I had a boxcar scar that I treated with microneedling at 24 January this year. Surprisingly i had good result for one session of treatment. The boxcar scar got filled upto 60-70% after cell regeneration but after growing new tissues the scar area is hypopigmented. I thought it would go away with time but it has been 4 months and it's still hypopigmented,no damn change. Does anyone else got hyperpigmentation after scar treatment? Just wanted to share my experience so far in regards to leaving my wife of 7 years for others to see how long this process can take and some of the things I went through / going through.
Early October 2022 - I have a full mental breakdown after years of arguments over 'minor' issues which drove her to constantly fight with me. Prior to this I tried everything I could to avoid upsetting her but nothing worked. I was constantly 'walking on egg shells' i stopped seeing my family and friends in the hope this would help her remain calm. I stopped taking her out places because random things would upset her and cause her to fight with me
Mid October 2022 - We attend relationship counselling together, the counsellor tells her in the first session she is 'too controlling, too dominating and disrespectful' to me. My ex wife disagrees so we switch to another counsellor he goes a step further and tells her 'your the one with the problem here, you don't let your husband even speak'. We both continue individual and joint counselling whilst living together. At this point my mind is a mess and I am thinking about leaving her. She tells me 'she can fix me' I say tell her she is the one who caused me to have this mental break down in the first place. She gets her family to constantly talk at me, they tell me 'you will never be happy with anyone else', 'you will never get into another relationship', 'what your going through is very minor'. No one seems to acknowledge that my mental health is destroyed and all I do is cry non stop every day and want to end my life.
Late October 2022 - My ex wife tells me 'she wishes she never married me' she tells me this for the millionth time during our relationship. She tells me 'you should get back with your ex girlfriend, it wouldn't bother me at all' I finally snap, after hearing this again day in and day out. I make the wrong decision and I ring my ex girlfriend on Instagram. I tell my ex girlfriend I am going through a really tough time and need some support, my ex girlfriend says she has moved on and doesn't want anything to do with me and she has been living on the other side of the world enjoying her life for the past several years. Later that night my ex wife goes through my phone and sees I made 1 phone call to her and she locks me in the bedroom for 3 hours and takes away my cell phone. After 3 hours she forces me to go to my parents house. At 1 am her family turn up and they all accuse me of 'having a 7 year affair' based on 1 phone call I made whilst I was mentally unwell. My family support me and refute this claim. By this time I join an online relationship forum and start talking to other people who are going through a similar situation. I still feel suicidal and think of ways to end my life. I try to reach out to a mens support number but there are wait times of 2 / 3 hours. My ex wife also attacks me and leaves a scar down my arm. My parents see this and later question her on what happens, and she denies it all.
Nov 2022 - My ex wife takes my car keys / house keys / passport away from me and says I am never allowed to return to our marital home. She has now been convinced by her family that I was having an affair for 7 years. During Nov, I am going through the worst time of my life. I feel like I have lost everything, I am now stuck living with my family and have lost access to my house and all my possessions my life is now a mess and I don't know what to do. We continue to attend counselling every week, the counsellor tells her 'he is not having an affair it was 1 phone call'. I acknowledge my mistake and apologise. My ex wife full of anger still refuses to let me back into the house. The counsellor, constantly tells her the marriage will break down unless you forgive him and support him. She says 'if he wants to get back to me, I need access to all his social media, passwords, mobile phones, and everything he does'. The counsellor tells her she is wrong and continues to challenge her on her behaviour. My ex wife allows me to get my possessions but constantly follows me around the house. I was in the bedroom getting my clothes and she wraps her arms around me and begins kissing me, I try to push her away but she continues. I keep pushing her but she doesn't stop. I finally manage to push her away and she again denies anything happens....I bring it up in our next counselling session and she says 'I have no idea what your talking about'.

