Hello everyone this is my first post in this sub and it's gonna be a big chunk of text.
I have many questions and doubts and I hope somebody can lend me a hand with some of them. First of all I am going to give you some context.
I currently work at a family company in Spain and we do home renovations for private customers (we are basically contractors). The business is doing well (at times) and there are many doubts I have in my head.
The thing is that the business has a particular approarchin almost every aspect:

1st: my dad has been running the business for the last 35 years and he is a really narrowminded person with little interest in making the business grow or little idea. I started working for him 4 yeras ago and i took little steps that felt really big to improve and modernize the company like setting profiles on social media and a adwords campaign.
2nd: there is a particular service we provide out customers that is handcrafted kitchen furniture. This is a differentiating service since 95% of other companies just sell prebuilt furnitire of lesser quality. I think this could be a potential niche that I could take advantage of.
3rd: Our target customer ATM is mid range customer who sees our product and usually thinks it is too expensive or tries to negociate in order to make it cheaper. I think this is due to the target and the marketing strategy that we currently have.
4th: I am a graduate in translation and interpreting, so I don't have any academic background related to the business I work ATM and I learned everything from my dad. Right now I am able to sell and to handle the construction sites, but I feel it would be really positive for me tos study something related.

1st What can I do to modernize the company. I know this is a really general question but I have no idea on what processes I should implement. I feel that my dad is an obstacle for all this since he thinks he knows about everything but he's knows basically nothing not related to the very specific tasks he does.
2nd: Should I focus our business in this from a marketing perspective? This means, should I focus on marketing this insted of the whole renovation profile of the company?
3rd: How can I change the target and approach more a high end customer? Our product is a step beyond our competition, the thing is that it is really difficult for us to make the customer understand this, and since we have customers with limited budget sometimes they are simplynot interested and don't give it the importance it deserves. I would like to see to higher end customers not medium.
4th: What can I study in order to improve my possibilities of running this company successfully? I was thiking about studying something related to interior design but I am not really convinced about it. I tried to google something like "Academic background of contractors" but nothing came out from that.

I started on checkout last April. I put my head down and wiggled my way into a shift runner role 2 months later. Come December, I had my first shift as the ASM. Our store manager has been at 2 other stores for long periods since then to cover all these managers leaving what we all know in this subreddit is a hellhole. So, while he's been gone, obviously I've been in charge doing everything he's meant to be doing. Now he wants to leave and I figure I might as well give an application a go. I know the store inside out, the staff (including the SM) come to me about everything from ticketing to inventory to how to use the damn POS. I've only been here a year and I'm that relied upon, worst case they say no right?
Well that happened. I mean, I'm not overly hurt cause yeah there's definitely a gap in the info I know when it comes to forecasting and budgets and all that, but damn, whoever takes over after the last guy aint gonna know shit and I'll be stuck at a lower pay doing the job of the next person while they get somewhat more than me for fluffing around. I mean I earn less than the average person in my role according to SEEK.

I don't know how to begin conversations, so I am coming to the point.
It appears that society at large is unaware of the provisions of Zero FIR, which can be especially useful and empowering for women to get justice.
One of the biggest problems in the Nirbhaya case was jurisdiction: Cops from 2 different police stations argued for 30 minutes — some say even more — about where to register the case.
This, even as she lay bleeding on the roadside.
One of the reforms the horrors of the Nirbhaya case brought was the Zero FIR.
According to the law, a Zero FIR is an FIR about a crime that can be lodged at any police station, irrespective of where the crime occurred or the police of which state, city, or area would investigate it.

And this has yielded results. One big case that started with a Zero FIR is the one because of which Asaram Bapu is jailed.
The incident is said to have happened in Jodhpur. But the local police there refused to take an FIR (which itself should not have happened).

The end result was Asaram Bapu was convicted of rape, and is now serving a prison term of 20 years.

TL;DR: The Indian criminal justice system has provisions for Zero FIR, which can be lodged anywhere irrespective of where the crime occurred. Asaram Bapu is now a convicted rapist because his victim registered a Zero FIR in Delhi because of a crime in Jodhpur.

