl2-induced hypoxia. TF protected RGCs from apoptosis, ferroptosis, and necrosis.
In OHT rats, Transferrin reduced RGC loss by about 70% compared to vehicle-treated animals and preserved about 47% of the axons.
Finally, increased iron staining was shown in the retina of a glaucoma patient's eye as compared to non-glaucomatous eyes.
These results indicate that transferrin can interfere with different cell-death mechanisms involved in glaucoma pathogenesis and demonstrate the ability of TF to protect RGCs exposed to elevated IOP.
Altogether, these results suggest that transferrin is a promising treatment against glaucoma neuropathy.

Switched over yesterday and am having a hard time dealing with the differences in the apps.
On the TDA app, I could customize my positions screen so I could see current pricing (even in after-hours/pre-market). My watchlists also showed me current prices during AH/PM.
On the Schwab app, I have to toggle between tabs to see current prices and my current G/L. Finding and displaying AH/PM pricing in a watchlist or positions list is impossible.
It used to be so easy to see all the information I needed to decide when to buy and sell, and now I am feeling stuck with this POS app.
Does anyone know how I can get the schwab app to work the way I need it to, or can anyone recommend a brokerage that has an app that will show real-time pricing 24 hours a day, preferably in customizable list form the way TDA did? I am so frustrated rn.

Hey folks! I'll be travelling to Sydney from India in late July for work. I'll have 3 days to tour (Fri, Sat, Sun) before I'm busy with work for the next 4 days. And then one leisure day before I head back. It'd be great if you could help me plan my itinerary out!
Few points I'd like to plan around:

1. Working/staying near Darling Street. Evenings (post 5pm) are completely free on my work days to go around the city. I'm planning to use these evenings to check out as many tourist spots as I can within the city, and leave my free days to whole day activities
2. I live by the coast so I'm not too particular on checking out all the beaches, just the major tourist spots and then spend some time at a quieter place.
3. I would love to spend a day just for surfing, diving, whale spotting, or basically any water activity (I love the sea). Will the weather in July will allow this? Any recommendations and bookings I need to make in advance?
4. I'm comfortable renting a car and driving around, maybe a spend a day or two outside of Sydney. For e.g., I saw that Canberra can be done in a day trip. Also some national parks I could visit as well.
5. I have people in Brisbane. Is it worth flying to spend a day there? I don't want to miss out on a lot of stuff in and around Sydney by doing that.
6. I'll mostly relax on my last day after finishing work, checking out the markets, shopping for souvenirs/gifts, sample some nice baked goods, etc

Also have some general questions:

1. What time does the city usually sleep and wake up? For tourist activities.
2. Is the city safe to walk around late night? Any areas I should avoid?
3. Any car rental agency recommendations? How much should I budget for rent and petrol?
4. Any tourist activities that I'll need to book well in advance?
5. Does July see a lot of tourists? Also how cold is it then (couldn't get a straight answer from Google)
6. Is drinking water good straight from the tap?
7. Does public transportation run 24/7?