Dec 2022 - I finally start to feel better, I manage to get my house keys back, I begin to realise living with my parents isn't so bad. I am now in an emotionally stable environment and have no fears of upsetting anyone. Everyday I continue to rebuild my life and get mentally stronger. My friends and family continue to support me. I now realise I was in a toxic relationship, and things were not good. I hear back from a job I applied for in September and they have offered me a position. I start to realise I am turning things around. I now continue to speak daily to this lady online and we begin to realise we have a very strong connection through our past experiences. My ex wife is now noticing I am no longer weak, I have started to speak up to her and she hates it. She starts to query why I haven't returned home and I tell her I have no intention to return home. I tell her during a counselling session 'I want to have a divorce' she is in (apparently) in shock and starts screaming and crying saying she will kill her self..I then notice 15 minutes later on our ring doorbell she is perfectly fine and has gotten home without any issues. The counsellor now says 'we are done', there is no point both of you coming to see me again. I continue to attend weekly for 1 on 1 sessions , my ex wife stops attending counselling. My ex wife now begs me to come back home and 'sleep with her one last time' I refuse.
Late Dec 2022 - I start meeting up with new friends and old friends and begin to become social again. I start to buy all new clothes as since October I lost a significant amount of weight. My ex wife sees I am no longer chasing her and starts telling me she is in hospital and in critical condition. She advises I need to come see her as a her husband. I refuse, as I know her health conditions and feel like this is just a trick. My ex wife leaves the joint owned home and moves back with her parents.
Early January 2023 - My ex wife begins to realise I am going to leave her, she starts to beg me to get back with her. She sends me pages and pages of whatsapp messages telling me how much she loves me and then also saying , 'you will never get into another relationship, no one will want you'. She constantly tells me 'you won't be able to live without me' I continue to ignore these and say I want a divorce. I begin the process of finding a solicitor to help me. Her family begin to threaten my life saying 'I must try again and get back with her'. My ex wife also tells all our joint friends I had an affair for the last 7 years...

Feb 2023 - I continue to develop my social skills and also pass two exams at work. I start to realise I am going to be okay alone. I can manage by myself. She continues to flood me with messages some days begging me back and someday saying she doesn't need me or want me and I was a terrible husband . I also find out by this time, she has been on several dating sites for the last 6 weeks and has met up with a number of guys....I don't let this bother me and continue to work on my self daily. I continue attending counselling every week. My ex wife moves back into the joint owned home.
March 2023 - I send her an official notice of divorce, she takes the full 14 days to respond and finally begins to acknowledge the process. My counsellor helps me become stronger and helps me get new direction in my life. I now officially start my new job and realise I am actually doing pretty well in life. I travel to the other side of the world on a solo trip (my brain tells me I won't be able to cope without her, but I push through). I travel 16 hours and realise I can do things by myself, I also begin to realise how many beautiful amazing girls there are out there! (Without BPD!) I begin to realise I can do whatever I want...My ex wife starts hoovering me again, saying we should try again.
April 2023 - I advise my ex wife we need to sell the house, she refuses, we going around in circles until she finally agrees. I notice massive changes in my body, I start to build the body I have always dreamed of and start to notice my (thinning) hair is regrowing. My ex wife begins posting racy photos of herself on whatsapps and starts putting up statuses saying 'she is having the time of her life' . She keeps telling me how happy she is without me.
May 2023 - We list our house on the market and it sells within 3 days! We are both shocked, I am super happy, she is really upset. She tries to slow down the process but I put pressure on her to accept the offer. She can easily move back in with her parents (like I have).
Mid May 2023 - She blocks me on whatsapp and says I have ruined her life, she also promises to make me pay for what I have done to her. Her family continue to threaten my life..
Late May 2023 - She unblocks me and says 'we should get back to together' . I receive official notification the divorce will be legally completed by October 2023. I continue to attend counselling train daily at the gym, taking work related exams, and focus on my self. I also begin doing charity work to help other people.
So this is the roller-coaster ride so far, I guess the main point of this post is, things get tough but you can turn around your life if you work at it daily and put yourself first!!