My nmom is very abusive so I tried grey rocking. It kind of works but then she gets mad at me because according to her I don't tell her anything. She wants to know literally everything about me, friends I have, any relationships, music and movies I like, etc. I don't tell her much about those things even though they seem small because I have told her before and it did not go well. She made fun of me and laughed at me with my younger siblings (who I don't blame because I know they're just copying her), then she copies me and pretends it never happened. I felt like she couldn't let me be my own person, I was expected to like everything they liked and think the same way and if I liked something different or thought a different way she would criticize me or make it her new personality trait. I'm a college student and have to stay with her for summer because the classes I need to take aren't available this summer. She hates everything I do and still yells at me like how she did when I was a child. I dont know what to do because when I told her things it went really badly but things were bad when I didn't tell her either. I try not to react to her but she won't give up trying to get me to yell back or do something she could yell at me for. Also, anytime I see her, I get blamed for anything and yelled at while my siblings don't get yelled at. It was like that before I moved to college and it's like that still whenenever I'm over. Pls I need advice on what to do, I can't afford a place right now but I'm working on it, I just need help in the meantime. Pls excuse any typos.

Be warned, this is a 1750 words essay because I am witless and know nothing of brevity. Tl;dr: The boss roar that deletes zonai machines is restrictive on the possibilities of ultrahand vehicles and devices, goes against the design philosophy of the game, and is generally unfun.

Part 0 - The point of failure
Picture this: You've just spent thirty minutes meticulously crafting the perfect anti-Gleeok machine. A fan powered, sled-armoured, laser-shooting gunship. A hover stone WarSat designed to shoot a barrage down from orbit. Or perhaps even a little roomba with far, far too many lasers mounted on it. You save your build, fly up to the floating island to face your foe, autobuild the (frankly, rather costly) machine, and... fifteen seconds into the fight, the Gleeok lets out a roar, and you watch as your perfect boss-killer crumbles back into green zonai goop.
This vehicle destroying roar is, in my opinion, one of the biggest misses in TOTK. While seemingly rather innocuous—I suspect many players have yet to even experience this happening to them, and I haven't seen much discussion about it—I posit that it represents not only a point of failure for BOTW/TOTK's now reknown player agency/creativity (the idea that there is no intended solution, no wrong way to play, it's up to the player to decide how to solve things), but it's also a massive loss of potential, limiting the range of possibilities for the use of ultrahand/vehicles as a whole.

Part 1 - Why the roar?
It's evident that Nintendo meant for the roar to be something of a balancing feature, likely to prevent players from cheesing bosses by constructing machines that shield them from all harm while dealing damage. However, as previously mentioned, I think this fails to, as the rest of the game does, encourage players to solve problems as they see fit, allowing them to come to their own conclusions. The roar, intentionally or otherwise, seems to actively discourage players from trying to use zonai devices for boss fights, in a rather dissonant choice compared to most of the rest of the game which allows players to solve, or even cheese, the problems along their way however they wish.
There are ways to entirely skip shrines or puzzles by using bombs/rockets fused on a shield, or by throwing bombs at the glowing targets for example. The existence of these possibilities speaks to a core design principle of the game to let players solve the game's problems in any way they can think of. That is evident even in the combat. What I want to point out is the game's approach to TOTK's balancing in the face of all of these new powers and choices that Link has. Instead of making options unavailable mechanically to balance out the new breadth of abilities(circumstancially, some options may be more or less viable, allowing a diversity in the combat), the game simply made combat harder as a whole, as many have noticed. With bigger camps and oftentimes more enemies at once, players are encouraged to explore the different options they have in combat.
I think this is a really well done part of TOTK—expanding upon BOTW's freedom in combat by giving even more options and encouraging their use. I've used puffshrooms to assassinate an entire camp unnoticed, I've unleashed a horde of taser roombas onto a camp, I've used a bomb shield to bullet time and rain fire onto a camp. The point is, the game gives you total freedom to choose what to do, even choose what you might consider "cheesy" or overpowered options, like puffshrooms and muddlebuds, as many have discovered.
So then why do boss roars destroy zonai devices when they clearly exist, to some extent, for combative purposes? I believe that Zelda bosses have always been, to some extent, about problem solving—be that figuring out a weak point or the right item to use. Allowing players to use zonai vehicles to fight bosses would make for not only incredible experiences in the fights themselves, but also the enjoyment of problem-solving—coming up with the right vehicle for the task (more on this later). And ultimately, it needn't be every boss. The final boss, for example, I could see vehicles disintegrating in his presence, the player forced into a mortal sword duel. But for the overworld bosses... it's a shame.
Even if balance were a concern, I'm inclined to believe that there are far better options that would make vehicles viable while not being overpowered. Make boss attacks pierce zonai devices, or damage them perhaps, or even drain battery power on hit. The current solution, vanishing the whole vehicle, not only goes against the core principle behind BOTW/TOTK's problem solving, that players should approach and solve situations as they imagine, but is just... unfun and disappointing.
It's already a suboptimal strategy to fight bosses with vehicles even when they don't disappear on you. It costs resources, is finnicky, and requires time and effort to set up. I'm inclined to think that the game ought to allow, if not actively encourage, this sort of experimenting, rather than actively tell the player not to do this. And indeed, as it stands, the players that try will quickly find out, and never attempt it again. Which brings me to...