I (35f) have recently found out that my “mother” I have been dependent on due to mental disability is a psychopath who may have intentionally tried to kill me by driving me to suicide attempts by intentionally aggravating my mental health. Let me explain.
First this is gonna be extremely condensed.
I won’t go into how she raised me and all the cruel and horrible things she lied about as being love and that I was the problem. That would be a books worth. I will just say after college I worked for a bit before my depression became too sever. Due to that I ended up moving back with my “mother”. I should say she had been putting on the nice and caring act for years after I left for college and I had bought it.
I ended up developing late onset psychosis and paranoid delusion. This involves thinking people were after me and breaking in and stealing items and moving things along with placing cameras and bugs(spying) everywhere.
I told all of my symptoms to her while I was experiencing them because I was scared out of my mind and thought I could trust her despite her reverting to her old self by then.
I realize now she perpetuated my condition. For instance I asked her to help me look for bugs. I was in another room and I heard the voices saying that she might find them and that she almost broke the dresser drawer looking. I went and told her what I heard and she said she did pull pretty hard to open the dresser in that room. This led me to believe what was going on was real as I did not think to suspect she would do that.
Another example is me trying to stop the people from getting into my room. I would tape the door at night and try to stay up because the voices were saying they would break in while I was asleep. She convinced me go to sleep saying no one would get in with the taped door. The next morning I freaked out because the tape was peeling. When I told her she told me she did kinda hear someone walking around in the room but she thought it was me.
During this initial onset period she never told me to get help or took me to a hospital and I never went myself because I thought everything was real.
To make a very long story short again. When I finally did go to a mental ward because I had tried to cut my throat with a knife (She finally said I should go to a hospital. I had stopped myself and came to her crying). I was finally diagnosed and confirmed mentally disabled. The whole time I was in the ward she would come every day available and stay for the full visitation hours. She became my representative payee after I got out and on disability. It was SSI since I had not worked long enough due to depression to get regular disability.
So I became completely dependent on her. Even diagnosed she would say things like how medicine was poison and tell me stories about people with schizophrenia made it without medicine. And heavily implied I was dumb if I took medicine because “I was smarter than to take the poisonous medicine pharmaceuticals put out to make money and they don’t even work”. She was so convincing because the first med I was put on didn’t work well and gave me bad side effects so I tried to go without. She also told me it was best I didn’t tell anyone in the family because they would be afraid of me.
To make another long story short and get to the point. I left the house she lived in and she convinced me to let her go and stay with me because she could help me and what if I had a bad episode I would need someone.
I found out recently thanks to years of therapy and finally being on meds awhile (which she said was “too bad”) That she has been doing serious lying to me. She lied about her house being broken into three times yet there was no sign of being broken into and she just didn’t know how they did it. I had used what I was learning in therapy and wrote it off as random acts rather than people now targeting her too. Me and my therapist were confused about it.
That she was a psychopath did not cross my mind because she was so good at acting like she had some kind of love for me despite her cruelty mixed in.
The first break in she said her expensive plates were stolen along some of my jewelry I had left there along with some other things. The next time she told me a lot of her expensive clothes she had brought were stolen. The final time she said they had taken her expensive shoes (she had a lot).
Fortunately, recently due to some circumstances and a new therapist (my old one left) I went as low contact as possible with her while living with her due to her getting too comfortable being cruel with me. My new therapist encouraged me to stay that way despite how she began to act after I went low contact (she had immediately gone into nice and caring mode when I started hardly talking to her).
I wanted to find a journal I had written in that was in that house to read to my new therapist. I had had enough therapy to not fear as much returning to the house my condition started in. I wasn’t talking with my “mother” so she did not know I was going back. I discovered all the stuff she claimed was stolen while looking for the journal.
That is when I finally started to realize how much she was lying. I told my new therapist this and she suspected she suffered from generational trauma and some mental disorder but was not sure. She encouraged me to keep low contact and work on becoming independent again. This is what I have been doing.
About her trying to kill me in the past.
I tried to kill myself from two bad episodes. (I should mention I had gone off my medicine due to side effects and did not have my old therapist because she left out of state). I didn’t want another therapist right away because I had become so attached to the one that left and my “mother” was telling me about how I should try natural medicine to cure my condition. (I was dumb I know).