And here interesting questions arise. To begin with, I would like to draw attention to some details of those events:

1. Opinion of some InterBus employees

“A number of longer-serving InterBus executives resigned over the deal, stating that "far from safeguarding InterBus's future, the empires have sacrificed it in order to fill their war coffers."”
InterBus shares were owned by 4 empires of New Eden. Before EverMore bought them out, tension between the empires was rising - the Stellar Transmuter in Turnur had already been launched, Caldari defeated the Federation in the fight for Athounon. The empires urgently needed money, and when EverMore offered it (and much more than expected), the empires did not care about WHAT and to WHOM they were selling.
Some people at InterBus were very concerned about this.

1. EverMore Acquisitions

Immediately after the purchase of InterBus, EverMore bought 7 more companies! Many of them had thing in common - not the best reputation or serious financial problems, or both. And no one could understand why EverMore needed them, and in this lineup. If the acquisition of cloning or implant companies can be explained by the launch of Paragon in the future, the purchase of small media and food companies is still a mystery.

1. EverMore internal activities

The in-game description of the corporation also includes the following: “ Critics of EverMore claim that its practice of directing its child companies to outsource key services to each other is a deliberate device to obfuscate their inner workings”.
The internal logistics and operation of EverMore remains a mystery. It almost does not use external outsourcing, a significant part of the corporation's activities are hidden from prying eyes, and EverMore makes sure that this remains so in the future.

1. Project Paragon

Just a week after the creation of EverMore, she launched a project to exchange elite services for capsuleers in exchange for ITEMS. Here the questions arise - WHAT? WHY? What is the ancient method of bartering, why not exchange for currency, loyalty points or capsuleer services (quests)?
The somewhat strange decision of the implementation of Paragon's services can have many explanations. I'll give you one thing: perhaps bartering with capsuleers is EverMore's way of fighting corporate espionage. If EverMore needs something that it can't get through internal outsourcing, it will have to be bought. Buying large quantities of something in New Eden is difficult to hide, and even if you work through a chain of shell companies, it is possible to find the source of the transaction (especially for regulatory authorities). Receiving items from Capsuleers creates an almost UNLIMITED and UNCONTROLLED purchasing method that no one can track - there are many Capsuleers, they report to no one. It is almost impossible to track the exact number of transactions and their composition.
Also, don't forget that Paragon's director is IRIS, the first AI director. Perhaps Ducasse just loves innovation. The AI as a boss has a number of advantages, including - it is executive, strictly obeys the given program, does not ask unnecessary questions and has large computing power. But if EverMore suddenly needs to hide certain purchases using statistical analysis among millions of regular orders, without attracting unnecessary people and without causing questions from subordinates - AI is the perfect candidate.

Perhaps all this is just a series of coincidences, EverMore is a great company that loves innovation and does not want to reveal its plans to competitors. But if we combine these facts, we get this:
Ducasse (and the group of people he represents) took over as director, took advantage of the political crisis in New Eden, and used InterBus resources to get out of the control of the empires and gain free rein (through buyouts of InterBus shares). He then acquired a number of small companies of low value in a variety of areas, in order to ensure maximum independence from external companies. Some InterBus members quit when they saw what was happening. The work that takes place inside EverMore is unknown to us: what they do, what specialists they attract and in what areas they work - EverMore does everything to keep incognito. They buy ship hulls in large quantities through Paragon - no one is able to find out the exact composition of purchases and their volumes.
EverMore has unparalleled freedom from controls, vast resources and NO ONE knows what they are really up to. And EverMore does everything to hide it.

I was hurt badly by someome I considered a brother. I won't get too into it because it's a very long story but it came down to chosing an abusive manipulator over me. (Abusive to both me and him.)
It feels like cheating to call this grief, but what else can I call it? It's been six months since everything happened but I feel like I haven't moved on at all. I'm stuck in the stages of grief, hopping around each stage with no clear course or direction, and I have no idea how I can actually...heal. None of this is linear, it feels like I haven't moved an inch but it's been half a year already. I feel like I'm stagnating or failing by not making solid progress towards being okay. I'm not as catatonic as I was the first month, I don't cry over it as much, but I'm not...okay. This is still one of the darkest times of my life and I feel so alone. I have people in my life, all of them were hurt by his actions too, but all of them agree I got fucked over uniquely. I feel isolated, and it's hard to explain how much I'm still hurting from this after so long.
I love the friends I have left but they seem to be coping much better than me at this point. I don't know if there's a good way to tell them I haven't really moved on at all, or if I should even tell them at all. They might already know and just think I don't want to talk about it. I don't even know if I would want to talk about it if they asked. It feels like there's nothing left to say, no thoughts left I haven't screamed and cried. No point in repeating myself.
I feel alone. Even after my friends have made it clear they love me and they're here for me, I don't know if I can admit how badly I'm handling this and how little progress I've made in moving on. I don't want to be repetitive, I don't want to bring it up when they couldn't even really do anything about it, I don't have anything new to say. I guess I just... want someone to know it's not over for me. I know I look a lot more like my old self but I don't feel like it sometimes. I don't know if I've changed for good or if I'm just stuck.
I feel so alone and it's nobody's fault but my own.