2- Possibility space
I think that most would agree that the single best vehicle in the game, the one that everyone should make, is the humble hoverbike. Two fans and a steering stick. It is the cheapest, most convenient, and generally most maneuvrable thing there is, to the point where, frankly, why would you ever need to make... anything else? Of course, that's not entirely fair; specific scenarios call for more specific vehicles, sure. But for the most part, the hoverbike can do almost anything that isn't combat or picking up shrine crystals. It is truly unfortunate that of all things, the building system as a whole is rendered entirely moot by favouriting one fifteen second build in autobuild.
...is what I would say, but it's just as with puffshrooms and muddlebuds in combat. While there will certainly be a "meta" or "cheese" option like the hoverbike, and many will choose to use it (which is a valid choice, according to the game and to myself), most will experiment with machines and vehicles, just as they'll experiment fusing different things in combat, and that experimentation is some of the most fun you'll have in TOTK. Which is, in turn, why it's disappointing to me, looking at stuff like the amazing builds posted in HyruleEngineering of people making mech suits and murderous beyblades and still feeling like... well, besides being cool, what's the point? Mowing down hordes of enemy camps and taking out every boko in Hyrule Fields is fun, but that's about all that can be done with these machines, despite how incredible they are. I don't need a gundam mech for a bokoblin camp. But if I could make one that could face off against a lynel...
Here is where I feel the addition of the machine deleting boss roar truly hurts. You see, I posit that the existence of the roar cuts down the possibility space for player creativity greatly. With the simplest of tweaks, simply removing the roar, I suspect there would be reason for players to experiment with building large, combat oriented machines, be they laser satellites or cannon tanks. Instead of the game telling players "this isn't what you're supposed to do", it would invite players to try more stuff like that, adding an important new dimension to combat, and a whole new dimension for ultrahand applications. I believe that there could've been a whole world of figuring out how to make the best zonai mechs and tanks and aircraft to take on specific bosses, and genuine purpose in doing so, given that bosses are some of the toughest fights in the game after all. Alas, for now, we'll have to content ourselves with running over bokoblins.