The first attempt was kicked off because I had started hearing voices from right outside the house. I told her. A few days later I find the door unlocked and cracked open. I ask her and she says she doesn’t know why it was open. Cue my total break down thinking they had gotten in and my therapy had only convinced me it was not real. When I was at my worst my “mother” just stepped back completely. She didn’t ry to stop me. She didn’t suggest treatment. Just let me rip with my condition. I ended driving over an hr to drive of a bridge to kill myself until I realized I might not get thru the guardrails and driving into a tree. I survived it and only ended up with a broken leg and fracture to my back. During my hospital stay “Mother” would come for the full visitation hours. She did the same when I was moved to the mental ward due to the suicide attempt..
Yet, my “mother” told no one in the family what had happened.
The second attempt was kicked off because I had gotten into religion (Christianity) to protect myself. I have always been atheist. What can I say I was off my rocker and convinced now It was more reality than me being sick due to the very real unexplainable door incident. I used a bookmark I had bought to keep place during my reading. There is a reading room in the townhouse we are renting so I would leave the book there. I wake up one day and go to read the book to see the bookmark is gone. Of course I am freaking out and tell her about it. She just says that it’s “weird and maybe I misplaced it”. At this point I think it’s the people after me yet again and think It’s hopeless because no one will believe me due to my diagnosis. I fall into really deep depression as well with the schizophrenic episode. I tell her I am thinking of suicide again but she doesn’t really react.
That time I decide to try and get hit by traffic to be killed. I drive to the freeway and on it awhile before I pull to the emergency lane and get out. I guess I still had some self preservation in me because I was feeling fear about doing it. I kept moving to step out but would step back. Some cars would blow at me I remember. Luckily some guy probably saw a lunatic was thinking about running onto the freeway. He pulls up in front of me to block me and I tried to run away from him but couldn’t due to not making it over the concrete median before he grabs me. He holds onto me while his wife(?) calls the cops. Cue me being taken to the police station handcuffed and then the closest hospital handcuffed, staying there awhile before back to the hospital with the mental ward.
Again “Mother” would come to the mental ward each day and stay for the full visitation hours asking what I wanted her to bring me and what I did in there.
I realize now at all the mental ward stays she never asked how I was or said what she felt. It was just general conversation. I just figured she did not tell anyone because she felt ashamed of me and I felt ashamed too due to my condition and no one else I knew in the family trying to kill themselves.
I didn’t see it then because I had some form of hope or delusion that she had some form of love for me she just didn’t show it well. The only reason I figured everything she said was a lie was because she used her “sweet and nice” voice while being domineering and manipulative to me yesterday. She had never done that before ever. It was always an angry yelling or frustrated voice she used. So I had always assumed her using that voice was her having some form of sincerity.
After figuring this out just yesterday I looked back at all the “real” episodes of my condition and even a lot of the things that were off about her behavior, such as not telling anyone about my suicide attempts or condition.
She also had not bothered to call the police on either of my suicide attempts. When I first asked about it, since she said she didn’t know I was gonna kill myself despite me telling her I was suicidal, she told me she was praying for me at the house. When I asked again a few months later she said she didn’t suspect because “ I leave the house alone a lot” even though I was clearly having a severe episode when I went to kill myself.
I have had many negatives feeling regarding her. This is the first time I am fearful being around her. Unfortunately, my new therapist left the practice before I realized all this. My last meeting was last week and I don’t have an appt with her replacement until next week.
I have a small independent catering job now. A job that could pay enough to get me away from her, but unfortunately it requires a car and it’s her car. I also still depend on her financially to help with job costs. So even if I could afford enough to rent a place I would not have a car or probably finances to continue the job anytime soon.
She apparently does not like me having this job, even though she was so eager to help, because she has started to become her real self with it and is stealing items I use for the job while saying she doesn’t know anything about it. She is also doing things to try and trigger my conditions symptoms again.
At best I would not be able to save up to have a car and enough profit to run things on my own and be able to leave until midway into next year.
So how do I survive living with this psychopath that probably tried to make me kill myself twice? At least, until I can get my therapy appointment next week? I am assuming I should not act like I have figured out her behavior and what she did/is doing because that might escalate it.
I am scared but able to control myself so far from freaking out.
I really don’t know if she would directly try to harm or kill me. I assume she is capable of anything. Especially if she knows that I know what she is now.
Other family are not an option as they live on the other side of the coasts. On top of that no one would believe me. They all think she is a kind and loving person. I have and know no one near here.
I should also mention my father divorced her and has been gone with no contact with me since I was about two years old. I don’t know anything about him. The irony is that she always said he was the monster.