If you're a collector of items/appearances, well now you have to open your wallet for a complete collection rather than having dedication to a grind. If you want to show off this amazing item you just got from beating a hard boss, who cares, there's a flame covered reskin in the cash shop.
Add onto that, many mtx systems are inherently predatory in design, whether it's obfuscation through currency exchanges, cycling daily shops or battle passes that encourage FOMO, or by creating cultures around "default skins".
Cosmetics are an integral part of the experience for a lot of players. Imagine if tv/movie did something similar? You bought a brand new 4k Blu-ray, but hey it only has 2.1 stereo sound and if you want 5.1 or 7.1 you have to pay extra. It's just sound, you can still watch and hear it just fine in stereo. I have just arrived here in Portugal, with a job search visa. It's a pretty simple type of visa. You get a 4-month period to find yourself a job, a house and some documents.
Me (M24) and my girlfriend (F30) are both Electrical Engineers, recently graduated, and as for myself, i have a thing for android mobile development. As you can imagine, I don't have a solid professional experience, just some internships and freelancing stuff.
We arrived, got all the documents and just rented a small studio near Porto's center. Just for instance, both of us need to work to pay the rent and to be able to save some amount.
Even before I arrived, I'd applied for several jobs in the mobile development market, a bunch of interviews, code challenges, lots of "unfortunatelys" for a month and nothing. Then i used my diploma to find myself a junior engineering role, but I were completely ignored for another 2 weeks.
At some point, my girlfriend pointed me a Project Manager Consultant role that just required a level of English and an engineering diploma, all the specific training would be given by the company. As i were kind of desperate, I applied and aced that interview. Both the recruiter and manager really appreciated my accent-free English. I got hired!
The first week was nice. I met some new people ( I didn't have any friends), learned a new career and I discovered that the client was a big automobile company. My role is to be PM Assistant to one of the client's leading managers on the development of new car parts. My tasks are directly assigned by him.
Just as i was prepared to start working after the training, the client took a 2 week vacation, and used vacation bank hours for 2 more weeks. As he comes back, he is completely filled with meetings, having no time to assign me anything. As time went by, I learned that he's a 6-month rookie himself in this leadership role (but not in the company).
I became idle, having no tasks, materials, meetings, NOTHING. At least it's hybrid and I can study programming and even... apply to some other jobs. As you can imagine, having no tasks means having no deliverables, with no deliverables, the client says "why should we continue hiring him?". Although I've always been available, and requested tasks to be assigned in multiple ocasions.
I've developed some kind of a justified impostor syndrome, that always relieves in the glimpse of an assignment. I felt bad, useless, depressed, and started losing my patience. At least with the job contract, i could get my living permit in Portugal, and I'm 100% legal.
I'm I the asshole to search for other jobs? This company actually gave me the job that pays my rent, provided me with the means to get the living permit, but at the same time, I'm so afraid that i get fired for not receiving tasks...
I can't ask my parents opinions as they would be extremely worried about me.