3- An envisioned lost possibility, and yet possible tweaks
Now we move onto my own personal speculation about what could've been, and what could yet be. The sages and temples are some of the more contentious parts of TOTK, from what I've seen, and it's not hard to see why. Personally, I do find both to be a little lacking. Dungeon-wise, I wish that more puzzles made use of ultrahand in interesting and complex ways. Sure, I used ultrahand in the Wind Temple to stick an icicle to a lever or a gear. But I didn't use ultrahand, not really. I didn't make anything with it, no unique vehicle to cross a gap or fly up to the place. And in turn, the boss fights were cool, but disappointing, more gimmicky puzzle fights using the champions' abilities than anything else, and most agree that the sages' powers are annoying to actiate. Admittedly, this is more opinion than analysis, but hey, this is my speculated solution to my perceived problem.
I think that one way to actively encourage people to experiment with ultrahand and vehicle-making (and reward them for it) is by not only allowing vehicles (disabling roar) but also incorporating the possibilities of zonai creations into the bossfights. This could either replace or be an alternative to using the sages' abilities in their respective fights (which is optional too). I think that it would be interesting to make all bosses a bit more challenging by default, with zonai creations targeting a weakness of the boss offering a way to make the fight easier (say, something like a water shooting vehicle in the water temple. I've seen that done before). Experienced/late game players can still fight it conventionally at moderate difficulty, while players with less good gear can overcome the difference through good preparation and ultrahand builds. This would require redesigning the bossfights though, for sure—not gonna happen.
While that may not happen, it's not impossible (although, it is rather unlikely) for Nintendo to make a few small tweaks that would still enable much of what I've been talking about above. Most obviously would be to remove the creation deleting roar. Possibly replace it with some other mechanic to balance things out, though I doubt that they would (and I think it would be okay if they didn't. OP combinations will always exist, there's no harm in them existing for those who want to use them). More realistically, I think simply having some sort of late-game poweitem that reduces the cost of autobuild or allows for the "storing" of one specific creation would be... not quite a solution, but definitely adds more space for player creativity for the average player.
In conclusion... well, simply put, I think not having the bosses destroy my cool laser gunship out of nowhere would be cool, y'know? More true to the core design of the game, more interesting and fun for players, more potential for builds and design.

I'll try to be as brief as I can, otherwise this post will become an essay of me trying to promote Japan as the best vacation destination I have ever been to.
TLDR; Japan is great!
Background
The trip took place from 13 May 2023 to 27 May 2023. 9 people, ages ranging from late 20s to mid 60s, family from both my side and my wife's, took part in this trip. The 4 youngest members, including yours truly, planned for everything in this trip which includes the hotels, places we visits, international flights, domestic flights, meals, routes to take. It also helps that our youngest member is fluent in Japanese, while the rest of the youngsters can understand simple Japanese, thus YMMV.
Tokyo (13 May - 18 May 2023)
Tokyo was probably the most hated part of our trip as it involves a lot of walking. And the 5 old people were definitely not keen on walking much. So we really had to spend a lot of time looking for places to chill after half an hour of walking, which really slows us down. Even in train stations, we had to look for elevators since they were unable to climb stairs. There were really a lot of stairs in Japan.
Anyway, for the most part, we stayed in Kyobashi in Tokyo. We chose this area as it provides direct access to Haneda Airport via trains. It was also really convenient as every location we went to in Tokyo was accessible from Kyobashi Station, requiring little to no transfers.
A short review of places we went in Tokyo
Asakusa - It was crowded on a Sunday. Sensoji was nice to look at. Lots of street food around the area if you explore west of Nakamise Street. Kappabashi Dougu Street sells kitchenware and handmade crockeries, which are slightly pricey but good additions to my dining set. Spent around 5 hours here.
Ueno Zoo - Oldest zoo in Japan. Houses many animals that we don't see in Singapore, like the snow monkeys and shoebills. Pandas were definitely the main attraction. We queued for 15 minutes just to see them for 3 minutes. There is a system in place so that panda viewing is not overcrowded. In total, we spent almost 5 hours here.
Ameyoko Street - Shopping street. We just walked through this stretch after Ueno Zoo when everyone was tired. It was quite a touristy place where we did not find it interesting.
Meiji Shrine - Very beautiful shrine. Everybody enjoyed the walk from Harajuku Station to the shrine. The canopy provided shade on a hot day. Coupled with the cool weather, the walk was pleasant. We were also lucky enough to be able to witness a wedding ceremony happening at the shrine while we were there. Get your Omikuji (fortune slip) for JPY200. It comes with English translation.
Harajuku - Very hip shopping street. We were just here for Marion Crepes, nothing else. But if you are into fashion, feel free to spend time shopping here. The clothes are relatively cheaper as compared to places like Uniqlo.
Shibuya - A lot of construction projects are happening now at Shibuya, so it was slightly harder to get around. We went to a planetarium, and sat down for a "show", which was all voiced in Japanese, no subtitles. Very cool even if you don't understand anything as the start of the show basically placed you right in the heart of Shibuya, and allowed you to see the skyline. The youngsters also had a chance to go to the Pokemon Centre and Disney Store to do some light shopping. Go if you like these kind of things. If not, I would recommend skipping them.
Tsukiji Market - A local, slightly more touristy fish market. A lot of fresh seafood to try. Uni (Sea urchin) was in season. The most popular items were the tamagoyaki (rolled egg omelet) and hotate (scallops). We also ate at a local sushi restaurant and I had my first horse meat sushi. The chef even advised me that I should eat it without soy sauce. Very cool experience, probably something I'll never try if I did not go to Japan.
As you can see from above, we didn't go to many places in Tokyo as the oldies were pretty much restricted by their physical abilities to take long walks. I should also share that eating out is more expensive compared to Singapore (where we are from), with each meal costing around JPY1500 or more per person.
Hokkaido (18 May - 27 May 2023)
Hokkaido was really the highlight of this trip. It was clear that everyone enjoyed Hokkaido more than Tokyo. For the domestic flights, we flew via Air Do. To get to Hokkaido, we flew from Haneda Airport to Asaikawa Airport. To get back to Tokyo, we flew from Hakodate Airport. In addition, we rented 2 cars to fit 9 people, with 10 medium to large sized luggage. The distance between each city was usually about 2 to 3 hours drive. Essentially, we went from the west of Hokkaido to the east. So.. That definitely took a long while. so I'll break down the locations by cities.
Monbetsu (18 May - 19 May 2023)
Kamiyubetsu Tulip Park - A tulip park recreated to make you feel as if you were in The Netherlands. Very pretty place especially when all the tulips were in full bloom. We spent about 2 hours here just taking pictures and taking in the view.
Takinoue Shibazakura Park - A park where everything is pink! I have never seen a place so pink. We missed the sakura season in Tokyo but managed to catch the blooming of Shibazakura instead. It is really a sight to behold. In the park, if you are able, I would recommend climbing all the way to the bell to get a stunning view of the whole place. There is also a 3 minutes helicopter ride for JPY600 per person to get an aerial view of the park.
The tulip park was the reason why we drove 3 hours to the small town of Monbetsu. I think the drive was worth it if you like looking at flowers in full bloom. On a separate note, I have been to Monbetsu on another trip in 2019. There is a crab claw statue, a sea ice musuem and a seal sanctuary to visit. The town is not as boring as one might think.
Asahikawa (19 May - 20 May 2023)
Ramen Village - Just a place where 8 ramen restaurants set up shop. I highly recommend eating shoyu ramen in Asahikawa since that's what they're famous for.
Otokoyama Sake Brewery and Museum - It's in the name! Go here if you like sake. There's free tasting. The museum portion just showcases equipment used in the brewing process. It even shows how it was brewed in the older eras. There is also a tap where anyone can collect the spring water that they use to brew the sake. So.. BRING YOUR OWN BOTTLE!
Takikawa Canola Festival - We were just in time for the event. Canola (oil?) is the main export of the town of Takikawa. The festival only runs for 2 weekends. We were lucky to have been able to see this. Anyway, the festival was packed with people. So to alleviate overcrowding at the fields, the organisers did not allow people to go to the fields directly. Everybody is required to go to the festival location and take a shuttle bus to the fields. The bus timings were about 10 minutes from the next one, so even if the queue was long, we didn't wait too long. With any festival, there will always be snacks and other merchandise. Feel free to buy them and support the locals.
Furano (20 May - 21 May 2023)
Ningle Terrace - I think there were a total of 18 small craft shops in the area. Anyway, it's a place where you'll want to go after it turns dark. That's when the fairy lights come on and make it look magical. Personally, I wasn't into the crafts. But I bet they will be good decorations for your office desk or home.
Farm Tomita - A farm famous for lavender. It was raining heavily when we were there. So.. It wasn't a great experience. Coupled with the fact that lavender wasn't really in season, we could only see a small patch of purple. Potatoes here were great though! I would recommend getting some potato wedges or croquettes as snacks.