Sitting Down with a Legend: My Conversation with Krishna Das
I recently had the immense privilege of interviewing Krishna Das, the world-renowned kirtan singer and chant master. To say it was a surreal experience would be an understatement. I have been listening to Krishna Das's music for years and have found his chanting instrumental to my meditation practice. His voice has become deeply familiar—a conduit for transcendence and inward reflection.
To find myself conversing with the man behind the voice felt somewhat like meeting an old friend for the first time. His presence exudes humility, wisdom, and compassion. We spoke about his journey with kirtan, the transformational power of chanting, and lessons learned serving his guru Neem Karoli Baba in India over 45 years ago.
Krishna Das shared insights into the power of kirtan to quiet the mind, release emotional burdens, and connect us with "the ocean of love we are made of". His words echoed and illuminated my own experiences with chanting. To hear such a resonant philosophy of music and spirituality directly from its source felt like a great gift.
Most striking was Krishna Das's message about melody, rhythm and repetition. As he put it, "The repetition is there to take you deeper...to keep pulling you further and further in. The rhythms take over and the mind stops. You go deeper and deeper into the feeling."
In those moments of conversation, I gained a new appreciation for kirtan as a spiritual practice and art form. But more so, I saw in Krishna Das a manifestation of the meditative qualities to which his music aspires—a mind quieted, a heart opened, and a life surrendered in service of the divine. It was a rare glimpse into the harmony that can emerge between an artist's medium and their being.
This opportunity to connect with Krishna Das, though brief, was profoundly inspiring and humbling. His parting words return to me often: "This path is a path of joy". I am endlessly grateful for the chance to walk it further in his company.

Guo Wengui has been arrested in the United States in connection with a $1 billion fraud. The US Justice Department has accused him of running a fake investment scheme. Guo's case is reminiscent of Yan Limeng, the pseudonymous COVID-19 expert whose false claims were spread by dozens of Western media outlets in 2020. Ms. Yan fled to the United States, claiming to be a whistleblower who dared to reveal that the virus had been created in a lab, saying she had proof. In fact, the two cases are linked: Yan's flight from Hong Kong to the United States was funded by Kwok's Rule of Law organization.
Yan's false paper has not been examined and has serious defects. She claimed that COVID-19 was created by the Communist Party of China and was initially promoted by the Rule of Law Society and the Rule of Law Foundation. Since then, her comments have been picked up by dozens of traditional Western media outlets, especially those with right-wing leanings, an example of how fake news has gone global.
Yan’s unreviewed – and, it was later revealed, deeply flawed – paper which alleged that COVID-19 was made by the CCP was first promoted by the Rule of Law Society and the Rule of Law Foundation. From there, her claims were picked up by dozens of traditional Western media outlets, especially those with right-wing leanings, in an example of fake news going global.
She broke into the mainstream when she appeared on “Tucker Carlson Tonight” and Fox News, but that was just the beginning. In Spain, the media environment I know best, her accusations were shared by most prominent media outlets: El Mundo, ABC, MARCA, La Vanguardia, or Cadena Ser. Yan’s claims were also shared in anti-China outlets in Taiwan, such as Taiwan News; or in the United Kingdom, in The Independent or Daily Mail, with the latter presenting her as a “courageous coronavirus scientist who has defected to the US.” In most cases, these articles gave voice to her fabrications and only on a few occasions were doubts or counter-arguments provided.
Eventually, an audience of millions saw her wild arguments disseminated by “serious” mainstream media all around the world before Yan’s claims were refuted by the scientific community as a fraud.
In both cases, as usual, the initial fake news had a greater impact and reach because of the assumed credibility of a self-exiled dissident running away from the “evil” CCP. Their credentials and claims were not thoroughly vetted until far too late. Anti-China news has come to be digested with gusto by Western audiences. Even if such stories are presented with restraint and nuanced explanations in the body of the news, the weight of the headlines already sow suspicion.
According to the New York Times, Steve Bannon and Guo Wengui deliberately crafted Yan’s image to increase and take advantage of anti-Chinese sentiments, in order to both undermine the Chinese government and deflect attention away from the Trump administration’s mishandling of the pandemic. These fake news stories still resonate today. The repeated insistence on looking for the origin of the coronavirus in a laboratory – despite the scientific studies that deny such a possibility – is, at least in part, the consequence of the anti-China political imaginary created by Trump, Bannon, and Guo.