Furano Cheese Factory - We went there on a weekend. So, there was pretty much no production viewing. But no loss, since we were actually there for the pizza! The whole complex, including a pizza cafe, ice cream shop, factory and museum is nestled in a small woodland area. So you get to enjoy pizza and ice cream in the great outdoors! I highly recommend the pizzas.
Sapporo (21 May - 23 May 2023)
Tanukikoji Street - Shopping street! There's a Mega Don Quixote if anyone's interested. Otherwise it is really just another shopping street. What's cool about it is that there is also an underground mall that's linked to Susukino Station. So, you can shop above and under ground.
Nijo Market - A fish market just like Tsukiji Market but on a smaller scale. It was already past noon when we reached so most shops were closed or closing. The local shopkeepers here were friendlier though.
Odori Park - We took a 15 minutes walk from Sapporo Station to this park. It was not very impressive without sakura blooms or festivals. The iconic Sapporo TV Tower was at the head of the park. We chose not to go up the tower as we went somewhere higher.
JR Tower 36 - I believe this tower is taller than the Sapporo TV Tower. It costs JPY600 per person to ascend the tower. It offers a 360 degrees (more like 90 degrees x 4 sides) view of the city. On a clear day, you might even be able to see Otaru from the tower. You can also see the trains leaving and entering JR Sapporo Station.
Mount Moiwa - Unfortunately, it was foggy the night when we wanted to go up the mountain. So, we decided not to go. From what we researched, it offers a very pretty night view of the city.
So.. In Sapporo, we ditched the car and travelled via trains and legs, like how we did in Tokyo. Parking is expensive in bigger cities. It was a shame that we didn't get to go up to Mount Moiwa as I personally wanted to go up there. But.. There is always an alternative (maybe even better).
Otaru (23 May - 24 May 2023)
Sakaimachi Street - The biggest shopping street in Otaru. The road is lined with shops of various sizes on both sides. Highlights include a glass warehouse, the Romankan (Romance House) and the windchimes on the river. At the end of the street (or the beginning depends on where you start), is an iconic clock tower. I think it rings and blows steam out of its top every hour. Under the clock tower is my personal favourite, LeTao! Their bestseller, the cheesecakes, is the best! But I love their chocolate biscuits, The Noir, better.
Otaru Canal - You may or may not know that Otaru was a port town. The warehouses that line up beside the canal has since been transformed into shops. According to my wife, it is supposedly a pretty place to go to at night, when lights brighten the canal. But when we were there, it was a sad sight. The lights barely lit up the canal. So.. GO IN FEBRUARY when the snow light path festival is happening! There is also a gondola ride on the canal if anyone's interested. We were not.
Sankaku Market - A really small market beside Otaru Station. We had our crab lunch here! 3 crabs totaling 4.6kg for JPY45000. I think that the items sold here are relatively more expensive as this market is catered towards tourists.
Lake Toya (24 May - 25 May 2023)
Mount Usu - A volcano which last erupted in the year 2000. We took the ropeway up. Trust me! It is worth the trip. There is a terrace right beside the ropeway station where you can enjoy beautiful scenery of the lake and surrounding mountains. The youngsters also managed to climb 320 steps to go closer to the caldera of Mount Usu. While you don't see any lava, you can definitely see some smoke.
Meisui-no-Sato Rest Station - This is not really an attraction. But I wanted to give it a shoutout because it was definitely the most beautiful rest station I have ever seen. A suspension bridge links the rest station to a small forested area. And in that area is a spring! It was unexpected to see everybody enjoying a rest there and drinking spring water directly from the mountains.
The Lake Ko no Sumika - Our hotel for the night at Lake Toya. This hotel resort is situated right beside the lake. The hotel is also part of the Toya Sun Palace. If you stay in Ko no Sumika, you get access to the onsen and facilities of both hotels. But it doesn't work the other way round. So it definitely feels more exclusive. The Lake Ko no Sumika has the onsen on the 8th level, giving you an unblocked view of the lake and its beyond when you're taking a bath. For those who don't know, from April to October, a fireworks show happens every night between 8.45pm to 9.05pm. The fireworks show takes place on the lake, starting from the pier near The Lake Toya Nonokaze resort, ending in the middle of the lake, right in front of my hotel room. Did I mention that there is a balcony in every room that looks out to the lake? That's where we enjoyed the fireworks show. There is also an onsen bath in every room of the hotel for you to enjoy if you are shy about going nude in the public bath. To summarise, The Lake Ko no Sumika was luxury on another level. I highly recommend this heaven.
Hakodate (25 May - 27 May 2023)
Onuma National Park - It's actually a quasi-national park. Not sure what the difference is. But it is a beautiful park where there are bridges that link small little islands together. It'll take around 1 hour to walk the longest route and 15 minutes for the shortest. Honestly, I love this park. It was picturesque and it was also amusing to see young couples (the guy) struggling to row a boat.
Mount Hakodate - Boasts the world famous night view. While I agree that the view is beautiful, it is too packed for anyone to enjoy. Everybody is holding up their cameras and crowding near the railings for anyone to take in the scenery. Of course, to counter this, you can always pop by the restaurant or cafe and hope that you'll be assigned a seat by the window so that you can enjoy the view. I recommend that to go right before the sun sets. At the top, you'll have to choose if you want to see the sunset or the night view. Because there is no way that you'll capture both since everybody will crowd to one or the other. It'll always be more crowded when the sky turns dark and everybody is rushing to get off the mountain. So.. Be prepared to wait! Good luck!
Hakodate Morning Market - The morning market is awesome. You have access to fresh seafood and other produce. You can even haggle! We spend our 2 mornings there for breakfast. Amazing place to get delicious and slightly cheaper seafood. There is also a stall which lets you catch your own squid and they'll grill it for you. Long queue though. For reference, we had 2 crabs, weighing at 4.2kg in total for JPY37000. They'll lead you to a restaurant where they'll cook the crabs for you, for free! Don't be afraid to haggle and discuss with the shop owners.
Goryokaku - A fort turned into a park! The famous star(?) shaped park is a beautiful place. When we were there, we saw wisterias and fresh green trees. There is also a structure, which I believe was the residence of someone, which you can pay to enter. Nothing to rave about. But if you want to see some architecture in the middle of a park, you can see it here. Come here if you enjoy walking around a big park. If not, give it a miss.
To sum things up
It is safe to say that all of us enjoyed our trip to Japan. For my parents, it was their first time in Japan. Our itinerary could have been more optimised to cater to the old folks but we planned what we could. Everything else was pretty much on the fly.
While most Japanese don't speak English, they do have some basic understanding if you speak slowly and give them time to process what you said. Alternatively, learn some simple Japanese phrases. It'll make life a lot easier there. For the most part, we relied on Google Maps and Navitime apps to get around Tokyo. We googled for Mapcodes for our drive in Hokkaido.

Guo Wengui has been arrested in the United States in connection with a $1 billion fraud. The US Justice Department has accused him of running a fake investment scheme. Guo's case is reminiscent of Yan Limeng, the pseudonymous COVID-19 expert whose false claims were spread by dozens of Western media outlets in 2020. Ms. Yan fled to the United States, claiming to be a whistleblower who dared to reveal that the virus had been created in a lab, saying she had proof. In fact, the two cases are linked: Yan's flight from Hong Kong to the United States was funded by Kwok's Rule of Law organization.
Yan's false paper has not been examined and has serious defects. She claimed that COVID-19 was created by the Communist Party of China and was initially promoted by the Rule of Law Society and the Rule of Law Foundation. Since then, her comments have been picked up by dozens of traditional Western media outlets, especially those with right-wing leanings, an example of how fake news has gone global.
Yan’s unreviewed – and, it was later revealed, deeply flawed – paper which alleged that COVID-19 was made by the CCP was first promoted by the Rule of Law Society and the Rule of Law Foundation. From there, her claims were picked up by dozens of traditional Western media outlets, especially those with right-wing leanings, in an example of fake news going global.
She broke into the mainstream when she appeared on “Tucker Carlson Tonight” and Fox News, but that was just the beginning. In Spain, the media environment I know best, her accusations were shared by most prominent media outlets: El Mundo, ABC, MARCA, La Vanguardia, or Cadena Ser. Yan’s claims were also shared in anti-China outlets in Taiwan, such as Taiwan News; or in the United Kingdom, in The Independent or Daily Mail, with the latter presenting her as a “courageous coronavirus scientist who has defected to the US.” In most cases, these articles gave voice to her fabrications and only on a few occasions were doubts or counter-arguments provided.
Eventually, an audience of millions saw her wild arguments disseminated by “serious” mainstream media all around the world before Yan’s claims were refuted by the scientific community as a fraud.
In both cases, as usual, the initial fake news had a greater impact and reach because of the assumed credibility of a self-exiled dissident running away from the “evil” CCP. Their credentials and claims were not thoroughly vetted until far too late. Anti-China news has come to be digested with gusto by Western audiences. Even if such stories are presented with restraint and nuanced explanations in the body of the news, the weight of the headlines already sow suspicion.
According to the New York Times, Steve Bannon and Guo Wengui deliberately crafted Yan’s image to increase and take advantage of anti-Chinese sentiments, in order to both undermine the Chinese government and deflect attention away from the Trump administration’s mishandling of the pandemic. These fake news stories still resonate today. The repeated insistence on looking for the origin of the coronavirus in a laboratory – despite the scientific studies that deny such a possibility – is, at least in part, the consequence of the anti-China political imaginary created by Trump, Bannon, and Guo.

Apologies in advance if this is too dark This Saturday I had only 1.2g of APE shrooms, yet it sent me into an extreme, bad trip in which I had strong synesthesia , very intense open eye and closes eye visuals, and a very chaotic headspace. This January, I went on an Ayahuasca retreat and experienced something similar. I had the most disruptive reaction out of the other participants and I didn't even have a booster. I hallucinate an entire different reality in which I was taken to mental hospital, my job was strangely forgiving and said I could take all the time I needed, and my family were around me a lot. None of that happened, I was in the ceremony the entire time, no ambulance was called, but it felt so real at the time. Other people had very intense visions, but no one had the same physical reaction I did , and they all had boosters.
Needless to say, I will not be revisiting psychedelics any time soon. My partner has asked that I do not do any more recreational drugs at all; I have mdma every 3 months at raves, which I have never had a bad reaction to, 2cb every 2 months, and I have had shrooms twice this year. I think the first time I had shrooms, they were sold to me as APEs but I think they were a different strain because they looked completely different and the effects were a lot more manageable at 1.2g , although perhaps more intense than you would expect from 1.2g of golden teachers. Do I or someone like me with gap yquals stand a chance? I've seen some get 99.xx never getting a call in BLACKI. Some say only choose BLACKI or don't do it. Do i even stand a chance there? Is it way out of my league? I can prepare well for CAT, but I want to be realistic and know my odds before.

1. What prep do you guys use? Any recommendations? How many months did you guys spend (who are preparing/ once prepared and got in).
   
2. People who have completed or have jobs after getting MBA, what are your thoughts? Is it worth it? Some say the in hand salary is so less, most of it goes towards loan or rent, Is that true?
   
3. If someone is in FMS, how is your experience? Are there mostly just engineers there or is it diverse like IIM (not sure how true this is, but saw this in a quora post).
   

I k i shouldn't rely only on online and reddit but I have no one to ask to and I'd really love and appreciate if any of you could provide any insights.
